- Due to security reasons, the stadium doesn’t have any storage facilities for luggage, wheelchairs, and so on.
- Your timed entry tickets are only valid for the time and day you’ve chosen while making your booking. Do make sure to arrive within your chosen time slot.
- The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.
- Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.
- Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.
- The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, or on the Real Madrid website.
- On match days, you can access the museum and panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.
- Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.

Those mascots outside the stadium were very pushy and aggressive. The mascots demanded money, at first 100 euros and finally I had to give them something. The mascots were very threatening and without me noticing they also took 10 euros from my 13 year old child. The child said that he was afraid of the mascots and that they had tried to get more money. You should do something about it, because they are in the vicinity of the stadium and we tourists thought that the mascots were welcoming us to the stadium and that they were involved in the event itself.😡

The stadium is very well maintained. Museum is too good with all the trophies, teashirts, shoes and football displayed nicely. Treatment to handicapped passengers was very nice. Renovation is done very superb and eye catching.

My name is Nieves Fernández Gómez. On Tuesday 6th I got the tickets by mistake for the same day when I intended to get them for Tuesday 13th. In Headout's web page there was a phone number that turned out to be the Santiago Bernabeu's. A very kind girl told me that I should solve it with Headout but anyway she gave me an email to which I was unable to send anything. I really value the experience we had with Headout as this was our first time we did a tour buying e tickets, normally in the past we went through paying in cash at the same place, I know this sounds weird and old fashioned but i didn't catch the bridge between paying in cash and now doing the same online...I'm 51 years old, soccer lover as most of LATAMs and trust me that our visit to Bernabeu was an unforgettable experience, totally recommended...but doing this with Headout was just a perfect experience...for sure we will take it again...hoping in a near future, actually...just a question...do you have any planned tours at South America ? will be glad to hear from you, best wishes !

- By metro: The closest Metro stop to the Legends Collection is Sol, which is a mere 170 meters away. You can take the L1, L2, and L3 lines, all of which stop at Sol.
- By Bus: The closest bus stop to the Legends Collection is Puerta del Sol, and you can take any of the following buses: 5, 15, 2, 5 1, 52, 53.
We’d recommend you rely on the metro, bus, or any other form of public transportation to get to your destination.
- Accessibility: Legends: The Home of Football is wheelchair-accessible, making it a great attraction even for someone with restricted mobility.
- Washrooms: There are washrooms on the premises that are also accessible to those with limited mobility.
- Shop: The shop on Floor 0 also sells plenty of souvenirs, such as footballs, t-shirts, and more.
- While Legends Madrid opens at 10am, the ticket counter only opens at 12pm on the weekdays. So, if you plan on visiting as soon as the museum opens anytime between Monday and Friday, you’d be better off booking your tickets online so you don’t have to wait for the ticket counter to open.
- Parking around Legends Madrid can be tricky, so you’d be better off relying on the metro or the bus. The nearest bus and metro stations are just a two-minute walk away from the museum.
- If you’re craving a bite, don’t forget to check out the LaLiga Twenty Nine’s rooftop restaurant on the topmost floor for some great food and panoramic views of Puerta del Sol - hit two birds with one stone.
- Comfortable shoes are a must; after all, you have almost 4,200 square meters full of football history to cover.
- LaLiga Twenty Nine’s: This is a rooftop restaurant and sports bar within Legends that offers everything from small bites to ribs, sandwiches, a kid’s menu, and any drink you could possibly want.
- Sahuaro Madrid: This Mexican eatery serves everything from tacos quesadillas, and burritos, to even margaritas and cocktails. Located just about 900 meters from Legends Madrid, it makes for a great option to consider.
