It was really amaing. Unreal. The actors and really speial and turned our visit really scary (sometimes) and made us to has a visibilty of the old London ...the semll was really terrible what turned the experience really realystic . Thank you for the nice time we passe dthere
Great value for money .excellence
Booking was easy and no queuing at the venue. Content was good but we felt there could have been more historical information for children. The actors were on the whole very good. Safe to say our grandchildren were pleasantly scared all the way round.
A great immersive experience! I screamed all the way around. But u really do think there should be a warning for kids, it was terrifying for some sensitive little ones.
The overall experience and the staff were very good however when I booked the tickets, there was no mention at the time that the drop ride was not going to be working. So on the day we had no idea that it was under maintenance so the end of it felt quite anticlimactic. As we were travelling for it, we would have changed the date if we'd have known that this wasn't going to be working as we were excited to experience this part
Not as informative as previous incarnations, so not for the history buffs, but was far more engaging and entertaining. My two 15yr olds loved it. Good mix of fear and fun and worth the visit. Would definitely recommend it for parents with 10 to 15yr olds
It was only crowded at the pictures. We would have loved to take a look and buy one. Maybe for the future: online viewing? Sophie

I thought the scare and share was something a little different front the original tour around dungeons.. it was still good but could of been made a little better
I absolutely loved the London Dungeon. It's certainly changed when I last went but it was 2005 when I was last there. Booking the Tickets was an easy process.
It was an extraordinary experience - unfortunately, even if you speak English, the accents are so pronounced that it was sometimes difficult to understand.., But each scene was truly realistic, the actors were top-notch, and in some places you were even immersed in the smells of the era...

We were able to get in early, then once inside all the staff made you feel welcome and scared at the same time. It's great they tell you the rules. Both myself and and step daughter throughly enjoyed ourselves
Great actors, great staging and brilliant involvement of the participants. It was simply great fun throughout!

Energetic presentation. Clever use of light and sound. Erudite scripts by actors.

We really enjoyed visiting these 2 monuments, the Tower for the building and everything it contains, and the bridge for its glass floor in particular! Like everything else we visited, the only language was English 😏

Simply it IS the Tower of London. Iconic, historic, atmosphrtweather wasn't good but inside the displays were very informative.
The attraction was very informative and the wardens were helpful and very accommodating. Loved the ravens! And the crown jewels were A-MAZ-ING! Lots of steps to contend with on site so wear comfortable footwear if you go. Booking online made tickets and entry easier. Would highly recommend
the tower of london was ama inv so much to see and our three grandchildren loved it all ,especially the crown jewels and the mint collection ton ,can't belive we are londoners and have never been before ,the poppy displays were stunning ,that was the highlight for me so beautiful we all had a fab time ,the children loved chatting with the friendly yeomans as well , ,we had lunch in the cafe which was all plentiful & delicious ,we will definitely go again
Brilliant day out, lots of interesting things to see and it was lovely to see the Poppies cascading around the Tower. Would highly recommend anyone who hasn't visited to go ahead and buy a ticket, you will not be disappointed.
I had no idea of everything that was in the Tower. We would have allotted much more time. Fanscinating. The Yeoman, AJ, was an outstanding guide - mixing humor with the history. You should allot 3 hours for the tour!
It was obvious from minute one that the most entertaining part of the experience of the Tower of London was going to be the Yeoman who led the tour. He knew his stuff and educated as well as made us laugh.
The tickets were easy to buy, download and use. Great experience. The Tower itself was extra crowded due to VE Day celebrations. We paid for the headphones which are definitely NOT worth it. The headphones are not user friendly and do not improve the experience.
10 a.m. visit with a light flow Very nice exhibition Very interesting site I highly recommend However, from noon onwards, monstrous queues !!!! Prefer early mornings

Absolutely loved the Toer of London. Fantastic place to visit, we visited on a bank holiday weekend and as you can imagine it was busy but the queue flowed very quickly. Lots to see and do, coffee shop, gift shop. Audio tours. An excellent attraction with the Crown Jewels to top it off.
It was really amaing. Unreal. The actors and really speial and turned our visit really scary (sometimes) and made us to has a visibilty of the old London ...the semll was really terrible what turned the experience really realystic . Thank you for the nice time we passe dthere
Arriving at 8:30am, the tour of the jewels was carried out in excellent conditions; afterwards, the historical explanations on the use of the different places were very well done; the armor room was extra with pieces in very good condition.

