Very good but not great. The baths are considered the most luxurious, but I think you have to understand by the: historical. The place is beautiful but needs major renovation. If you've forgotten your equipment, it's possible to buy it all on site. The cabins are very practical for leaving personal belongings. The pools are top-notch, especially the 40-degree pool. Beware, this is a mixed area. The outdoor pool was crowded. Good experience, but not exceptional. I'd recommend it!

Overall a very good experience and I plan to visit again when going to Budapest. Pool and thermal baths were exquisite, staff was nice and friendly. Weather was nice on Monday so we got to enjoy the outside caffe part of the space as well. Keep up the good work!
The building and the spa are really great. The architecture, the ambience, the pools. Overall it was very crowded, which firstly made it very noisy and secondly there was a lack of loungers to rest and relax. In addition, the outdoor pool was not open and the staff were simply unfriendly. A great pity. Important: Take a swimming cap with you or alternatively be prepared to buy one in the spa store at the entrance. Bathing caps must be worn in the swimming pool, not in the thermal pools!

The Gellert thermal baths were very beautiful and had the old world feel that I was looking for. Make to visit all internal baths and steam room
The truth is that everything has been easy. From the purchase process, follow-up and communication. The thermal baths of Gellert we have fallen in love with super quiet and very complete. It transports you to the 19th century and you leave there refreshed. The boat is also a marvel, at 20.30 it is not yet night and it is the return when you start to see it all illuminated. The parliament is something magical, day and night.

The thermal pools are great, there are different pools with different temperatures. The main pool requires you to wear swincap, the others don't. The "cabin" is really just a cubicle ideal for a single person to change in - perfectly functional. The warm pools are quite relaxing and enjoyable.
Well organized, but I was expecting something more. In the end, it's like hot tap water, with no sulfur smell and no impression that it's different from other waters and has beneficial properties.

Here’s a review you could use to rate your experience at Gellért Spa Bath in Budapest. Feel free to adjust the tone or content depending on where you're posting it: --- I had high expectations for my visit to Gellért Spa Bath, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. I was under the impression that there would be a guided tour or at least some kind of audio guide, but there was none, which made the experience feel less immersive and informative than I hoped. I also expected to spend more time there, but ended up leaving after just an hour or two. The outdoor pools were limited—only two were open—and one was extremely small and overcrowded. The larger indoor pool looked great, but swimming was only allowed if you had a swim cap, which I assumed was included in the ticket (I had purchased one with a private cabin and locker). Instead, I had to buy it separately, which felt frustrating and unnecessary. Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. They mostly communicated with whistles and gave no clear explanations, which made the atmosphere feel more tense than relaxing. Overall, the building themselves are beautiful, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired—especially for the price.
We purchased the thermal bath/boat package. I will start by saying that both experiences are worth having in a wonderful city like Budapest. The thermal baths are a relaxing oasis in which to unwind (I even fell asleep a bit in the pools); the boat ride is also a beautiful experience. The only negative note is the control of the staff inside the boat itself. If there are seats you sit down or at any rate, if you want to be outside in the cooler, you make sure not to block the view of those who have decided to be inside. Either way, definitely do both experiences.

Everything in order from the entrance, clean and quiet. We arrived early so we made good use of the day! I would only add that they did not warn us that the outdoor pool was closed!

The experience was everything and more we expected. Just stunning location Staff were wonderful and the baths were clean and well run
the cleanliness of the facilities. It is a totally recommendable experience. The hot springs are spectacular as well as the outdoor solarium and outdoor pools.

It was something totally different from what ever Inexoerienced before. Quite enjoyable. Can't help.wondering about the lack of hygiene, specially on a rainy day...
Spending time with friends and relaxing in an amazing building . Disappointed that the main pool was closed though, we had expected it to be open and weren't offered any compensation because of it
The old building was beautiful. The outside baths were closed, the sauna not nice or hygienic at all and there were not really relaxing space or rooms
I thought I bought the ticket from the actual venue only to find I had to download your ridiculous app to get my tickets. Will never use headout again. Stupid inconvenience
The highlight of my visit was The different baths with different temperatures. Extremely efficient entry and love the private lockers. Very good experience.
A must visit when in Budapest. Loved the many different pools with varying temperatures. The efficiency of getting to the private lockers. The beautiful architecture.
The Gellért Thermal Baths are well worth visiting as the architecture is beautiful and the experience very relaxing. However, the large outdoor pool is drained which we weren't told about and it is mandatory to wear flip flops and bring your own towel. You can buy them onsite but they're on the pricy side.
I liked the hot water, but there was excessive noise; it was also difficult to move around inside (finding the cabin and finding the exit).

