The space center was much more than what I antisitpated I will be back to finish viewing the exhibits that I was unable to finish.
Driving too and ariving at the KSC brought back so many memories that I witness growing up. Facility was well maintained, including the busses. Tour guide was well informed and inviting. I was impressed with the different interactive displays and shows.
Despite the visit at the weekend, there wasn't much going on. We were there for two days and everything was super interesting and exciting. We found the prices on site for souvenirs and food to be reasonable.

The buss trip we were able to see a rocket and capsule being taken to its launch pad along with a launch....on our Anniversary. It was so breathtaking. No words. And hearing Kennedy speech throughout our experience was so inspiring and hopeful, even today. Made me choke up multiple times. The Challenger story still makes me cry. I was in 6th grade when I watched that happen on tv. Such brave individuals and souls.
Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and clearly loved what he was doing and loved all things SPACE! He was wonderful.
We loved the passion of the staff and NASA's reverence and focus on science. Our tour bus driver was funny, welcoming and an expert on all things rocket related. The campus was easy to maneuver and the exhibits were awe inspiring with attention given to even the smallest details. We were delighted to find that the food was tasty and affordable. We bought a two-day pass and could have easily stayed longer. An A+ adventure!
Visiting Kennedy space center has always been a dream of mine, and I'm so glad that I purchased the two day ticket, which gave me the opportunity to come back to see exhibits that needed more attention. It was a fantastic couple of days and the ticketing through Headout was really simple and user-friendly.
Well laid out, bus tour is a must and plenty of exhibits... indoors to escape the heat. I would recommend laying out 3 options on the website. 1. Easy basic tour of the grounds 2. Basic tour and must see indoor activities/Exhibits and 3. The whole enchalada which is all exhibits and bus tour. Notation on spending 1 or 2 days based on options chosen
The tour was awesome my family really enjoyed it.
Everything in general. Congratulations and especially the story

The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He explained the sites very well.
The amount of information and experience is very complete. We spent two very nice days

Your site could not complete an order for 3 seperate adults to do entrance to Kennedy and then the tour. You sold me the last ticket you apparently had in your inventory without advising me, I had to call Kennedy direct to gain the two additional tickets. I will never buy through you again. The facility was wonderful and the bus tour was awesome despite the issue with being able to get ticketed correctly. I have deleted your app from my phone.
Booking and the management of the tickets was very easy and I believe we got a good deal. However, our expectation was that a guided tour of the exhibition would form part of the upgrade. Our guide and driver were great and it was really interesting to see the launch pads and other external buildings up close.
My grandson liked the simulation rides the most. I like the extended tour the most. I wish that there was more information about the two different type of tours, specifically the duration. Several of the activities ended too early in the day. By the time the extended tour was over (~2:00), I was not able to participate in several of the activities.
The bus tour was fantastic and the exhibit at the space center were great getting the tickets online and dealing with whoever you got to talk to and couldn't understand what is terrible
It's been quite a few years since we have been there. It's amazing how much has changed. And for the better. Definitely had a great time there
KSC is an amazing attraction for anyone who loves space and exploration. We both are are huge space nerds and we enjoyed our 2nd visit as much as the initial one a year ago. We did all the remaining attractions and went on the explore tour again to see all the launch pads and a magnificent VAB. Everything is so well organized and you can feel the passion of people who put it all together. Passion for never ending exploring and uncovering new fascinating worlds with he help of science!
Fabulous displays and animations, especially the shuttle launch simulator. There were no delays plenty of toilets and restaurants. The a/c and shade made things comfortable. The information boards were fabulous. I will recommend the visit to our family and friends.
We loved the how informative the guide George was and how he explained all the processes that go into creating shuttle luanches and the amount of man power needed , you could also feel the emotion he has for all those that have unfortunately not had a successful launch.. also our driver Ken who especially enjoys and shares knowledge on all that the wild life has to offer on the reserve . Thank you for a wonderful trip
We enjoyed everything but the tour was particularly special because the guide explained the evolution of NASA' s activities from the 1950s to date. Everything was very interesting and the timing of the tour was well planned. All the exhibits were also very nice and the Atlantis launch simulation fun! Watching the Apollo launch in the original room was quite moving. Nasa is well worth visiting!
everything ws good NASA was great and everyone should go the bus tour and walk the grounds. It will take 2 days to truely cover all parts of the exhibits. Lots to see and do and easy to get around
We had a wonderful time. I'm so glad we did the bus tour and the 2 day tickets. There's so much to see and do that we would have missed if we hadn't.
Our first time to KSC in 15 years. Wow! What a great experience. Interesting, interactive, lots to do. Took us 2 days and we never got bored or waited in long queus. Taking the Explorer Tour was a must, and the Atlantis experience was off the charts cool.

