It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.

ould have been a great tour but there were no stops - unfortunately also no real visible info prior bying the tickets. That's a huge dissatisfaction for some of the spots we would have liked to visit a bit longer and continue the tour later which was not possible - but the tickets were already bougt.

It was nice to be able to see Madrid above street level because then you really see how beautiful the buildings are. The tour itself was not very fascinating little was told about the history of the city or certain places, just which architect designed it. I would have liked to hear a little more.

I bought the tickets thinking I'd be able to get on and off at the places I wanted (HOP ON/OFF), but all I got was misleading advertising. The place to catch the bus was also not the most central or suitable for those on foot. It was worth the driver giving me some tips on how to get around Madrid by bus for free.

The ride and the audio guide were very good. What was not good was that there was no indication at the time of booking that there are currently no more hop-on hop-off tours in Madrid, only panoramic tours without stops. It was therefore not possible to get on the bus near our hotel as we had intended, so we had to ask around and walk to the starting point at the Prado MUSEUM.

It's a nice route by bus. Great to be able to see everything sitting down like that. Unfortunately, there was no option to leave the bus during the tour, so hop on hop off was out of the question. We understood that this has to do with the permit not being issued by Madrid at this time. In itself not a problem, but not known in the app where we bought the tickets and then it's still disappointing

I paid for a Hop On and Hop Off bus tour of Madrid and as highlighted there were 11 stops to chose from. This however was not the case as you can't get off at all until the tour finishes. I travel lots and this is the first time I have experienced this as we always do this to get to know the city and then use the bus tour finishes go from venue tk venue tk save time.

Worst experience ever. Roads and routes closed due to a protest but the company didn't inform us. All stops where we were to get the bus were closed and there was no one to help. After over an hour we found a lady who sent us to the fifth stop on the tour as it was open. We then waited another 40 mins. Once in the bus, you couldn't hear the guide nor did we see much due to the route. Basically we rode the bus from stoplight to stoplight. Worst tour I've ever taken.

I bought 2 tickets on the train from Valencia to Madrid , expecting a lovely tour with your app but everything was closed , we talked to the police that we must find the Hop in Hop off they said everything closed for Pride. We spoke with 2 kiosks and they said NEVER SOLD IT because no transit. I ask support and they answered: no way to refunding my money. HOW? there was no bus, no gasoline spent, no sells and why my money goes away. Extremely disappointed like never before

The tour is sufficient in terms of duration. However, there are some things to report to improve the service. The bus is old and takes in water from the roof ( it was raining ). The guide is only in Spanish and English, we should distribute audio guides and have more languages. In short a little disappointing, it can be done much better.

Visiting the Royal Palace of Madrid was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Spain. This was a great experience and the tickets really did help in skipping the long lines to purchase tickets on side. There was still a bit of waiting involved ahead of security screening but it wasn't very long at all. It's Europe’s largest functioning royal palace, with over 3,400 rooms! While the Spanish royal family no longer lives there, it’s still used for official ceremonies. The royal banquet hall was especially impressive. We were surrounded by lavish gold detailing, frescoed ceilings, velvet walls, portraits, musical instruments and so much more. The Throne and Porcelain Rooms were my favourites. It truly felt like stepping into a different world, one of unimaginable wealth and grandeur. I was positively surprised that they now allow visitors to take photos! Highly recommended

The Royal Palace was an amazing dwelling. There are so many different amazing rooms set up like they were when it was the royalty's home. We loved looking through them all. The skip the line pass saved us hrs worth of waiting time. Would definitely recommend this option if you go.

The tickets mention "skip the line" tickets. However, there is no such thing as skip the line at the Royal Palace. We had to wait in line for an hour before entering the palace. Please advertise the tickets correctly to avoid bad expectations from customers. Also, it would be more practical to have the tickets attached to the email instead of forcing customers to go into the app. At the venue, the tickets were not loading in the app and it took a couple tries to make them appear. So we lost time there, losing time for the person scanning tickets and people behind us. Also, I always share the tickets with my partner, in case one of use lose our phone or have internet issues, we are fine. I was not able to do that because I couldn't download the tickets from the app... I didn't like to use the app for these reasons.

Powercut in Spain on 28th April meant our train from Murcia did not leave the station. The subsequent Internet and mobile phone network prevented notification. Whilst we travelled to Madrid on 29th April by train we arrived too late to be able to take a tour of the palace. Not really Headout's fault but the train operator and rail company both automatically refunded costs.

It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.

I bought the tickets thinking I'd be able to get on and off at the places I wanted (HOP ON/OFF), but all I got was misleading advertising. The place to catch the bus was also not the most central or suitable for those on foot. It was worth the driver giving me some tips on how to get around Madrid by bus for free.

What was not good was that there was no indication at the time of booking that there are currently no more hop-on hop-off tours in Madrid, only panoramic tours without stops. It's a nice route by bus. Great to be able to see everything sitting down like that. Unfortunately, there was no option to leave the bus during the tour, so hop on hop off was out of the question. We understood that this has to do with the permit not being issued by Madrid at this time. Those mascots outside the stadium were very pushy and aggressive. The mascots demanded money, at first 100 euros and finally I had to give them something. The mascots were very threatening and without me noticing they also took 10 euros from my 13 year old child. Getting in and having special access was fundamental to enjoying the tour and avoiding the long queues at the door. Avoiding the long queues was the highlight of choosing to buy the tickets through the APP, the ease of purchase, the quick turnaround and the communications too. Just one observation: the tour is long and it's practically impossible to do it all in one day. Another important point of this ticket is the possibility of visiting any day within a year and on any day of the week and at any time. However, this is good for those who can be in Madrid for more days and organize their schedule. That's fantastic!

We started at Tysenn. Everything went very smoothly, the accreditation and the entrance. Not so in the Pardo (the second visit) where there was the main queue and a second shorter queue (20' wait) to accredit the QR code. 1) I was confused when I got to the venue as to why I didn't already have a ticket. At one of the venues, the ticket office person initially rejected it as a valid voucher. I had to explain to her that it was. 2) the tour groups at the Prado make the experience impossible to enjoy for independent travelers. You should try to reserve certain hours of the day when tour groups aren't allowed to operate. They monopolize all the masterpieces.
