From the moment we walked in the door until we left we were amazed by the artwork on all floors and the Proust exhibition. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and lunch at the restaurant was also great so all in all we had a awesome visit. The layout of the galleries is brilliant, allows for a methodical perusal with no feelings of having missed out on something. Thanks for a memorable visit
Great selection of art. Beautiful pieces
Headout booking was easy and straightforward - but I couldn't download the tickets off the Internet, no problem, I managed otherwise. The museum is incredible, and the Proust exhibition very pretty and interesting.

I very much enjoyed my visit to the Thyssen museum. A great selection of art . My only complaint would be the lack of signage to different parts of the museum .
The museum was a very interesting experience. Many famous artists and a nice presentation of the objects. We liked most of it very much. A broad range of different styles.
A huge collection of art work. I particularly enjoyed the Vargas exhibit and the Impressionists. I only had an hour but could have stayed for three hours more.
The collection is awesome. The Proust exhibition was very good. but the audiostory with the Proust exhibition was not so interesting. Pleas pay attention to this. Let actors speak the texts and give more special information. Make people interested by the audiotext. Now it is too little and not so interesting
The exhibits in this museum are of the highest quality. I have been pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended for those who like the art of painting. A historical tour, with the best exponents. I would be happy to visit it again.

This is a great art museum with many breathtaking works. Only marked down to 4 stars because of the crowds.......
Great collection, great organization, great digital toolset.
Beautiful museum! Magnificent collection❤️

The artwork was wonderful, in particular the Barroness's collection.
It was the chronological history of art in the exhibition
There was so much of interest, we much preferred it to the Prado
The entirety of the museum - spacious and well laid out - in contrast to the Reina Sofia Museum

Everything was wonderful. We were even treated to a military parade while waiting in line. Thank you for assisting us with rescheduling our ticket dare after a death in the family causing a change in our family plans. We are very grateful to the staff!
Awesome and worth every penny.
I walked alone. I chose a tempo I could follow. I will definitely come back again.
Very pleasant, well organized. I found the museums easy to walk around and admire the works. I will take a wonderful experience with me

Getting in and having special access was fundamental to enjoying the tour and avoiding the long queues at the door. Avoiding the long queues was the highlight of choosing to buy the tickets through the APP, the ease of purchase, the quick turnaround and the communications too. Just one observation: the tour is long and it's practically impossible to do it all in one day. Another important point of this ticket is the possibility of visiting any day within a year and on any day of the week and at any time. However, this is good for those who can be in Madrid for more days and organize their schedule. That's fantastic!

Of course the art is what made it memorable. We were glad to be able to take a break in the cafe. The maps were confusing and we missed galleries we wanted to see. The restrooms were hard to find.
The queue cutter is not useful, and the museum does not provide a brochure or map. You don't get an audio guide with a paid ticket.

I had direct access to the three museums without waiting and without any problem.

Prado is an Outstanding world class museum! Work is extraordinary and well organized.
Very handy to have the tickets in advance instead of having to queue up.
The lines are long. I did not have to wait.
One of the richest museums in terms of painting and sculpture in Europe and the world. Simply stunning!

I walked alone. I chose a tempo I could follow. I will definitely come back again.
It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.
ould have been a great tour but there were no stops - unfortunately also no real visible info prior bying the tickets. That's a huge dissatisfaction for some of the spots we would have liked to visit a bit longer and continue the tour later which was not possible - but the tickets were already bougt.
Plus points: - always good to have a general view of a city - the 2 routes - historical & modern - are interesting Minuses: - too bad there weren't any intermediate stops so you could get off/climb to visit the sights - not all audio outlets worked properly - staff a bit nitpicky: with QR-Code + validity date, excessive to ask for printed tickets again

The richness of the collections - the way the Reina Sofia tells some of the modern history of Spain through art, the construction of Guernica through Dora Mar's photographs, the outstanding and uncrowded Thyssen-Bornemisza
Very pleasant, well organized. I found the museums easy to walk around and admire the works. I will take a wonderful experience with me

Good explanations of all the sights. Just too bad there is no hop in hop off while it is advertised as such

I had never been to Madrid, so I booked the bus tour on-Line. No problem getting on the bus , Everything pleasant and I got to see Madrid with the two bus tours.

It was nice to be able to see Madrid above street level because then you really see how beautiful the buildings are. The tour itself was not very fascinating little was told about the history of the city or certain places, just which architect designed it. I would have liked to hear a little more.

we booked the tickets online ...it was super easy to find the buses..and we took old tour first .stopped for lunch .then took new tour... it wascwell organized and the audio guide worked really well. We enjoyed everything we saw..thankyou !
We started at Tysenn. Everything went very smoothly, the accreditation and the entrance. Not so in the Pardo (the second visit) where there was the main queue and a second shorter queue (20' wait) to accredit the QR code. With the Reina Sofia we finally had a second shorter queue, but as there were less visitors there were a couple of minutes of waiting.

I bought the tickets thinking I'd be able to get on and off at the places I wanted (HOP ON/OFF), but all I got was misleading advertising. The place to catch the bus was also not the most central or suitable for those on foot. It was worth the driver giving me some tips on how to get around Madrid by bus for free.

The activity itself is great. The problem is the lack of complete information about the service. IT'S NOT HOP ON HOP OFF. You can only get on and off the bus at a single stop.
View original review in Portuguese
The ride and the audio guide were very good. What was not good was that there was no indication at the time of booking that there are currently no more hop-on hop-off tours in Madrid, only panoramic tours without stops. It was therefore not possible to get on the bus near our hotel as we had intended, so we had to ask around and walk to the starting point at the Prado MUSEUM.
View original review in German
None warned me that the bus was no longer hop-on hop-off, so one could no longer get off at each stop and quin di could only get on from a predetermined starting point. This caused us considerable inconvenience

1) I was confused when I got to the venue as to why I didn't already have a ticket. At one of the venues, the ticket office person initially rejected it as a valid voucher. I had to explain to her that it was. 2) the tour groups at the Prado make the experience impossible to enjoy for independent travelers. You should try to reserve certain hours of the day when tour groups aren't allowed to operate. They monopolize all the masterpieces.
THE +: headphones worked well, feedback OK LES: starting point very difficult to find no stops, two complete routes with no stops at all
