Blanca is amazing ! Meeting Spot was ez to find in front of museum . Blanca is so kind. Very knowledgeable about paintings especially the most important ones. I love that she was very kind to my kids and included them in everything. Her presentation style is very interesting ; she asks questions to spark your curiosity. Loved the tour !
Everything was wonderful. We were even treated to a military parade while waiting in line. Thank you for assisting us with rescheduling our ticket dare after a death in the family causing a change in our family plans. We are very grateful to the staff!
Wonderful collection! Lots of religious art though; Hieronymus Bosch is the most beautiful,

I walked alone. I chose a tempo I could follow. I will definitely come back again.
No suggested itinerary, it takes time to understand how it works... which doesn't suit me (no chronology, no links between eras, works or artists...).

We loved our guide's extensive knowledge of the masters and her unique commentary. The meeting point was easy to find and the tour was just the right length for an overview of the museum.
Alexandra was great - she had great knowledge and enthusiasm- great insights into the artists and their works and her love if the museum and art was very obvious.
Our guide, Anna- Christina, was so knowledgeable and she made our visit a true experience. Booking, ticketing, meet and greet was very easy. Definitely the best way to see the amazing art at the Prado.
It took longer to get the Skip the Line tickets than I was expecting. Those queuing in the other lines actually got in before we did because the assistant to our guide took ages to get our tickets. Otherwise the guide was very nice and knowledgeable
Guide who made us look at the classical highlights in the Prado with different eyes. Thank you Eva! Headout was a pleasant introduction to their website.

Our guide David was excellent. Very informative and entertaining also. Our only issue was the quality of the sound with the audio equipment , it did not block out much of the surrounding noise. We joined another tour elsewhere and the sound quality was very good.
We loved this great museum and Ander is the best guide we ever had. He is smart and he has a lot of background information which he told and showed us in a spectular way. MANY THANKS to ANDER!!!
Ander did a perfect job in navigating the group thru the museum and providing information on the pictures in an entertaining and easy to follow manner. It was fun and as promised by Ander we learned something. 😃 Thank you!
Ofc I loved The Museum. BUT I didnt know I was getting tickets from the broker (thought it"d the official site) and paid double the price(normal about 14eu and here 28euros)! And no access to audio guide. Scam.
An extraordinary guide, knowledgeable and very attentive. Many thanks to him for his wonderful hospitality.🥰
It was nice to hear more background information on several important works of art. The guide did a very good job. It is unfortunate that you are walking with such a large group in an already crowded museum but after the tour you have plenty of time to walk around on your own.

All in all an excellent experience. Enjoyed learning from the Guide, Laura, as she had some great insight into some of the paintings in the Prado. You ask for photos below, however, we were not allowed to take any photos.
Tour guide was fantastic. She gave us the history of some iconic paintings and others which gave us great perspective. if not for our guide, the museum would have been overwhelming and we would not have learned nearly as much. Thank you!
The guides in Loco should display a sign with the Headout logo prominently displayed to facilitate the meeting. I did not perceive a real advantage perhaps because there was not much crowding at the ticket office .

Our Guide (Blanca) was really knowledgeable and gave us an insight to a selective number of paintings. Without this we would have just looked at them and moved on without really understanding the background and the art. It has changed the way we approach our visits to such venues and would look to book a personal guide again rather than just access to the building

Good day the experience was very interesting, Crhistina's ability to introduce the visitor to the paintings was both academic and artistic appreciation at its best.

The guided tour was shorter than 1,5 hours, probably more like 1 hour and the group was 16 people so too big to stay close to the guide and ask questions.

Our guide David was super knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. He seemed to navigate the crowds very well - though we were just a small group. Things got off to a bad start as we did not know how to identify our guide or group! There were four or five people in jackets sitting around with "Fun" on them, but they made no effort to engage with us.
Our guide, Blanca, was absolutely fantastic. She brought the masterpieces to life with her engaging and interactive explanations. Thanks to her lively storytelling, even my 7-year-old son was fully captivated throughout the entire 1.5-hour tour—he didn’t complain once! Time flew by, and we all came away with a deeper appreciation for the art. Thank you, Blanca, for making the experience so memorable!
We were in the beginning of the visit when came the electricity collapse in Madrid. Our visit was very quickly rebooked for the next day and Blanca was the perfect guide.
The guide did fantastic job presenting us the different artists and their work ! Well made presentation in English and easy to understand. 10/10
The guide speaks good English and inspires the group with information about the paintings and sculptures. A very good guided tour.
I loved that I was able to buy tickets at the last minute. The guide was superb -- energetic, knowledgeable, and personable. His enthusiasm for art could not help but infect his listeners, too. The ticketing process had a glitch. It took a long time to get 2-step verification from my bank to pay for tickets with my credit card. I had to log into the app before they would send a verification code to let the purchase go forward. While I struggled with that, the Headout website refreshed itself and reassigned the tickets to the default setting -- the current day. I ended up paying for two tickets that I could not use because I was not yet even in Madrid. Please do one of two things: 1. Allow more time before your website refreshes or 2. Notify users that the date has been reset to the default date (current date) with a big, hard-to-miss pop-up screen.
The tour was excellent and gave a fantastic overview of the various highlights of the museum.

