I visited the Planetary show with my son (7), my autistic daughter (9) and with my mother. For all of us it was a great and amazing spectacular. I was concern about my daughter as she may want to leave before the performance would finish, but it captured her heart as well... it was clearly a WOW-factor.... later we had a nice walk around the Observatory's area and in the park, spent there overall a 4 hours. Highly recommended.

I visit Greenwich regularly as it makes a very pleasant day out, the museums, market, views across the city etc. I had never been in the observatory before and thought my nine year old granddaughter might enjoy the planetarium., which she did however her seat did not recline as you need adult weight to push the chair back which was disappointing. From an adult point of view I found the foyer very cramped and overcrowded with a very long queue. The signal is poor so I had trouble viewing the QR codes so had to leave the queue to go outside and download which was annoying. The show itself was not great, the graphics were poor and not as interesting as I imagined. The plus side was the guide who was very funny and very likeable. My granddaughter wanted to buy a souvenir but it was too crowded and there didn't seem to be much of interest to get anyway. I think they need to rethink the foyer area layout. I am going to try the planetarium in London to see if the graphics are better.

Presentation centered on linking stars and showing you the figures they are known by. This could have been shorter. Zooming in on a planet and showing what the surface looked like was really interesting. As too showing the milky way.

very interesting to realize how these very clever men successed in making cards, counting time, tides , making machine, instruments and tools etc... but we shouild have booked a guided visit to get some more explanations as we're not used to this scientist astrnomy world.

The basement of the museum was the most interesting - but the hardest to find and practically at the end. The atmosphere from the boring apartment building and the disappointing time ball drop was already very bad. Expectations are raised that are not fulfilled.

I would like to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving our tickets. While I understand that immediate delivery may not have been guaranteed, my family and I waited in front of the venue for over an hour before we finally received them. Unfortunately, by the time the tickets were delivered, the designated usage period had already passed. This caused significant inconvenience and disappointment for all of us.

The observatory itself and the surroundings are stunning. Whether you are an astronomy freak or not, you will for sure find the visit quite engaging. Everything is really good preserved and placed in a way that tells a comprensible story of how events and breakthroughs followed.

I had trouble to redeem my ticket at the Cutty Sark box office. The attendant told me the ticket wasn't valid. I had to tell her it was a day pass to Cutty Sark and Greenwich. Morever, she was supposed to provide a proper solution. Apparently, the code wasn't working. After a while, she decided to give me a ticket. But it wasn't linked to mine. It was probably a regular one. At the Greenwich Observatory I had no trouble whatsoever.

I'm not just writing a positive review here, but a general one. The boat was easy to find, but it certainly wasn't a 40 minute round trip and we had to get off at a station which we didn't want to do. Then we went on the way home (London Eye Pier) and one stop before that the boat was probably broken and everyone had to get off. At this stop, the guests who were already on board were only told that we should get a new ticket (there was a meter-long queue), although we had a ticket and we got it in advance to avoid these queues. We then went downstairs and nobody said anything. In the end we took the Undergroud back to the London eye because we were already 20 minutes over our timeslot. Luckily we got into the London eye and didn't have to queue, but we were really unlucky with the group inside the eye because they were children who couldn't behave at all and kicked the windows etc. However, this had nothing to do with the ticket from Handout. As a tip, if you book it, allow at least 3 hours between the boat and the eye in case something comes up. It was still nice and you got a perfect impression of London on the first day.

The London Eye gave us great views - we enjoyed it. We were put in our space with a large group and that was not ideal. It was hard to move around to see different areas due to so many people taking up most of the window space and places to sit. We were not able to do our river cruise. The boat captain said the operation of the combo ticket had changed and we could only take the boat one way to the Tower of London. I was disappointed to not do this part of the ticket and to forfeit my money since we were unable to reschedule in the short time we were there. Maybe I should give this a lower rating since it was not really good!

From booking the experience I was kept updated with information on the app and was well informed on where to go. Once there it was so simple, queuing for the London Eye was quick and seamless and after on the river cruise was exactly that, a cruise! Would definitely recommend, staff friendly and great day out (helped that the weather was fabulous!)

Good price and timing for the combo package. We liked the offer of free cancellation 24h before the event in case of bad weather. Lucky for was it was not the case. The 10:00 boat was very nice as we had live presentation of the main sites along the Thames river. However we didn't realize at the moment of the booking, that the boat cruise was actually a one way cruise. It started at London Eye and ended at the Tower bridge. So we had to run back to London Eye for our next appointment at 11:15. Obviously we missed the appointment and the line grew considerably till we entered the London Eye. But , at the end the weather was gorgeous so we were happy.

The ticket's name was "flexible" and I expected to be able to go off the vessel at any pier and go on at another at a later time on that day. But it was only a simple trip and we could stay on the boat for only 30 minutes as we had other reservations at different venues and could not continue the river trip.

The London Eye is good with the skip line, good service, but the River cruise ticket was confusing me. First, I don't know how to get to the entrance to the cruise, the ticket is not clear what is the cruise name and it was only one way ticket. Nothing was special. You sold me tickets to got to sea life the day I baught the ticket. Sea life was fully booked that day so could not get in. I also wanted madam tussauds that's why I got the 2 attraction ticket and madam tussauds wasn't included in hat ticket so couldn't use the ticket at all. You robbed me it's a pure scam. I've asked for a refund and been told I need to give 24 hours notice before the attraction time to get refund. I bought the morning of the day I wanted to go so how can I give 2r hours notice to get refund when tickets didn't work due to sea life being fully booked that day and the ticket not cover the other attraction we wanted. I feel robbed and scammed. My 6 year old daughter had the worst day she cried all the day amd all ay home on train back to Surrey. I'm fuming I want my money bacj
