The fast track tickets were wonderful to have! The Orsay was so very crowded that without them we would have been in line for hours. We chose not to use the audio guide we purchased. Again crowd size limited our ability to stop, look and listen. In the future I will book sooner and get a tour guide. Thanks to head out- the only one to get us last minute tickets into the Orsay !
The exhibits, of course, but also the interior. It has an interesting design and layout. There were a lot of people in the building.

We did a self-guided tour through the museum and spent several hours enjoying the art and stopping for a nice meal in the Orsay. Day was just delightful because of environment (the former train station alone is worth seeing), exhibits and manner of display.
Entry was easy with a slotted time and queues related to that time. The art displayed was wonderful and I saw some of my favourites. I loved it. I enjoyed a hot chocolate and a slice of banana cake at a cute and well serviced cafe at the Musee.
We had 9:30 set time tickets and were redirected to a shorter line. Anyone buying tickets with any time entry has to wait in a very long line. I recommend these tickets

The venue experienced power outages and then evacuated us after about an hour. This was at one of the museums of the combo ticket. No explination was provided.
I made the reservation 30 min in advance, we went straight in and no lines. What I didn't like is that they say it closes at 6:00 pm when in fact it is 5:30 pm so the time we were able to be inside was even less than expected.

The times ticket was great and I was able to enjoy the museum. However, I had one attendant outside who was very rude to me and was telling me to go to a different line compared to what I was told from his colleague and then was very rude and refused to assist me.
Everything great time slot 12 o'clock 12 .10 we were inside great experience everything worked out app go down tickets were on it

Just usual tickets that queue with any others, although the time slot is better than what I found on official website at the time of booking. The audio guide is not official (but an app anyone can download), this was not clear in product description so created large disappointment.
I made the reservation 30 min in advance, we went straight in and no lines. What I didn't like is that they say it closes at 6:00 pm when in fact it is 5:30 pm so the time we were able to be inside was even less than expected.

Our tickets come up on the app to get us in. I did not realize I would need them to get into each wing. When we went to pull them up again I could not get the PDF to load due to bad wifi and signal in the Louvre. There was no help number to calll with the head out app. We kept clickingz and clicking around until they finally popped back popes up. We never did figure out how we found them the second time. You need some type of tech support that is reachable. It was very frustrating to think we had lost our tickets and could not get in.
Louvre is in itself a sight worth seeing. The collections are huge and well displayed. However, to get the maximum out of your visit pre-planning is worth while. As the exhibits are so large you easily end up walking and gawking aimlessly without necessarily seeing what you came to see. The interactive guide (audio guide) takes some time to truly understand. For those who have played games on a PSP have a huge advantage.
Museum's architecture is awesome! The idea of transformation from a train station to a museum. And also, Van Goghs of course!
The queue smooth and well organized, the staff very friendly. The Louvre inside was crowded but as it always is.The audio guide helpful and practical.

Beautiful places but too crowded. At Versailles, in particular, everyone clustered together. Then it was not made clear at the time of purchase that the Palace + gardens ticket would allow us access to the gardens even before the Palace entrance time. We realized this by accident. Just as it was not clear that the ticket also included entrance to the Grand Trianon. For admission to the Louvre, however, it would have been better if you had informed us with an email about the permanent exhibitions that were not visible, at least we were prepared. For example, the Egyptian one. Greetings

Very good for the ticket we got in right away, the audio guide however is actually an unclear app and without pictures, hard to understand what you are looking at, I would definitely take back only the entrance tickets without audio guide

The audio guide wasn't really friendly and specific usage instructions. We ended up not using it, which made the experience a kind of browsing or just roaming the museum. Which we didn't appreciate. Plus we booked with you 11:30 and then discovered there, that the tickets are 12:00 which caused us a lot more wait in wrong lines.