There was so much to do and see. I learned a ton. Bus ride also provided a lot of info and good advice on what to see that's most important.
Awesome. Tour guide Bob was amazing, tour was well planned, smooth ride around the KSac visitor complex. Very happy with the experience
Visiting the Kennedy Space Center is an awe-inspiring experience. Every corner is carefully designed, radiating history and admiration for the achievements of mankind. It is deeply moving to be so close to these technological marvels, to feel a living part of the space race. This visit awakens an even greater respect for the equipment that makes the exploration of the universe possible and rekindles inspiration for what we are capable of accomplishing.

The highlight of my visit was was the Saturn V and the Atlantis, it was legendary to see those . And everything that we have seen and heard like the mars rovers were there to see , it felt like being a part of those stories. Inspired to say the least.
This experience is perfect for someone wanting transport to Kennedy space centre with no hassle and great customer service. Driver and tour guide (for bus journey to location) were amazing and knowledgable. Very polite and had no issues wi the the trip, you are left to your own devices whilst at the centre which I really liked. Easily spend the whole day there.
We really enjoyed out tour guide Brad. He had lots of info about the sights of Orlando and the Space Center. Ticket experience was very organized..had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend Headout to others!
The guide provided comprehensive material and tips on how to explore the complex. Adequate visiting time and comfortable transportation.

The Jennedy Space Centre was amazing! So interactive and very educational. I really appreciated the time Bob (our bus tour guide) took to put together an information package and his recommendations on the order we should do each activity in. His commentary on the drive over to Cape Canaveral was also very informative and highly appreciated. The bus was lovely and very comfortable. My daughter and I had a wonderful day!
Kennedy Space Centre was great, could easily spend 2 days there. Tour was operated by GrayLine. The guide had the most weird way of getting us to provide feedback for her, and was somewhat a negative for the trip.
Excellent driver and lively guide provided excellent information about the space center and Orlando. Very safe, relaxing, orderly and accurate use of time.

The trip was great and the staff was phenomenal even afterI realize I had put the wrong date for the excursion! The staff was wonderful at helping me fix the problem.
Booking the tour was incredibly easy, and all my questions were answered promptly. The detailed information was sent directly to my email, making everything very clear. The bus was extremely punctual and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided great information to ensure we made the most of our time at the park. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely do it again!
I had a fascinating visit to the Kennedy Space Center, and the round-trip transfers made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable. While there was a slight hiccup at the beginning—the bus had a mechanical issue—I'm happy to say that the personnel quickly addressed the problem. They kept us informed and added some extra time to make up for the delay at the starting point, which was much appreciated. Once we arrived at the Kennedy Space Center, the experience was incredible. From the massive rockets to the fascinating history of space exploration, there was so much to see and learn. Highlights included the Space Shuttle Atlantis, the Mars Rover, and the Apollo/Saturn V Center. Despite the small issue at the start, the transfer service was seamless overall, and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. It was the perfect way to experience this must-see attraction without the hassle of driving or parking. Highly recommend this trip for anyone interested in space and looking for a stress-free visit to the Kennedy Space Center!
The people offering the service were very kind and we had an incredible experience. At all times they gave me the help I needed and upon arrival, they gave us documentary material of curious facts, which I thought was an excellent detail.