The private cabin is big enough for 2 people. I shared one with my husband because there are so many and it's a bit of a maze. I recommend booking with the cabin.

I booked online, at first of course I was a bit skeptical. Instead everything went very well. I was in Budapest during the June 2 bridge. The booking confirmation came directly to the email. From the app I downloaded the tickets. Punctual departure, 10 p.m. sailing. recommend bringing a sweatshirt or jacket. The view was very very nice

The scenery was delightful, and purchasing tickets was straightforward. However, the boat driver's pacing was somewhat uneven, speeding past some sights while lingering at others, before attempting to make up for lost time.
Great! Got there earlier than our actual timing, so we changed and just hopped on to an ealier cruise and they let us. Worth your money and time! Definitely should take this on the first day of your tour/visit in Budapest. Entry to the boat was easy and smooth. I think both day and night cruise are great!

Very good, easy booking, arrival instructions too. I recommend doing it at night, because the illuminated city is just sublime. Audio guide essential! Take your headphones! The guide's link is in the confirmation e-mail, so don't be fooled. I recommend this tour.

The calmness with which we navigated gave the opportunity to see, photograph, film all the beauty of Budapest. The audio guide support was most useful because it is always nice to know the history. Kudos to the girls, very kind and patient in accommodating all requests on board

I really enjoyed the tour taken on the Danube cruise because I got to see the city lit up at night. It was very exciting. I recommend showing up much earlier at embarkation because there was a long line of people.

It was a beautiful experience. The illuminated Parliament is spectacular. On the boat, unfortunately, there was not all the free space on the open-air roof, only half of it, so not everyone could look out over the river or take pictures without the presence of other people. However, the monuments could still be seen well

Excellent service Ilalian guide downloaded at the time ( bring headphones) one hour of navigation recommended at sunset .

The boat trip was nice, but the organization could be improved. When booking, the address of the boarding points should be made clear in advance, especially if you want to book it spontaneously, and it should be pointed out directly that you need an app for the audio guide, then you could install it beforehand if necessary. I only noticed this on the ship and was unable to take advantage of the offer.

Pre-visit communication (emails, app, etc.) is very clear. No problems encountered during the various tours The audioguide is practical, especially on the Danube, we learned a lot and the evening lights are magnificent!

Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. The experience with Headput was very positive and it was very east to get the tickets following the clear instructions and reminders provided. It is definately recommended.
Very informative with audio guides explaining aspects of each room we entered. So much history, was great to learn about the domestic and the different leaders.

We followed a guard with the audio guide for the French translation. The text gives all the details of the rooms we pass through, but is concise enough not to lose the viewer. From the staircase to the press room, where all the trades are represented thanks to the statuettes that adorn the top of the walls, from the corridors to the hemicycle room where the European representatives sit, the Parliament is Hungary's real treasure.

Everything was very organized, we arrived and they were waiting for us, they gave us the tickets and we took the guided tour. The interior of the parliament is beautiful, even more so than the exterior.

This Parliament is so magnificent, inside and out. It's brimming with history, which we discover during the tour with the audioguides. I just find that the tour is rather short: we only see part of the 4th floor, and it lasts 30 minutes if you take out the time spent with security, audioguide distribution and so on. So I was a bit disappointed, but it's worth doing! The Headout organization is a bit scary, because you have to find someone on the spot, give your ID and then get your ticket, but everything went smoothly - we were a whole group! It's not a scam at all!

Attraction not entirely.... attractive. Being a government palace, the visit is very limited, to only the "lower chamber" with explanation via audio of how the work is done, the crown room (where no photos or video can be taken) and another room where there are statues of the most important people in Hungarian history. End.
