Extremely well organised, great staff, surprisingly top lunch with the best salad roll ever. And then there was a great boat trip with lots of excitement and "wows" at the stunning scenery.
The crew were fantastic in all aspects including knowledge, skills, safety and empathy for unwell passengers. The views and experience were breathtaking and will be forever etched in our memory. Thank you.
I liked watching the sea-seal on the cliff and the amazing rocks. However, I was very disappointed for not seeing the dolphins.
Sorry forgotten both names but Female Geologist on board was a bonus .Both she and skipper were upbeat friendly and instilled confidence in windy and rough conditions . Very impressed how skipper handled boat . Did the trip to Tasman few years back Very impressive operation . Thanks Pennicott team !
Very well managed, welcoming team, who looked after us well. Great experience, especially the dolphins. Lunch after in the restaurant was perfect.
The rugged environment and the staff were great from the driver, work experience Ben, boat staff and cafe staff. All the equipment with in great shape. Well done
Being at the bottom of the world and feeling the clean air, seeing the clear water and untouched cliffs of Australia was amazing. The marine life was an unexpected bonus, loved the journey. Good to see the impact of the whole outing left a minimal footprint in the environment. We did have one seasick member of our group, and your staff looked after her so well. Thank you to your team, much appreciated.

All the beautiful scenery, delicious local produce and magical viewpoints. The experience was enhanced by Dave with his amazing knowledge of the island and its history. He was very good at juggling the itinerary to suit the weather . A good day out..
You get to explore alot of the island and the lunch was amazing. The tour guide provided us with some iteresting local facts and stories. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we would do it again.
Ticketing was easy and fast. Grant our guide was very knowledgeable and had a ton of information that he gladly shared. Lunch at the Pub was delicious and the sightseeing was great. Enjoyed the chocolate samples, the honey goodies and of course the oysters were amazing! Thank you for an enjoyable day and all the best to Grant for his upcoming retirement!
Very good guide with alot of knowledge
Grant was a top guide. Ticketing easy.
Our guide Jimmy was fantastic providing a wide variety of information about the Islands culture, wildlife and culinarily delights. Particularly enjoyed the care and attention to all the guests attending to there very need and keeping the tour on track and even ahead of schedule so we could enjoy a few special extra stops to Enjoy It's a WOW all round from us !!!!😆
Jimmy was an excellent guide, informative and not overbearing. He also seemed to provide an endless series of opportunities to try local produce. We had a great time
Andy is a great tour captain. Very caring and heaps of information. Well planned tour and lovely scenery. A great day out
The guide was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Please note, there were no feedback multiple choice options that adequately described the nature of my feedback, so I had to select 'my guide was 'rude unpleasant' (the guide was neither) because I would not have been able to submit written feedback otherwise. There were a couple of comments I had regarding language used by the guide during the trip. The first was about inclusive language for attendees. There were times when the guide referred to attendees as 'ladies and gentleman', which doesn't recognise my identity as a non-binary attendee (that is, someone who isn't exclusively either male or female). Using alternative language like 'everyone' or 'team' avoids excluding non-binary attendees. A second comment I had was around commentary regarding Bruny Island. A comment was made by the host about how a number of people living on the Island had become 'Cook crazy', by naming street signs etc. after James Cook. This was communicated as an interesting fact attendees might be interested in, rather than as being something that could make First Nations attendees and First Nations residents on Bruny Island feel culturally unsafe about, given Cook's role in the violent colonisation of Australia. Recognising the harmful racial and colonial implications of naming landmarks etc. after colonists like James Cook, particularly given many colonised countries are deliberately heading in the opposite direction, and removing reference to colonists, would have demonstrated more sensitivity, and helped educate attendees.
Guide was great, oysters delicious, light house tour fantastic , lunch tastie , morning tea on the beach beautiful. Great trip
Rock was fabulous. Great local knowledge and passionate about Bruny Island. Great tour! Lunch was also a standout at Bruny Pub!

It was so great to see so much of the island and get all the information from Geno. Beautiful beaches, rainforest, lookout and light houses. And then the food part was really good also.
From the moment Geno picked us up for our Bruny Island tour we knew we were going to have a great day. Geno is very personable and shared his knowledge of the Island with us. The rainforest walk and beach visit were also wonderful experiences.
Andrew was a top notch, easy going bloke who ensured that everyone had a great time on the tour. His knowledge about the area was second to none, and even gave some wonderful tips on how to gather seafood from the shores. Great day out!
Our driver was outstanding. Bruny island is somewhat of a disappointing location for tourist services.
The planned tour, knowledgeable tour guide Barnsy) and the friendly group we were with.
The day was awesome from pick up to drop off. Beautiful island and great tour guides.
on an average, there was more driving involved as compared to sight seeing or walking etc
Everything was wonderful! The pickup was extremely punctual, and having a small group made the experience feel more personalized. The places we visited were stunning, and the organization was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
What a fantastic day! A great way to see all the spectacular parts of Bruny Island. I would certainly recommend this tour operator to anyone considering a visit to the island. Bunzy and his whit and knowledge of the area made the day!

Local knowledge and info given by Dan driver was fantastic. Being picked up from near our hotel appreciated. Great way to see the island as learnt things self driving would have never known. Thanks for a great day Dan!
Our driver Paul was so helpful and informative. We had a lovely day. I would have liked to spend more time at the cheese beer and bread place. Louie was very helpful also.
The rainforest walk and the tour of the private gardens was amazing. Lunch was really delicious, but the dining area is very loud and makes it hard to hear what people are saying.