The Centre and Tour were amazing and gave a valuable insight into the history and behind the scenes experience for someone who watched the 1969 Moon Landing.
Our visit to the Kennedy Space Center was truly incredible. The center itself offered an overwhelming amount to explore and experience; a single day hardly felt sufficient to cover everything in detail. Regarding the VIP Experience, it fell short of expectations. Our driver, who also served as our tour guide, dropped us off at the Kennedy Center but did not accompany us inside. While he provided entry tickets, snacks, and a meal voucher, his communication skills were hindered by poor English, making it difficult for passengers in the back of the bus to hear his instructions on navigating the center. Additionally, on the return journey, heavy traffic compounded the issue as our driver frequently turned away from the road to converse with another passenger, raising concerns about safety. Despite these drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Kennedy Center. However, considering the challenges with transportation and the driver's performance, we concluded that driving ourselves would have been a more economical and straightforward choice for our group.
Great place to hear about the nasa story and future. Park is well kept up and clean Negative is old bathrooms and food is poor quality. Condiment bar had several food safety violations like dirty utensils inside condiments and was obviously not being maintained.
Everything was fascinating and our guide, Kevin was exceptionally helpful. His commentary before arriving at KSC helped us to enjoy the experience.
Loved the Explorer Bus trip with the knowledgeable guide. The booking went well.
Kevi, the guide was great!!!!!!
The driver was very knowledgable and very polite. Tour was smooth and Headout is an excellent company to work with.
Interesting and informative day. Started a tad earlier than expected.
Great adventure for the whole family!
Unfortunately we couldn't make it. 2 family members were struck down with food poisoning. Customer service said no alternative date or refund was possible
Well it was my life time dream to visit NASA ksc..I eventually started browsing many sites how to reach I found headout. I booked my VIP small group tour to ksc..I appreciate the hassle free booking instant confirmation, followup, pickup from hotell went so smoothly Never to forget Mr Kevin who chartered our drive to ksc from orlando, was so helpful, highly knowledgeable he briefed every step so well made us so easy to navigate inside so as to cover every exhibit,...his hospitality was adorable. My earnest thanks I wont hesitate to recommend Headout. This place is really professional with awesome team. Good luck guys
Everything about our visit was awesome! We loved the simulator and Hyperdeck, our Explore bus tour was well worth the investment and to top it all off we were able to see a real launch. Memorable experience 🚀
Our driver/guide was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The bus was clean and comfortable. Great service and experience.
There was a hiccup in hotel pickup but was corrected extremely fast. The driver was quite knowledgeable in recommendations on how best to do the route. I would recommend that he would have a print list of what to do in what order so that we can take a picture of the notes instead of typing while driving to the Cape. I was feeling a little bit motion sickness when he called out the notes. (Not his fault). Very friendly driver, great service.

My visit to the space center was awesome. I was so amazed by the rockets in the front and I just loved how you introduced the Atlantis. Highly recommended! My only negative comment is there was a rude staff member working the digital ride experience. She was pretty nasty when instructing people on the rides. All and I, I did not let that judge my overall experience.
My husband loves astronomy! I think the idea of going to space or another planet brings out the kid in him, so this was a very special experience for us both. Thank you. This was an amazing behind the scenes feast for the eyes
Well thought out exhibits which include short videos to set up the rest of the displays. Great bus tour to the Saturn v section and iconic assembly building. Great your that brings out a great appreciation and patriotism for our space pioneers.
Although most of the attractions are aimed at children (and many go into space just to make a mess and not to learn anything) and most of the objects are not real, the quality and technology of the attractions are fantastic. But what definitely won me over was seeing the Space Shuttle Atlantis up close. It blew me away.

What I loved the most about this experience was the ease of purchase and ticket entry. I did not see a way to prepay parking. The self serve parking ticket worked well for us however several cars ahead of us had issues. Staff was very friendly, the food selection was good one of the best tomato basil sandwiches I have had!
Everything worked as it should. Few queues, everything very well explained. It's the second time I've been and I intend to go more often.

It was my 26 year old nephew's first experience to Cape Canaveral. The best part was seeing the excitement in him when we watched the lift off of one of the rockets. He has studied rockets and space since he was a child. He is now in college, becoming a scientist. It was a great trip. We are from Tennessee, and we will be back. The best part was seeing the exhibit of the shuttle Columbia.! Most of all he has always wanted to see and touch a moon rock. And he got to!
It was all worth seeing and very interesting! We were also lucky enough to witness a rocket launch! That was a real highlight! It was my 2nd time there and it was impressive again!!!

