Connor was our guide and a scottish gem ! Great driver, great stories, outstanding playlist and really caring about his passengers. I highly recommend that trip if you only have a short time in Scotland, it's the best way to discover the breathtaking sights and learn about the culture and history of this country.

Excellent guide that always makes the tour amazing, incredible all the stops which I think are well distributed because the truth is that this has been one of the longest day tours I've taken, then you have time to eat and stretch your legs, the views are amazing, what I would have liked is that the app includes the cost of the Loch Ness cruise.

The trip was amazing! Great guides and a beautiful scenery. Especially the three sisters (mountains). The tour is, obiously, quite long and the breaks were therefore a bit shorter than would be ideal. But that as a first experience of the highlands I can fully recommend it!

Be prepared to hold your drinks in your hands the whole trip. A simple net in front of you would be nice. The first stop is a waste of time. Callander would have been way nicer.

I booked this experience solely and exclusively because the description included an audio guide in Italian .Upon My arrival I said that I was Italian and I was not given anything either to download or to listen to!!! The guide spoke only English and I was not given anything to follow his speeches consequently I could not appreciate the tour

The bus broke down in the middle of the highlands. It was a difficult situation even for the driver and the guide (who weren't responsible for the incident or how it was handled and were in fact very nice). Of course reaching any recovery mechanic services (especially between the winter holidays) surely is difficult in a place like that. But even the driver and the tour guide weren't properly informed about what would happen to the bus and the passengers by their company. We all had to wait from 11:20 to 17:00 to be picked up and brought back to Edinburgh. First we had to wait longer than promised for the recovery team to show up (took 1 1/2 instead of the promised 30 mins) and then another few hour for a new coach to come from Edinburgh. We only got word about that a new coach will arrive around 17:00 after several calls to the company by the guide/driver and other passengers. There wasn't clear communication between the company and the bus personnel or the passengers. Questions weren't properly answered and avoided by the company. A replacement coach wasn't sent immediately after the bus broke down so we missed the tour almost entirely which might have been different if the company had send a new bus immediately instead of just waiting for a recovery mechanic. I also realize that it was surely difficult to mobilize another coach and driver. However, we were not informed about almost anything during the waiting process. For the most time we didn't know why they didn't try to send a replacement sooner or if one was coming at all, we didn't know if a mechanic would show up at all after the promised waiting time of 30 min had passed, we didn't know from where the coach would come and how long if would take. Even though the company surely did many things in the background, the poor communication over so many hours made the wait very unpleasant. And sadly the whole tour had to be cancelled.

Our tour guide Stevie was so funny and very knowledgeable about the area. We were provided with many entertaining facts about each area and were provided with plenty of bathroom and food stops. Wish we could've spent more time at each location but we could've been there forever if we did 😂. Amazing experience worth the money

Weather aside (cool and rainy) this was a great day out from Edinburgh. Carys, our guide, was wonderful. She shared a lot of interesting historical information but also left us in peace to enjoy the Scottish tunes she played and the scenery (or a snooze). Tour was very well organized. Alnwick Castle is super impressive as was the town itself. Lindisfane is a charming wee village but be prepared for quite a walk if you want to go to the castle. We didn't have enough time so enjoyed the priory and a coffee in one of the cafes. I highly recommend this tour and Timberbush.

My family of 5 from US took a tour in late May. Stop #6 was very convinient to our hotel and was attended so our online thickets were scanned so we did not have to when we got on the bus. Handed a disposal set of head phones that plugged in nicely in front of us. The RED guided tour was very informative and helpful. Wish we had more time to take one of the longer tours. Highly recommend this to all first time visitors to Edinburgh. Mind the weather ; we were able to sit outdoors on the top making it a vey comfortable trip around the city. Thanks.

Red and blue route - highly recommended Both the Red and Blue Routes were excellently organized. It was extremely helpful to discover so many sights in such a short time and to quickly find your way around the city - simply great! One suggestion for improvement concerns the buses on the Green Line: it would be desirable if these were also equipped with multilingual audio guides. Currently, the information is only available in English, which can be a challenge for some travelers. However, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout - even when there were language barriers. Special praise also goes to the bus drivers: attentive, courteous and a real rarity in this form. All in all, a great experience - we'd love to do it again

The castle tour was absolutely amazing. My best friend and I were visiting Edinburgh for the first time and decided to go on the castle tour and it was DEFINITELY worth it. The castle itself is already amazing but our tour guide Jen was absolutely incredible. From start to finish she seemingly knew everything there was to know about the castle, was very fun and engaging and made the tour even better. Anyone planning on doing this tour should 100% do it and 1000% as for Jen if you can!
