We love our guide Paula from Amigo Tours! She's funny at the same time she knows Guidi pretty well. We got inside right away and she made us feel we got her back throughout the tour. I really recommend her! She's the best.

You have to visit the Sagrada Familia at least once. Simply a marvel and you can only marvel at it. Despite the large number of people, you don't feel crowded, there is enough space to move around freely. Due to the power failure on 28.04.25, we were unable to keep our booked appointment. The ticket was accepted the following day without any problems. Many thanks for this and a big thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff. Muchas gracias

I'll be honest, I was quite worried about getting into the venues because there were so many negative comments about Headout. I only saw these comments after I'd bought the tickets. Everything went well. We were only sad that we couldn't get a guide in Portuguese at the Sagrada Família.

Our guide Mark was excellent. He made the whole experience very worthwhile. He gathered all the guests to the appointed place, and he explained the whole process of the tour. His approach was friendly yet polite, and his english was at professional level. Moreover, the information he provided on historical, cultural and artistic facts of the monument (Sagrada Famiglia) were important, interesting and necessary for someone who trully wants to take advantage of this monument. I highly recommend a guided tour with Mark! Thank you again!

Our tour guide was very knoledgeable about Sagrada Familia and told us every detali. As for the organization the link to meeting point under ticket booking in the app show us the wrong adress and also I tried to call the number below the reservatuon and I heard the numer could not be found... Despite few unpleasantness the tour was wonderful

The expert tour was great! An excellently informed young guide led us through the church. Highly recommended! What we didn't like so much was that we had to wait 10 minutes after the agreed time (14:30) in the blazing sun for late arrivals and the rest of the process until we were finally admitted took another 10 minutes - through a very unfriendly security gate with airport-style lighting. But all in all very worthwhile!

Tina was an amazing guide! I was engaged through the entire tour and the information provided enhanced our experience visiting Sagrada Familia. I used headout several times during my vacation. App was easy to use, ticketing was reliable and easy to access, and required info such as meeting point details was always highlighted and visible.

At first I thought it was not a real service because there were no more tickets on the official site or other ticket portals. I was suspicious when I bought them on headout. The reality is that the price was more affordable than on other portals and we started on time with the guide. The meeting point is outside the souvenir store. Headout delivered well.

Booked the tickets online, which was fairly easy Then looking for a boarding stop This gave more problems, also because you don't know what they look like. So we went to grada familia to get on the bus. At first we were also wrong, but once we knew which buses and the staff explained the concept to us, our adventure could begin. Nice way of exploring the city with explanations in your own language about what you see along the way. And you can leave or re-enter the bus whenever you feel like it. This way you do not have to miss anything of Barcelona

The route was beautiful and taught us a lot about Barcelona. There was one downside, actually two. 1. The bus did not pass the Sagrada Familia at any point so we did not see it. My husband can't walk , so that was bad. 2. We also did not pass the statue of Columbus. Also a missed opportunity

It was an amazing way to see the city. The HOHO service was convenient when you know the stop but absolutely unhelpful when you are new to the city and not know where the exact t location of the meeting point was (I took a taxi to the Museu FC Barcelona meeting point and had to ask several people and walked back and forth to find the stop, while it would have been helpful to have a location intersection with street names). Also, the last stop was very unclear (19h00 vs the exact end time at the respe time stop).

Every visitor to Barcelona should take the bus at the beginning of their stay. There are so many destinations that are not the typical tourist destinations. They are not overcrowded and you can get on and off wherever you want. Perfect. Or you can leave one or two things for later. You also learn an incredible amount about the city, the personalities, of course about FCB and much more. I would do it again. LG

For those who visit this wonderful Park it would be congliabile to go in the morning at the opening so that it is not too crowded to take photos, already around 11.00 am it fills up, especially near the iconic "iguana" on the staircase. Anyway a very unique experience for those who visit Barcelona and are interested in the architecture and natural beauty. Through your app I was also able to listen to an audio guide in Italian language that provided me with some interested notions. COSGLIATISSIMO!!!

The Sagrada Família is really worth seeing. It looks a bit playful compared to other churches, but that doesn't matter because the building itself is great. I don't remember the name of the lady who gave us the tour but she was extraordinary, she had extensive knowledge of the place and was very open to answer questions, very kind and attentive. The price seemed high, but honestly it was worth every euro. Thank you for the experience.

Ticketing was easy on line. Had to ask at two different TI booths where to get the bus and didn't realize we still needed a paper ticket not the QR code. Tour was good we saw lots of sights. Would have liked less music on the head set and more descriptions and history about all the things we saw. Barcelona is a beautiful city so it was enjoyable

We loved the convenience of the HoHo. Unfortunately, on day two (May 22) the wait times were absolutely terrible. One and a half to two hours wait. This ended up costing us 40 euros for a taxi. You should have more busses or sell less tickets in order to accommodate the time of year.

The friendliness of the staff Disappointed I thought I would see the monuments at the different stops. It's more of a "bis" which allows you to go to the reserved visits than a tourist bus in which you can stay to see all the monuments (like in London).

The Sagrada Família is really worth seeing. It looks a bit playful compared to other churches, but that doesn't matter because the building itself is great. Our guide explained and narrated a lot and in detail and the guided tour in English is also easy to understand. After a guided tour, you don't have to leave immediately and can have a look around yourself.

Our guide was excellent and incredibly informative. There was so much to see at Sagrada Familia, and our guide explained everything. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but he looked like Will Forte (TV and movie actor in US). Thanks.

The monastery, the boys' choir and the landscape are definitely worth a visit. Redeeming the tickets was easy so far. However, we were not given the audio guide directly together with the map. We thought we would get it when we entered the basilica, but then we had to go back to the information desk. Switching between typing in the audio guide and reading the information in the booklet, as well as searching on the map at the same time, is awkward. It would be nice if the numbers were directly at the locations, as in the museum. You are more occupied with the materials than enjoying the sights. But that's not Headout's fault. Everything worked out fine.

Take a Barcelona city tour to soak in the sights and sounds of this majestic city. Barcelona’s unique confluence of heritage and modernity makes it worth exploring. From the famed works of Antoni Gaudi to the magnificent Camp Nou, the city of Barcelona has a lot to offer. Guided vs Self-Guided Tours

If you like walking in the company of a local expert, sign up for a guided tour. If you prefer your own company and strolling about at your pace, a self guided tour paired with an audio guide is perfect. Here's what you need to know about guided and self guided tours in Barcelona.

Walking tour

Guided Tour

A guided tour of Barcelona is especially handy when you are on a time crunch and don't know where to go. Your professional tour guide will take you to the most renowned (and lesser-explored) spots in the city and dole out interesting facts about Barcelona. A guided tour also means you get to save a lot of money, as booking guided tours online in advance let you make the best use of discounts and exclusive offers.

Self-Guided Tour

A self-guided tour lets you explore the city and its many attractions all by yourself. Since you won't be accompanied by a guide or a group in tow, you can explore the city at your own pace. However, if you aren't sure about where to go, what to do or how to go about it, a guided tour is a much better option. You might also be expected to shell out more money while visiting attractions as you won't find the kind of discounts you would online.
