Everything was wonderful. We were even treated to a military parade while waiting in line. Thank you for assisting us with rescheduling our ticket dare after a death in the family causing a change in our family plans. We are very grateful to the staff!
We enjoyed the visit and used the audio guide. The guide was excellent but difficult to follow from exhibit to exhibit.
It was more of a visit to get a closer look at iconic paintings. The truth is that I loved it, because there wasn't a long line. I was able to take pictures of the paintings I liked. It was wonderful

Picasso, Dali, Joan Miro, finally got to see Guernica in person, amazing experience 😍
Beautiful and well-priced works, neat and clean room

Wonderful museum, an incredible amount to see, especially Guernica by Picasso, of course

It was an excellent experience, I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Madrid 🤗

As with the Prado museum, the audio guide lacks a preamble to help visitors understand how it works. You lose a lot of time at the outset...
View original review in French
The exhibits were clearly arranged , the works are "read" properly thanks to the audio guide but also thanks to the descriptions hanging on the wall...then at the end you meet the Guernica...magic of magic

Absolutely dissatisfied. At the time of purchase, I was not instructed to download an application. I feel that the service should work outside of the application as well

I was not sent the email with the reservation needed to receive the audio guide. The email was correct because I got the advertising messages

I arrived early and the halls were quiet and peaceful Convenient online ticket but the museum does not offer Wifi (i.e. it offers it but it doesn't work and the attendants are unable to fix it) and you have to use your own data.

The collection that the museum has it amazing, the museum is spacious and has a variety of mediums that art is presented. I appreciate that they allow to take forographs. The staff is courteous and helpful. I did get a little lost due to entering through a side door and not being able to g able to find the way there as quickly. It was an fun afternoon .
The richness of the collections - the way the Reina Sofia tells some of the modern history of Spain through art, the construction of Guernica through Dora Mar's photographs, the outstanding and uncrowded Thyssen-Bornemisza
Very pleasant, well organized. I found the museums easy to walk around and admire the works. I will take a wonderful experience with me

Getting in and having special access was fundamental to enjoying the tour and avoiding the long queues at the door. Avoiding the long queues was the highlight of choosing to buy the tickets through the APP, the ease of purchase, the quick turnaround and the communications too. Just one observation: the tour is long and it's practically impossible to do it all in one day. Another important point of this ticket is the possibility of visiting any day within a year and on any day of the week and at any time. However, this is good for those who can be in Madrid for more days and organize their schedule. That's fantastic!

To see the Guernica from Picasso (live) and other paintings from Dali. I had trouble with the audio guide but overall an excellent visit. There was a lot of people.
We enjoyed the museum: Interesting art in a beautiful building. It was not very easy to find the best pathway or walking route through the museum.
Inclusions
We had to wait for at least 25 minutes in the cold before getting into the museum. Your instructions of arriving there 15 minutes earlier along with a delay of getting into the building made us quite uncomfortable. Also, we thought this was a private tour, but it ended up as part of a teamof 13 people in total. I must admit the guide was good and she kept our interest throughout the tour
I received a cancellation notice from you two days before we were supposed to take a tour. We went to the meeting place anyway. Nobody showed up. I sent you two email requesting refund and never received any responses or refund. K. Matthewson
For those of us who wear hearing aids because we are deaf, they should offer hearing aids that go over the ear instead of in the ear, because when we remove a hearing aid to hear the guide we hear all the ambient noise, which in this case was the noisy guides with school children. In the case of the art at the Reina Sofia Museum, I would prefer anecdotes about the paintings, the museum and the painters rather than the guide's personal interpretation of the works.

We loved the layout of the museum, the wide variety of modern art ; the history, especially of the Guernica, and our guide was absolutely phenomenal!
Guide was good. But tour was only i hour instead of 1,5 hours as promised.
Eva, the guide, is extraordinary in her explanations.
View original review in Spanish
The guide was not very professional, he was with a candy in his mouth listening to the audio guide. He repeated himself in the explanations and did not give the Gernika painting the importance it has, besides not explaining it properly.

I expected 90 minutes guided tour, but after 60 minutes we were left in the museum. Furthermore the first 5-10 minutes were spend before we entered.
-We booked an hour and a half visit, but it didn't last an hour. -Lack of punctuality. We were summoned at 12:45 (a quarter of an hour before we had to be there to check in) and we still had to wait because someone from the group was missing. -If the appointment with the guide was at the main entrance of the museum why did we have to go around the building and enter through the back door? Between this, handing out audios, going through the detector and going up the stairs to the tour floor we started at 13:15 (and finished at 14:09.