We visited 10 years ago and really enjoyed the whole experience. The place seemed larger this time though and great. But the tour to the Atlantic centre e was longer last time we visited. We were took down to a launch pad and past the crawler. We were abit upset that we didn't do that this time.
the whole center was amazing. I enjoyed the movie on the creation of the web telescope; the photos of the galaxies are stunning. The Atlantis history was also incredible. A fun and educational day
Been wanting to visit the Space Center for years, and finally was able to. Just scratched the surface of everything there was to see. Will definitely be back!
Thanks to pre booking it was easy to access the site and park up. The exhibts are extraordinary and whilst we missed out on the Saturn V bus tour by 10 minutes as we were unaware that the last bus was so early in the day we made up for it in Atlantis which was a fabulous experience. As a place that I have been desperate to see since Apollo 7, as an 8 year old boy in the UK, it was a phenomenal day and I even got to be an Astronaut for a day and blast off on a Shuttle launch! Not to be missed and worth a revisit as it's vast!
The most memorable exhibit for me was the Atlantis Shuttle. When the presentation was over and the screen opened and the shuttle was actually there, AMAZING!! Also, the Challenger exhibit honoring those lost. Don't miss the piece of shuttle found it back. I almost missed it. Once I figured out tickets can't be purchased with Discover, it was easy. I saved the tickets to my phone and entry was easy.
Guided topur of Saturn V rocket and components was excellent. I am old enough to remember when all this stuff was new and it was great to hear about if from someone that knew more than I did. Atlantis static display was awesome - that thing was huge.
We went as a whole family of 3 generations and enjoyed our time splendidly. The details are immense and the tours are wonderful. We were exhausted at the end of the day - I'd recommended getting there as early as possible and doing as much as possible. I see why they recommend 2-day passes coz it's sooo much to view & enjoy. 😊
The tour bus out to Apollo launch was amazing. Awesome simulators there too! Really enjoyed the whole area out there. The driver was very informative on the way there and back!
The whole experience and my husband always dreamed of coming to see it one day and I made his dream come true. He cried lol
Everyone went out of their way to help me and my handicapped husband! He is a Veteran and people were so respectful to both of us. They all went the extra mile!
A lot of notable history of NASA , and well worth a visit for the entire family. Personally for myself it was the Apollo missions and the space shuttle history that did it for me. Growing up in the 60's and witnessing the missions through modern times has been something to be proud of.
We really had a great time we took a break from Disney which was so needed and came to the space center not expecting what we seen. The shows the exhibits the people everything was fantastic my kids are older and really enjoyed the experience my 11 year old is doing a project for school to show his class how cool it was !!!!
We brought our Daughter and our 4 year Grandson for the visit to the Space Center because he is fascinated with Space travel. So much so he was an astronaut for Halloween last year. He loved the visit, especially seeing the Space Shuttle.
The exhibits were incredible. Really enjoyed learning the history on each rocket and shuttle. Along with the people that made it happen.

The Kennedy Space Center is one of the most prominent and popular tourist attractions in the United States. Here are the reasons why you should take a Kennedy Space Center tour.
Go on a walk to the surreal rock garden consisting of giant rocket ‘flowers’. A stroll along the garden is like walking with the giants – real machines and rockets that kickstarted the United States’ space exploration programme. The Gemini, Apollo, and Mercury programmes by NASA also find representation here. The garden is not just a celebration of the US’ space journey but also a tribute to the scientists, engineers, and astronauts who turned this dream into reality.
Discover the Rocket GardenThe US Astronaut Hall of Fame at the Kennedy Space center pays tribute to the American astronauts who worked on different space programmes, projects, and explorations since the center was founded. The place also boasts the world’s largest collection of personal souvenirs and memorabilia of the astronauts, who were inducted into the hall of fame. Also, know more about the space programme and the team that made it possible for humans to step on the moon.
Explore the Heroes and Legends ZoneExperience breathtaking views of the city from The Wheel at the popular ICON Park at Kennedy Space Center. It’s an amusement park located in Orlando comprising some fun rides, the iconic 400-feet high Ferris wheel, a Madame Tussauds museum, a 7D theatre, a museum of illusions, a reverse bungee ride, an aquarium, and a few shopping and dining places. The park also includes the tallest (and temporarily closed) drop tower ride in the world.
ICON ParkThe Space Shuttle Atlantis Complex offers visitors a glimpse into the historic space missions and their significance. Marvel at every detail of the Space Shuttle Atlantis and replicas of different space equipment like rocket boosters and external tanks of space shuttles. It is one of the three space shuttles on display in the United States that tells the story of the 30-year Space Shuttle Programme conducted by NASA through interactive exhibits that celebrate its history, technology, and impact.
About the Space Shuttle AtlantisA visit to the Kennedy Space Center is incomplete without experiencing a space shuttle launch yourself. The Shuttle Launch Experience takes place inside a 44,000 square foot building that is home to four simulators. Each simulator can accommodate 44 people. Experience what it’s like to be thrown into space. It’s almost the real deal, just without the gravitational force.
The Apollo/Saturn V center is a 100,000 square foot facility that houses the real but restored Saturn V launch vehicle – the largest rocket to have ever flown in human and space history. It’s a unique interactive exhibit that pays tribute to the extraordinary team, technology and equipment that made it possible for man to set foot on the moon. The facility is a celebration of the programme’s success. Visitors also get a glimpse of the exhibits related to the Apollo space programme.
