There are various good stuff but not enough to compensate the price... I have paid this or less for a more memorable museum where yo need to spend a lot of time to appreciate all the art.

Original works that blend controversy and innocence. The interactive part of the hall of lights was great.

I've been to several Catholic churches, but no other cathedral has a more magnificent energy than the Barcelona Cathedral. It was a place where I could feel the Gothic style as it is and have a reverent mind.

It would be really nice if the tickets were directly included in the email, not as a link to "manage tickets". We went to the Cathedral of Barcelona, then we wanted to go to the rooftop, however, finding the tickets again turned out to be "mission impossible" taking several long minutes.

I didn't love it, couldn't get the audio guide to work, toilets were awful despite an extra cost (no soap, dryer doesn't stay on & nowhere to put bag apart from on the wet floor!! ) & no explanation why the geese were there. Pretty poor experience.

It was so easy to get the tickets at the airport information desk. The lady we dealt with was so polite and professional. Picked up the tickets, headed to the Metro and off to the hotel. We used the Barcelona card to gain discounted access to some muesums, the cable car and the aquarium. The card is a must - the discounts may be small in some locations, but they do add up. Well worth it.

Hello everyone, there is talk of unlimited public transportation. But you can only get on red and white buses. The metro worked great, the Rondalies streetcar was unreliable 6 times out of 10, stops were skipped and there was no visual information, only announcements in Spanish.

Instructions for redeeming this ticket were not clear at all. Had a lot of trouble finding out how to exchange this voucher for the real pass. Need more specific address for the catalunya booth. Was given incorrect instructions from metro staff everywhere. This was advertised as refundable and cancellable, it was not.

The card worked after I received it. Unfortunately, I received it a whole day late and was told that I would not get anything back. As the electricity was out for a whole day in Spain, this was an unforeseen event. I realize this, but I would have liked a refund for one day

If you have a late flight, you cannot immediately use the ticket to travel from the airport to your downtown destination. Still had to buy another ticket for metro and could only use the 96h ticket the day after. Otherwise, we were satisfied with it.

You can move around Barcelona very flexibly. The metro is also pleasant. The buses are already unpleasantly overcrowded. If you book in advance via Headout, you can only get tickets from certain information points. We therefore had to pay an additional 5 euros for the journey there. You could have bought the Hola Barcelona ticket from any ticket machine.

The perfect way to travel in Barcelona. Also recommended is to take the metro to or from the airport. Super experience, one of the deepest metro routes in Europe.

It was an easy purchase and easy to use. We mostly used it for metro rides as opposed to busses but I can't imagine the experience being too different. 10/10 would do again.

Great ticket and it worked great. Suggestions for improvement: You don't know exactly when the hours have expired, so you have to be very careful when using it for the first time. Card bends quickly. An app on your cell phone would be cool!

We got from one place to another very well. Unfortunately, it is not easy to see that the cable car Teleferic to Montjuïc is not included in the tickets. It costs about 17€ there and back.

I liked the fact that I could move around easily without thinking about tickets, but the fact that night buses are not included is a bit limiting--with that price you could get them to take Still, positive experience

Once you have found out where you can get the card (badly signposted at the airport, at the metro stations at the machine only after several attempts), then everything is easy. Good price-performance ratio for stays of several days

First the digital purchase and app but you have to print it out afterwards and can't drive directly via the QR code in the app. What a pity. I couldn't print it out at the airport, the next morning I needed a ticket because I had to go to an appointment and couldn't go to a tourist information office to print it out. It could be fully digitalized. Thank you

These passes are very practical and recommended if you're staying in Barcelona. However, be careful. If you buy them online, you can only pick them up at certain times in certain places. Don't be fooled like me if you arrive late in Barcelona, you won't be able to collect them until the following day. You can buy exactly the same passes from kiosks at any time, especially at the airport.

The Travemünde Card is very good. The only thing we were missing was a map, as with the metro, for buses and trains, to see which vehicle you can use to reach a chosen destination. Ober is there an app?

Redeeming the pre-paid QR code ticket voucher at the tourist information desk at Barcelona Airport to receive the printed Travel Card worked without any problems. The Travel Card worked perfectly and traveling freely in the city with the card was a pure pleasure.

As a first-time visitor to Barcelona, I found it a bit less straightforward than expected to figure out how to get the metro pass and the attraction card. I really appreciated that many museums were free to access with the card, but in hindsight, I wish I had chosen the other pass that included entry to the Gaudí museums, as those were the main attractions I was hoping to visit. Unfortunately, I only realized this later on. Overall, I loved the convenience of simply showing my Barcelona Card at the counter and receiving my ticket—it made the experience so much smoother.

We really loved so much the experience. I really think you could explain better all the informations in your app and PDF ticket. For exemple: The informations about which events/access can be enter by QR CODE or only by printed vouchers/cards are really confused. Many tourits became confused. The Aerobus, "Monbus" enterprise, ARE NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORT! As i said, i really didn't understand your explanations and i lost a little time in my arrival in Barcelona.

Visitor tips

  • Give yourself 1-2 hours to explore the museum comfortably, especially if you're a fan of contemporary and street art. The museum is not very large, but the exhibits can be thought-provoking and interactive, so take your time to absorb each piece.
  • If you're planning to visit other nearby attractions, like Parc de la Ciutadella or Palau de la Música Catalana, add an extra hour or two to your itinerary.
  • To get a closer look at the art pieces and take better photos, visiting during early morning or late afternoon (around 4pm) offers more space to enjoy the exhibits without interruptions.
  • The Moco Museum Barcelona is generally less crowded if you visit in the early mornings, right when it opens at 10am. This gives you the chance to enjoy the exhibits without rushing or battling large crowds.
  • Be sure not to miss Guillermo Lorca’s ‘Esplendor de la Noche’, its blend of magic with realism is a feast for the eyes.
  • At the Moco Museum in Barcelona, visitors can indeed take a photo on the pink stairs and immerse themselves in a 3D installation room featuring works by Roy Lichtenstein.
  • If you’re visiting the Cathedral of Barcelona as part of a combo ticket, make sure to take advantage of the opportunity to visit the rooftop. You’ll get sweeping views of the Gothic Quarter and Barcelona’s skyline—a highlight for photographers and history lovers alike. The rooftop is accessible via elevator, making it easier for those who might struggle with stairs.
  • If you’re visiting in the summer months, try to avoid the midday heat (especially between 12pm and 3pm) as the museum doesn’t have extensive outdoor spaces, but other nearby attractions like the El Born neighborhood or the Cathedral might involve some outdoor walking. Stay hydrated and wear sunscreen if you're planning a full day of sightseeing in Barcelona.