Easy scanning of the tickets on the cell phone, smooth processing. You can stay on the grounds as long as you like The only drawback is that nothing depends on the time slot you have booked, you queue as normal and there is a huge queue at the Crown Jewels.

Purchasing tickets was easy. The tower was beautiful. Exhibits were informational. There were a lot of people! So many people that sometimes it was hard to move freely and see exhibits. My only real complaint is that there were so many people, that the wait to see the Crown Jewels was at least an hour. Unfortunately, we were unable to see them , which was the one thing I was most excited about seeing. I was disappointed about that. Overall, a good experience.
Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. We would rather come back and would be happy to be your customers again. Many thanks and best wishes to the funny ravens.

Super convenient to book from home. I would recommend it to anyone. Otherwise the queues can be quite long or you don't even get in. Everything worked great and the tower is really very interesting and worth seeing.

Azacquiring tickets was very easy, ditto accessing the Tower of London by simply showing the QR codes on your smartphone. We were able to enter without any problem as much as an hour and a half early, perhaps because it was not too crowded, and we visited the site for about 8 hours, availing ourselves of an audio guide in Italian for only £5 each.

It was just great. It's less crowded early in the morning, so you have to make the most of it.

Great afterooon, loved the yeomens tour. And the Crown Jewels where something else. Great look At our rich history.
The tour was amazing! Must do!

We really enjoyed the tour guide, the speaker was informative and funny. The Bloody Tower was our favorite to visit.
The history, the architecture and the audios make it easy to keep up.

The Descent is the perfect way to embrace the dark depths of history. Picture this: you step into a quirky medieval lift operated by the cheeky Lift Jester, and down you go! As you descend, eerie sounds like the grinding chains and creaking winches surround you, hinting at the chilling tales of the Black Death and several witch trials.
Buckle up for the Tyrant Boat at the London Dungeon! You'll sail through the eerie River Thames, where a mischievous jester sends you to your doom for being in cahoots with Anne Boleyn. Expect dark tunnels, nasty sounds of live rats, and maybe even a splash or two—it's a thrilling, wild ride through history!
Think you can handle the tension of a 17th-century conspiracy? The Gunpowder Plot exhibit invites you to step into the shoes of Guy Fawkes as he plots to take down the king! This thrilling experience mixes live performances with wicked props, making you feel like you're part of history's most significant "oops!" moment.
Ever thought about what it feels like to face execution? The Drop Dead takes you back to 1783 at the Newgate Gallows, where you're humorously invited to face your execution. Then, whoosh! You'll plummet three stories in a thrilling free fall, leaving you screaming for more!
Ready to toast to your London Dungeon escapades? The Tavern is a lively Victorian-style pub from 1896 that's exclusive to dungeon-goers! Choose a themed cocktail, like the Blood Orange Punch or the Hex on the Beach, and kick back in cushy seating as you reminisce about the spooky escapades you just experienced!
Mrs. Lovett's Pie Shop is where each pie has a story and a hint of mischief! This eccentric character serves up her quirky recipes with dark humor, making you wonder what's in those flaky crusts. Just watch out for Sweeney Todd lurking nearby—he might have a taste for something sinister!

Absolutely! Bring your gang of 10 or more, and you'll score some sweet discounts and fast-track entry. Who doesn't love a good deal when you're all in it together?
Totally! You can reschedule up to an hour before your visit—don't worry about the staff's judgment!
No worries! Just hustle on over, but remember, if you're way late, the London Dungeon can't guarantee your entry. Better hurry—those ghosts won't wait for anyone!
No problem at all! If the scares get a bit too real, just let the friendly staff know, and they'll happily guide you out to safety.
As much as the Dungeon adores a good outfit, casual modern wear is excellent! Just skip the corsets and top hats—save those for a fancy dress party!
As tempting as it sounds, outside food isn't allowed at the London Dungeon—unless you're sneaking in a meat pie from Mrs. Lovett's shop!
Absolutely! You must be 18 or older to sip on our adult beverages—sorry, pint-sized pirates, but there are no exceptions here!
