Absolutely loved it, especially all the pools, pity there was work going on in the middle of pools.. loved the ice baths to also weather was lovely, BUT you need to ask the staff there to go on a training course for customer service there attitude towards customers are applauding and disrespectful. That would not happen here in Liverpool we paid a lot of money to go on holiday and for different activities m, if they treat people like this they should not be in this line of work. Hopefully you will be able to rectify this and put them on a training course soon

The baths were very relaxing and stunning! Downsides are that it does feel crowded in comparison to others, very difficult to get a sunbed :( and, finding your way around was a bit challenging sometimes but some staff were very helpful.

Lovely trip to the spa, went early in the day so wasn't too busy. The thermal pools were amazing & the sauna & steam rooms. Chose the changing room & storage ticket which was worth spending extra on for peace of mind with your belongings. The pools started to get busy as we were leaving at around 1pm

The reservation with Headout was no problem. We went in and everything we booked was included. Széchenyi Spa was a disappointment. Too many people and the outside pools were separated by a tarp (perhaps construction work) which made it look bad. I regret having opted for this spa. Although the actual baths were awesome there were some points that needed to be made. The biggest one obviously is the elephant in the room which is that nearly half the outside area is totally unavailable as the central swimming zone is being repaired and was covered by tarpaulin of some sort which was really ugly. I think this inconvenience should be reflected in some sort of a discount on the price. It was also exceptionally busy at the weekend but apart from these two issues it was undoubtedly a once in a lifetime experience which I would highly recommend.

I had an absolutely lovely time here. I went by myself and booked a day ticket with a private cabin room. It was really clear and easy on how to get in and I was given a wrist band that locked and unlocked my cabin which was a small changing room. It was excellent as I had a suitcase with me and I was able to keep it in there and not worry about leaving my stuff unattended. When I went the center pool was closed but I didn't feel like I was missing out as there were still lots of other pools to go in, and saunas and cold pools inside too. I would definitely recommend to solo or group travelers as it's really lovely!

The space was beautiful, it was just a shame that the larger spa was under construction, but I found the experience incredible. I loved the fact that the side spas had different temperatures, with one being hotter and more relaxing, and the other being cooler. I think the infrastructure is worthy of applause, even with a lot of people you could swim to your heart's content. The interior was equally beautiful, with many different pools and baths. I would definitely go back to experience it again. Thank you

Sevwerely dissapointed that the main outdoor swimming pool was closed and the outside beauty completely spoiled by contrstction plastic sheeting. Fees should be 50% is you are not providing what is advertised and wer go for the beauty of the buildings not plastic - No VIP showers and we are paying for VIP... all in all dissapointing to pay VIP to get nothing except a lounge zone..... with a service that would not even swop tea for a cup of coffee... fruit in plastic dish. Not what I had really expected.... tbh!

Quick, pleasant welcome, retro cabins, pleasant baths with different temperatures. The only hitch was that the main bath was closed for major renovations and would be closed for many months, so it was a bit disappointing not to have known about it beforehand. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't take the fruit and cocktail option, as the whole thing wasn't very good.

We like the space, it's really attractive! The indoor pools have a different smell, which is a bit hard to bear! The water is warm, but each pool has its own particular temperature! We loved the Dayspalm, I recommend it!

The baths were very relaxing and stunning! Downsides are that it does feel crowded in comparison to others, very difficult to get a sunbed :( and, finding your way around was a bit challenging sometimes but some staff were very helpful.

Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. The experience with Headput was very positive and it was very east to get the tickets following the clear instructions and reminders provided. It is definately recommended.

We followed a guard with the audio guide for the French translation. The text gives all the details of the rooms we pass through, but is concise enough not to lose the viewer. From the staircase to the press room, where all the trades are represented thanks to the statuettes that adorn the top of the walls, from the corridors to the hemicycle room where the European representatives sit, the Parliament is Hungary's real treasure.

Amazing place - I've not been to a thermal bath before and this was a great experience. It was being refurbished so one of the pools was currently closed. Perhaps at £30 for basic entry a little expensive but you could stay all day. If you want to Would recommend a visit.

The spaciousness of the leisure space offered by the hot springs. In addition, as we went on a weekday, the number of people was much smaller than if we had gone on a weekend, which is appreciated.

Thank you

Despite the crowds, the two outdoor pools out of 3 were not saturated. It's a pity that the center pool was still under construction. The interior of the buildings is typical, but also in need of a facelift. We've been transported to another era, but the site is nonetheless pretty.

Acceptable is fine and I didn't necessarily have to have any problems. But for an experience to be good or excellent we are talking about the facilities being unbeatable and everything being at the client's disposal.

The thermal baths are a real blast! Although the central outdoor pool is under construction, everything else is in operation and worth a visit. The cruise on the Danube at night was spectacular! We forgot the headphones and still we could download the pdf guide that explained in writing the same as the audio guide said, in order and with pictures! A 10!!! I recommend you to take the side where the guide starts (download it first in the QR that there is at the entrance and look what is the first thing that speaks to you), in our case it was the right side. If we come back we will repeat!

Very nice cruise with stunning views and the perfect angles for good souvenir photos. The shecheny baths was very impressive but they don't tell you that the main pool is under repair and limits the experience a bit. But still worth the check out ✅️

Frankly, it's pleasant, but the work on the central pool really spoils the overall impression, which is a shame! Also, it's not very well maintained given the price per person: lots of chipped tiles on the floors, paintwork... I'm a bit disappointed!

The water outside had a nice and warm temperature. Nice to have steps to sit on . I thought the showers were fine but little room to dry yourself and the door was open into the hall, so my opinion is that the shower room could be updated. The baths inside were nice as well as the saunas. All the best from Iceland :-))

Everything worked out wonderfully. It was easy to find our way around, we had a locker but no cabin. The bathroom was being remodeled, so only a good, it could have been specified. There are a lot of people there but you don't really feel it. We benefited from the sauna and steam room and so after the bath I had no more pain in my legs after a long time.

  • Kids under 14 are not allowed in saunas, steam rooms, plunge pools, or indoor thermal pools due to their high mineral content. The building and the spa are really great. The architecture, the ambience, the pools. Overall it was very crowded, which firstly made it very noisy and secondly there was a lack of loungers to rest and relax. In addition, the outdoor pool was not open and the staff were simply unfriendly. A great pity. Important: Take a swimming cap with you or alternatively be prepared to buy one in the spa store at the entrance. Bathing caps must be worn in the swimming pool, not in the thermal pools!