Getting in and having special access was fundamental to enjoying the tour and avoiding the long queues at the door. Avoiding the long queues was the highlight of choosing to buy the tickets through the APP, the ease of purchase, the quick turnaround and the communications too. Just one observation: the tour is long and it's practically impossible to do it all in one day. Another important point of this ticket is the possibility of visiting any day within a year and on any day of the week and at any time. However, this is good for those who can be in Madrid for more days and organize their schedule. That's fantastic!

Of course the art is what made it memorable. We were glad to be able to take a break in the cafe. The maps were confusing and we missed galleries we wanted to see. The restrooms were hard to find.
The queue cutter is not useful, and the museum does not provide a brochure or map. You don't get an audio guide with a paid ticket.

Our guide was great in her job with excellent English. What we missed was a 5 minutes bresk to drink some water.
I preferred the visit to the Prado Museum because it was set up differently albeit by the same guide. It was also richer in information about the historical and cultural background of the time when the works were created. The first part at the Reina Sofia museum, I found the museum's reception of the group poorly organized, with lots of downtime. The guide in presenting the works gave so much space for open-ended questions to the group about the feelings the paintings conveyed that I found it scattershot. The guide's knowledge of the works was impeccable.

Awesome informative walking tour with a wonderful guide. So happy we did this.
Excellent tour of bothe the museum and Palace m, Marta is very knowledgeable and made the tour very pleasant.
We really enjoyed the tour. The guide (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) is knowledgeable and we can feel her passion for arts and culture. I loved how she organised the tour for the art museum and showed paintings that have connections. Really appreciated.
I've done a lot of similar guided tours. This was easily the best. Patricia was fantastic. Amazingly knowledgeable and articulate.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, and pitched the descriptions at the right level for highlights covered In a short time. She was also funny and friendly. Both tours covered a lot and gave us a feel for the history of the palace and of the different painting periods and artists.
I bought a tour. Great musium, a lot to see
Fantastic way to finish off our walking tour would love to go back and spend more time
I booked a party of six and my credit card was charged the full amount. Upon arrival at the tour center, I was told that my booking could not be found. When I insisted, they finally said they found my booking but do not have tickets or a tour guide for our group. They literally asked us to leave and not to waste their time. When I asked for a refund, they said I should contact the booking agent. It was a total disappointment and waste of time on our part.
I'm hard pressed to find anything that I liked about this tour.

I walked alone. I chose a tempo I could follow. I will definitely come back again.
It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.
ould have been a great tour but there were no stops - unfortunately also no real visible info prior bying the tickets. That's a huge dissatisfaction for some of the spots we would have liked to visit a bit longer and continue the tour later which was not possible - but the tickets were already bougt.
Plus points: - always good to have a general view of a city - the 2 routes - historical & modern - are interesting Minuses: - too bad there weren't any intermediate stops so you could get off/climb to visit the sights - not all audio outlets worked properly - staff a bit nitpicky: with QR-Code + validity date, excessive to ask for printed tickets again

The richness of the collections - the way the Reina Sofia tells some of the modern history of Spain through art, the construction of Guernica through Dora Mar's photographs, the outstanding and uncrowded Thyssen-Bornemisza

It was nice to be able to see Madrid above street level because then you really see how beautiful the buildings are. The tour itself was not very fascinating little was told about the history of the city or certain places, just which architect designed it. I would have liked to hear a little more.

we booked the tickets online ...it was super easy to find the buses..and we took old tour first .stopped for lunch .then took new tour... it wascwell organized and the audio guide worked really well. We enjoyed everything we saw..thankyou !
We started at Tysenn. Everything went very smoothly, the accreditation and the entrance. Not so in the Pardo (the second visit) where there was the main queue and a second shorter queue (20' wait) to accredit the QR code. With the Reina Sofia we finally had a second shorter queue, but as there were less visitors there were a couple of minutes of waiting.

I bought the tickets thinking I'd be able to get on and off at the places I wanted (HOP ON/OFF), but all I got was misleading advertising. The place to catch the bus was also not the most central or suitable for those on foot. It was worth the driver giving me some tips on how to get around Madrid by bus for free.

The activity itself is great. The problem is the lack of complete information about the service. IT'S NOT HOP ON HOP OFF. You can only get on and off the bus at a single stop.
View original review in Portuguese
The ride and the audio guide were very good. What was not good was that there was no indication at the time of booking that there are currently no more hop-on hop-off tours in Madrid, only panoramic tours without stops. It was therefore not possible to get on the bus near our hotel as we had intended, so we had to ask around and walk to the starting point at the Prado MUSEUM.

None warned me that the bus was no longer hop-on hop-off, so one could no longer get off at each stop and quin di could only get on from a predetermined starting point. This caused us considerable inconvenience

1) I was confused when I got to the venue as to why I didn't already have a ticket. At one of the venues, the ticket office person initially rejected it as a valid voucher. I had to explain to her that it was. 2) the tour groups at the Prado make the experience impossible to enjoy for independent travelers. You should try to reserve certain hours of the day when tour groups aren't allowed to operate. They monopolize all the masterpieces.
THE +: headphones worked well, feedback OK LES: starting point very difficult to find no stops, two complete routes with no stops at all
