Great to see how The Palm was created. Views from the top were stunning. Sunset is a great time to go, even when a bit cloudy! The colour of the sky was awesome. Not too busy up there so plenty of opportunities to take photos.

It was easy to book tickets. There is about half an hour if you are a little late, which is exactly what happened to us while we were looking for a place to park our car in the shopping center. Overall a nice walk with a nice view and the most important thing is that the weather is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the visibility was great.

See the beauty of the palm however there are some rowdy tourists who seats on the viewing picture stand but no guards reprimand them.
- Skip the line at View at The Palm and head straight to the top! This ticket also gets you to the highest deck, talk about premium!
- Reach the Level 52 deck in under 3 minutes via a super fast elevator (and remember no queues?) and see the city through the angled windows.
- Level 54 is where it's at. Climb up 2 flights from Level 52, and you're on the rooftop with nothing but open air and 360° views of Palm Island and Dubai Marina.

Burj Khalifa At The Top
- Tip: The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj.
- No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj Khalifa, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
- Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue, especially during peak hours and weekends.
- It is recommended to check the weather forecast to ensure that you make the most of the observation decks.
- You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.

Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

Overall a nice walk with a nice view and the most important thing is that the weather is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the visibility was great.

Aquaventure is an absolutely fantastic waterpark! All the rides were amazing. However, one thing that needs attention is the time mentioned on the Headout ticket booking website. The website currently lists the park opening time as 9:00 AM, but the actual opening time is 10:00 AM. This caused some confusion and unnecessary waiting at the entrance.

Wild Wadi
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times. Children aged 14 and over can enter the park alone, but cannot be the accompanying guardian for younger children.
- Your Emirates ID is mandatory for entering the waterpark with the Resident pass.
- Some rides are restricted for guests shorter than 1.1m.
- Some water rides are active, participatory activities and carry a risk of injury. For your safety, do not use these attractions if you are pregnant, have medical restrictions on physical activity, are overweight for your body type, or are under a doctor's care.
- This experience is not recommended for guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illnesses, or chronic diseases.
- For your comfort, the water in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon (children's play structure) is temperature-controlled year-round, staying cool in summer and warm in winter.
The View at the Palm
- Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket.
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
- This experience is wheelchair accessible.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

Great to see how The Palm was created. Views from the top were stunning. Sunset is a great time to go, even when a bit cloudy! The colour of the sky was awesome. Not too busy up there so plenty of opportunities to take photos.

It was easy to book tickets. There is about half an hour if you are a little late, which is exactly what happened to us while we were looking for a place to park our car in the shopping center. Overall a nice walk with a nice view and the most important thing is that the weather is beautiful. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and the visibility was great.

It was lovely to see the view. The history part before was unexpected but interesting. I was slightly disappointed with the view as the pictures I saw looked like we would of been a bit higher up. But I would recommend it.

Great experience! Super easy ticket purchase, very easy to redeem at the park's entrance. The park was not crowded, so everything was smooth and fast - entering the park, purchasing food and bewerages, photos and even most of the rides - waiting times were between 0 - 15 mins. We had a great day!

I went with the kids, so I could not enjoy as much as I would have wished. But the gazebo was very helpful for our group. The 2 highest rides had a magnificent view. I didn't manage to reach the flow rides since they were a bit far from the gazebo and I needed to keep an eye on the kids. The small waterslides were very good for non swimmer kids. Very helpful staff!! 👌🏿