Our museum guide Julie was the greatest guide I have had in all the world ! She made such an amazing visit with very interesting facts about the paintings and artists. Also she has this incredible sense of humor which made the visit so fun.
Skip the line entry was perfect. Loved our Tour Guide. Very knowledgeable with lots of great information shared. Will definitely book again '
Our tour guide Sylvany was wonderful and passionate about her work! She was filled with excellent additional information about the artists and their lives. Brilliant!!!
Stephanie was wonderful! I liked the fast track no line. She was very informative.
the guide was very good, knoledgeable , funny and very detail and understanding of all art periods.
WARNING!!! Do not book this tour, our guide did not showup. They have moved us from 10AM to 5:15PM tour and did not receive any emails or calls. They were also some families on the same tour and we all arrived 30 mins early at the meeting place. We contacted support and took us more than 30 mins to figureout that we have moved to 5:15pm because local contractor got an issue. Do not ruin your schedule or vacation!!! We are now processing our full refund and hope we can get it or we will file dispute to our credit card comp.
We didn't know that the guided tour would be in English, as it wasn't specified either in the email (in French) or on the app.

The guide was knowledgeable and approachable. She clearly had a passion for art history and Paris. I learnt lots of new things and the visit was well structured to understand the significance of the impressionist movement, which I appreciated.
Our guide was quite good. He fleshed out the lives of the artists, and knowledgeably taught us about the techniques and materials of the painters
The guide was late at the appiontment. He appeared to have had a wonderful night the night before. He was not inspiring at all, quite routinely led us through the museum.
Tinu was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We did see many paintings that she provided excellent details that we otherwise would not have seen. Merci
Our guide Adam was simply amazing! Friendly knowledgeable and interesting. What was distressing are the crowd sizes that the museum allows. Should be better control of that. After guided tour could not remain to browse on our own. Way too many people!!!!
Our guide was really professional! Some information on the meeting point within booking info or ticket itself would help your clients to be more relaxed. We were pointed to the main queue by the employee of museum (as there is no information in the ticket, only how to reach museum itself), altghough our guide was standing outside and waiting for us.
Terrible we couldn't get in to see the museum on time and then we couldn't see the impressionist on the upper floors overall very very disappointing
I booked on a site written in French and didn't see that it was an English-speaking guide, not a French-speaking one. The indication was not sufficient. Jr doesn't speak English and I couldn't take the tour... I didn't get any help from the service, and even though the guide was nice, I wasn't offered any solutions.

I had already visited the museum in 1992. I remembered it vaguely, very endearing, I remember that the "Pere Tanguy" was hanging on a wall of the staircase. Now with the remodeling works and the acquisition of new sculptures acquisition of new sculptures, it has become wonderfully beautiful. A must for lovers of sculpture and especially those of Rodin. I made the reservation 30 min in advance, we went straight in and no lines. What I didn't like is that they say it closes at 6:00 pm when in fact it is 5:30 pm so the time we were able to be inside was even less than expected.

We had an absolute magnificent time! It was so easy making the reservations and walking into the museum almost immediately when we got there. I downloaded your Head Out app and access to the tickets was a breeze! We enjoyed Musee' D'Orsay so much! Thank you!
The exhibition of works by Rodin and Camille Claudel really moved us. All that strength in movement! And as a little bonus, our meal at the café in the garden...very good!

The HEADOUT tickets enabled us to avoid waiting in line. We were just passing through and were able to enjoy the Musée d'ORSAY in excellent conditions. We recommend the visit with digital audioguide, which is very useful for appreciating each work in this beautiful museum.

We love this Museum which we have visited previously. The fastrack ticketing was easy and successful, although I bought 3 tickets, but the audio guide was not suitable for us all. The exhibits are wonderful, and on this occasion there were additional exhibitions.
Variety of esppste works. Cleanliness of the facility. Organization. Only note the too long wait time to get a drink at the bar.

Between 1810 and 1838, the site where Orsay stands today served as cavalry barracks and later a grand palace. The palace, Palais d’Orsay, housed the Court of Accounts and the State Council. By 1912, both institutions had moved to the Cambon Palace and Palais-Royal, respectively.
The site of the Palais d'Orsay was bought by the Compagnie Paris-Orléans, which erected a new station, the Gare d'Orsay here. The station was designed by French architect Victor Alexandre Frederic Laloux. It was constructed in a neoclassical style with a stone facade that could hide metal and glass frames and was equipped with modern amenities like lifts and escalators. In 1939, the railway station halted operation the platforms became unsuitable for modern trains. Eventually, in 1978 the station was put on the supplementary list of Historic Monuments and it was decided that the station would be turned into a museum. The Orsay museum officially opened in December 1986.
