I loved the art but wasted a lot of time getting the passport. I would prefer for it to be all digital.
Opportunity to visit exhibitions in foundations I didn't know - No bureaucracy, no queue and no advance booking - Sensational

The "passport" is exactly as described and works perfectly. No reservation is needed even for temporary ones. For each passport, it is possible to have a "guest" person (paying his or her own fee) skip the line with you. You can pick it up at each of the scheduled museums.

The Picasso museum was a highlight of our visit to Barcelona. We also visited the modern art museum. We love that the passport is good for a year. There was a bit of a hiccup picking up the pasees as my husband was redirected to another location. Might want to correct that.
It was great to be able to skip the lines, particularly at the Picasso Museum. My trip coincided with the blockbuster Miro/Picasso show that appears at both the Picasso Museum and Miro Foundation so having those 2 museums as part of the pass was important. Otherwise I explored a number of museums I wouldn't necessarily have gone to. I loved the National Art Museum of Catalonia which has an incredible collection of church frescoes saved from across small villages in the Pyrenees as well as an interesting modern art collection. I was a bit disappointed by the MACBA but saw a great AI exhibit at the neighboring CCIB that I would normally never have thought to visit.
Great and fast entry I went on Friday it's free anyways I lost my artiticket the Front lady at Picasso gave me a hard time want me to downtown office to get a replacement??? I just ignored her moved in to next lady, she gave me a ticket I went right in
I was forced to buy a slot 8:00 -20:00 as the 10:00 21:00 was sold out... Why do you sell tickets to a time slot where the museums are NOT yet open?? It was understood that we had to be at the museum ar 08:00 to be guaranteed entry.... Picasso opened at 10:00......
The ticket did not work at the picasdo museum. I spoke to your servicerep and agreed with him that the ticket should be vancelled and that I would get a full refund of the ticket cost.

I was at the museum at least 15min prior to my reservesion but was misslead by Picasso museum worker and waited the line for entry. As a result I was 11 minutes late for the meeting point and there was no one find from the company. I had to speek with a tour guide from another company the and explain what had happened. It would have been nice just get us the entry and see the museum without any skipping the line ot audio guide. After another 40 minutes waiting I was refused any further assistance. It is somehow disappointing to get refused even an entrance that costs 17€ when you have payed double that.
The museum is impressive, we were very informed with the guidance of Ms. Olga. For those who do not have knowledge of art history, I recommend visiting with a guide. Thanks to Miss Olga.
I realky liked the tour and the museum of course ! It was very informative and I highly recommend it

I have never visited so many museums in Barcelona. The ticket allows you to visit museums that would otherwise not have been on your itinerary. Unfortunately, the ticket redemption is very inconvenient, especially the metro ticket, which I would have liked to have immediately on the evening of arrival and not the next morning.

The big problem is finding an office where you can change your e-ticket. It's badly indicated and poorly explained on the app and at the time of purchase. It's also important to specify which museums are free and which are discounted, as well as the percentage discount, and to state clearly that aerobus is not included.

Cool museums and attractions! And the transport card (Hola Card) is just amazing and was very useful 👍🏻. My tip: visit the Bunksy Museum, because it is just stunning
Very convenient way to have access to the museums in the city and also be able to travel on the entire transportation system in Barcelona. We enjoyed
As a first-time visitor to Barcelona, I found it a bit less straightforward than expected to figure out how to get the metro pass and the attraction card. I really appreciated that many museums were free to access with the card, but in hindsight, I wish I had chosen the other pass that included entry to the Gaudí museums, as those were the main attractions I was hoping to visit. Unfortunately, I only realized this later on. Overall, I loved the convenience of simply showing my Barcelona Card at the counter and receiving my ticket—it made the experience so much smoother.

It was so easy to get the tickets at the airport information desk. The lady we dealt with was so polite and professional. Picked up the tickets, headed to the Metro and off to the hotel. We used the Barcelona card to gain discounted access to some muesums, the cable car and the aquarium. The card is a must - the discounts may be small in some locations, but they do add up. Well worth it.
Convenience and comfortable traffic.
Hello everyone, there is talk of unlimited public transportation. But you can only get on red and white buses. The metro worked great, the Rondalies streetcar was unreliable 6 times out of 10, stops were skipped and there was no visual information, only announcements in Spanish.

Instructions for redeeming this ticket were not clear at all. Had a lot of trouble finding out how to exchange this voucher for the real pass. Need more specific address for the catalunya booth. Was given incorrect instructions from metro staff everywhere. This was advertised as refundable and cancellable, it was not.
The card worked after I received it. Unfortunately, I received it a whole day late and was told that I would not get anything back. As the electricity was out for a whole day in Spain, this was an unforeseen event. I realize this, but I would have liked a refund for one day

If you have a late flight, you cannot immediately use the ticket to travel from the airport to your downtown destination. Still had to buy another ticket for metro and could only use the 96h ticket the day after. Otherwise, we were satisfied with it.

It was a gamechanger. With one simple ticket you can travel as much as you like - by bus or by the metro. It really made a lot of things easier and the holdiday therefore more enjoyable.

You can move around Barcelona very flexibly. The metro is also pleasant. The buses are already unpleasantly overcrowded. If you book in advance via Headout, you can only get tickets from certain information points. We therefore had to pay an additional 5 euros for the journey there. You could have bought the Hola Barcelona ticket from any ticket machine.

The perfect way to travel in Barcelona. Also recommended is to take the metro to or from the airport. Super experience, one of the deepest metro routes in Europe.

It was an easy purchase and easy to use. We mostly used it for metro rides as opposed to busses but I can't imagine the experience being too different. 10/10 would do again.

We got from one place to another very well. Unfortunately, it is not easy to see that the cable car Teleferic to Montjuïc is not included in the tickets. It costs about 17€ there and back.

Once you have found out where you can get the card (badly signposted at the airport, at the metro stations at the machine only after several attempts), then everything is easy. Good price-performance ratio for stays of several days

First the digital purchase and app but you have to print it out afterwards and can't drive directly via the QR code in the app. What a pity. I couldn't print it out at the airport, the next morning I needed a ticket because I had to go to an appointment and couldn't go to a tourist information office to print it out. It could be fully digitalized. Thank you

These passes are very practical and recommended if you're staying in Barcelona. However, be careful. If you buy them online, you can only pick them up at certain times in certain places. Don't be fooled like me if you arrive late in Barcelona, you won't be able to collect them until the following day. You can buy exactly the same passes from kiosks at any time, especially at the airport.

Hassle-free purchase, easy to retrieve, both offline as an image and online via the app. Transportation was fast and safe in the air-conditioned bus. Plenty of space for passengers and suitcases, as buses ran at a good frequency to avoid overcrowding. Gladly again!

It was easy to use. There was some confustion at the airport as to which QR code was the correct one. The gentleman scanning tickets said I didn't have an AeroBus ticket and it was only the Hola Barcelona ticket. But I was able to find the correct QR code that worked. Since I am unfamiliar with the BCN airport or the language I did watch the videos on how to exit the airport to the bus stop and that was helpful.

We attempted to use our voucher Casa Mila and they said the voucher did not work. It worked for the other venues we visited. Since Saha had already scanned it and denied us entry we attempted to use our last voucher on a different site and was told it has expired or been used up. I think I should get a partial refund since I only got to use it on 4 venues instead of three.
