Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

It was easy to buy tickets from Head out. At first, I was apprehensive when I bought the tickets because of so many negative reviews. I even called the main office in New York for confirmation because we only have one ticket for the 2 of us. There were no problems in entering. After trying for over an hour to secure the ticket on the official site that did not work, I was able to secure my ticket at the desired time slot with Headout in a minute. Absolutely worth the really small price difference. From then all worked well, even if contrary to the QR code for Burj Kalifa that was retrievable in the app I had to enter the aquarium searching for the QR code in the pdf of the ticket. Took some more steps. But not a hustle.

We have spent almost two hours at 124-125 floors, and still can't get over with the experience after leaving the world's tallest building. For the price paid, I would have expected shorter wait times. I booked an entrance time with the hope of catching the sunset, but 45 minutes passed between arriving at the check in and getting to the top (so i missed the sun). Also, the glass was very dirty. Both the Miracle Gardens & the Frame were great breathtaking experiences. Booking was easy and saved 13%, so thank you. One bad experience was the taxi ride from outside the gardens to the frame, where we were scammed to the tune of 483 Dirham (should have been approx 100) have since read that this seemed to be a common theme.... spoils a good day out, something needs to be done about it. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

Clean, modern, and interesting - but huge queues to get in and out (over 2h up, over 1h down) with toilet on wrong side of queue system causing tension when you need to get back to your family. If I'd have known the delays before and after I would have wanted Headout to provide upgrade option as I probably would have bought it to waste less holiday time in the queues.

After trying for over an hour to secure the ticket on the official site that did not work, I was able to secure my ticket at the desired time slot with Headout in a minute. Absolutely worth the really small price difference. From then all worked well, even if contrary to the QR code for Burj Kalifa that was retrievable in the app I had to enter the aquarium searching for the QR code in the pdf of the ticket. Took some more steps. But not a hustle.

For the price paid, I would have expected shorter wait times. I booked an entrance time with the hope of catching the sunset, but 45 minutes passed between arriving at the check in and getting to the top (so i missed the sun). Also, the glass was very dirty. Everything booked in advance : 07.05.2025 Burj Khalif: We had booked at 06:00 in the morning. No queues, very few visitors and we were able to watch the sun rise and take some very nice photos. An impressive and architecturally wonderful building. 07.05.2025 Aquarium + Underwater Zoo: beautiful animals, well laid out, staff always gave friendly explanations. 08.05.2025 Desert Safari: We had the best driver and it was an unforgettable experience! The only suggestion for optimization: the pick-up time for the safari from the hotel should be announced at least one day earlier, so you would still have the opportunity to better organize the day, as it does not start until the afternoon.

The view was fabulous, we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the directions to rhe meeting point were very confusing as it said we may have to walk 20 mins from the meeting point to the entry, which wasn't true and we didn't know the meeting point was onside Dubai Mall. We had to ask lots of store staff the way and when we found the ticket stand no one was there and we had to ask other staff who pointed us to the entry. Better directions would have helped.

He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame. Excellent place with lovely photo opportunities. We went around 4pm and were at the top within 15-20 minutes. Parking was a breeze. The views are very good and the place was not as crowded as Burj Khalifah and it only cost £10 per person compared to £37 for Burj Khalifah. I would personally recommend this instead.

Predator and velociraptor were an unforgettable experience. The food from the makeshift stands were somewhere between mediocre and good. The staff were kind and helpful. The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame.
I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

I absolutely loved my visit to the Dubai Frame! As someone who enjoys discovering new places, I decided to play tourist in my own city — and it was totally worth it.
