It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.

What was not good was that there was no indication at the time of booking that there are currently no more hop-on hop-off tours in Madrid, only panoramic tours without stops. It was therefore not possible to get on the bus near our hotel as we had intended, so we had to ask around and walk to the starting point at the Prado MUSEUM.

It's a nice route by bus. Great to be able to see everything sitting down like that. Unfortunately, there was no option to leave the bus during the tour, so hop on hop off was out of the question. We understood that this has to do with the permit not being issued by Madrid at this time.
