Camilla was FABULOUS! So much lnowledge and passion for the subject. Very informative - learned a lot and think this is one of the best tours I have been on.
When I picked up my ticket, I was not warned at any point that it was not valid for the visit to the royal apartments. To see this, we had to return to the ticket office to pick up a ticket specifically for it (despite it being free access). Very poorly specified.

No issues at ticket office redeeming our voucher and transaction was easy. The pitti place and Gardens are both amazing and well worth the visit
It was very easy to enter the museum with the pass. Same for the Palazzo Pitti. The Uffizi was amazing from beginning to end. Boboli Gardens were a nice, peaceful getaway from the crowds.
Smooth e perience and easy purchasing process. The only drawback is a requirement to exchange booking reference for tickets at the ticket office.
Our favourite visit in Florence. Great to skip the queues & spend more time discovering this beautiful palace & its gardens.
The museum visit was great. However, we had thought that the QR code was the actual ticket. So we had to go somewhere else from the entrance to the Uffizi to pick up the paper ticket. I actually wanted to avoid this, so I bought the tickets online beforehand. The office was difficult to find despite Google Maps. The Boboli Gardens are very run-down, overgrown and unkempt and not at all worth the entrance fee. A complete disappointment.

We had a great experience. The Pa;ace was fascinating. Unfortunately we got causgt in a downpour while in the Boboli Gardens. Not the tours problem. Dodn't relize that we needed our iphone earbuds. Not clear in the instructions. No audio guide as a result.
The organization, friendliness and kindness of all the staff and the magnificence of the exhibits, statues and buildings. Truly moving experience.

There are no skip the line tickets. You have to go to the office to get your physical tickets anyway and then you have to wait in line.
Egyptian Obelisk Very helpful staff
They did not have WiFi at Pitti so I had to turn on my own internet which costs extra so I was annoyed about that
A visit to the Palazzo Piti and the Palatine Gallery is a pure marvel. As for the garden, disappointingly uninteresting.

Competence and courtesy of the guide. Must improve your relationship with the ticket office and especially your online assistance, which currently does not solve problems. You need an operator who speaks more than just English for attractions in Italy!

Unfortunately the tour didn't include the royal apartments which I am convinced it said it did when I booked it. So we cancelled the tour while there with the guide and he got a refund on the tickets and you kindly refunded the tour. We appreciated it.
Our guide Beatrice was awesome. Her passion and her knowledge of the history and art/culture of the Medici era was outstanding. We leant so much. She was an excellent guide who went beyond her brief.
Tour guide was passionate, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. Great experience!
We were accompanied by Simone, an excellent guide and excellent connoisseur of the palace and gallery. We were lucky enough to do the tour on our own, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. Recommended.

At first not clear who had the tickets so lined up at ticket office, but tour leader was really entertaining and informative. I think it's so important to have a guide in these places as you get so much more out of the experience.
The guide didn't stop talking, she was always attentive to everyone, explaining very interesting facts and making it participative. All very impressive and highly recommended.

The guide knew so much history - not only about the Pitti palace but also the historical context of the art, the palace, and the political intrigues of the various time periods. We learned so much during the tour!
Our guide was absolutely fabulous. This was our best tour in Florence.

WE LIKED: UFFIZI GALLERY WE DIDN'T LIKE: VASARI CORIDOR - after reconstruction only empty white wall space (overpass) with no arts at the time. Sculptures/busta in Coridor wraped in plastic - prepared for upcoming exhibition been said. PITTI PALACE - inside exhibitions - other disappointment - presentation of art stucked in the past - all of beautiful crystal chandeliers and statues covered by visible layer of dust/dirt... We have to say that we like art - we visited many museums and palaces around the Europe but never saw anything like that... It is pity that we cannot upload any photos to our review :(

The Palazzo Pitti's Main Gallery is located on the left side of the entrance. This Gallery houses a huge collection of over 500 artworks mainly from the Renaissance period that belonged to the Medici family's private collections. Titian, Raphael, Corregio, Peter Paul Rubens, and, most crucially, Petro De Cortona are among the artists represented in the collection.
The remodeling of the Florentine academy in 1748 resulted in the creation of this gallery. It houses a diverse collection of paintings and sculptures from the 19th and 20th centuries. The room is filled with historical paintings and artworks. Giovanni Fattori's well-known Maremma landscapes are among the most well-known. This is one of the most visited areas of Palazzo Pitti.
The Royal apartment is a 14-room suite where the Medici family previously resided. These quarters were largely outfitted throughout the Medici era and as late as the nineteenth century. This apartment displays collectibles and other types of furniture, such as four-poster beds. These rooms also had a lot of Medici portraits, most of which were painted by Giusto Sustermans.
This building is also known as the Silver Museum. This includes, above all, the chambers that were originally used as the Medici's summer residence. The "Medici Treasure," which includes semi-precious stone vases, rock crystals, ambers, and ivories, is housed here. The Museum features a section dedicated to contemporary jewellery, as well as a collection of jewellery from the 17th to the 19th centuries.
The Museum of Costume and Fashion is housed in the Palazzina della Meridiana, which is adjacent to Palazzo Pitti's southern wing. The Museum is divided into thirteen rooms, six of which are on the front side. Historical clothing from the beginning of the 18th century to the first two decades of the twentieth century is on exhibition as part of an educational agenda that emphasizes the evolution of fashion and fabric over time.
From Tuesday to Sunday: 8:15am to 6:30pm
Closed on: Mondays, January 1, December 25
Last admission: One hour before closing
The best time to visit Palazzo Pitti is as soon as it opens. The crowd is yet to build up and the queue is minimal. In terms of weather, you would be best served to visit Florence in the months of May, June, September, and October.