It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.
ould have been a great tour but there were no stops - unfortunately also no real visible info prior bying the tickets. That's a huge dissatisfaction for some of the spots we would have liked to visit a bit longer and continue the tour later which was not possible - but the tickets were already bougt.
Plus points: - always good to have a general view of a city - the 2 routes - historical & modern - are interesting Minuses: - too bad there weren't any intermediate stops so you could get off/climb to visit the sights - not all audio outlets worked properly - staff a bit nitpicky: with QR-Code + validity date, excessive to ask for printed tickets again

I had never been to Madrid, so I booked the bus tour on-Line. No problem getting on the bus , Everything pleasant and I got to see Madrid with the two bus tours.

It was nice to be able to see Madrid above street level because then you really see how beautiful the buildings are. The tour itself was not very fascinating little was told about the history of the city or certain places, just which architect designed it. I would have liked to hear a little more.

we booked the tickets online ...it was super easy to find the buses..and we took old tour first .stopped for lunch .then took new tour... it wascwell organized and the audio guide worked really well. We enjoyed everything we saw..thankyou !
We started at Tysenn. Everything went very smoothly, the accreditation and the entrance. Not so in the Pardo (the second visit) where there was the main queue and a second shorter queue (20' wait) to accredit the QR code. With the Reina Sofia we finally had a second shorter queue, but as there were less visitors there were a couple of minutes of waiting.

I bought the tickets thinking I'd be able to get on and off at the places I wanted (HOP ON/OFF), but all I got was misleading advertising. The place to catch the bus was also not the most central or suitable for those on foot. It was worth the driver giving me some tips on how to get around Madrid by bus for free.

Of course the art is what made it memorable. We were glad to be able to take a break in the cafe. The maps were confusing and we missed galleries we wanted to see. The restrooms were hard to find.
The activity itself is great. The problem is the lack of complete information about the service. IT'S NOT HOP ON HOP OFF. You can only get on and off the bus at a single stop.
View original review in Portuguese
The ride and the audio guide were very good. What was not good was that there was no indication at the time of booking that there are currently no more hop-on hop-off tours in Madrid, only panoramic tours without stops. It was therefore not possible to get on the bus near our hotel as we had intended, so we had to ask around and walk to the starting point at the Prado MUSEUM.
View original review in German
None warned me that the bus was no longer hop-on hop-off, so one could no longer get off at each stop and quin di could only get on from a predetermined starting point. This caused us considerable inconvenience

1) I was confused when I got to the venue as to why I didn't already have a ticket. At one of the venues, the ticket office person initially rejected it as a valid voucher. I had to explain to her that it was. 2) the tour groups at the Prado make the experience impossible to enjoy for independent travelers. You should try to reserve certain hours of the day when tour groups aren't allowed to operate. They monopolize all the masterpieces.
THE +: headphones worked well, feedback OK LES: starting point very difficult to find no stops, two complete routes with no stops at all

Our guide was knowledgeable and fun! She engaged everyone in a great way
Our guide was great in her job with excellent English. What we missed was a 5 minutes bresk to drink some water.
I preferred the visit to the Prado Museum because it was set up differently albeit by the same guide. It was also richer in information about the historical and cultural background of the time when the works were created. The first part at the Reina Sofia museum, I found the museum's reception of the group poorly organized, with lots of downtime. The guide in presenting the works gave so much space for open-ended questions to the group about the feelings the paintings conveyed that I found it scattershot. The guide's knowledge of the works was impeccable.

Guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about art as well as history.

Belen very capably led a small group tour of this most outstanding museum that showcases numerous masterworks of the modern era. She demonstrated a strong ability to describe complex artistic styles in clear English. Her deep background in Spanish art and history allowed a genuine enthusiasm to shine through. On a personal level, it also was a chance to see Picasso’s Guernica once again to close a circle of experience that spanned some 50 years.
The experience of having a knowledgeable guide to talk to and ask questions was invaluable to me. I would also like to specifically say that Alex, my guide, was amazing. His knowledge and passion for art was very evident and talking to him was a pleasure
we were 3 including a 12 year old with a good guide, what more could we ask for? Thank you

The heart of Reina Sofia, this 18th-century structure was originally a hospital designed by José de Hermosilla and Francisco Sabatini. Now, it houses the museum’s permanent collection, featuring 20th-century Spanish masterpieces, including Picasso’s iconic Guernica, Dalí’s The Great Masturbator, and Miró’s Girl at the Window. The building also includes a central courtyard and an outdoor sculpture garden.
A striking modern extension by French architect Jean Nouvel, opened in 2005. This space is dedicated to modern and contemporary art, multimedia installations, and a vast library/archive. Visitors can also enjoy the auditorium spaces, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, and a library filled with art resources.
