- No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.
- Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We’re unable to accommodate late arrivals or issue refunds.
- Tip: Keep an eye on the skies—peregrine falcons often soar near the Falls. These cliff-dwelling birds are not just rare but also the fastest animals on earth.

I had such an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Alora, was really friendly, knowledgeable and organised. It was great to hear some stories about the history of the falls as we walked around. The experiences themselves were incredible. It was great to get so close to the falls and to see them from such unique angles. Worth noting - if you go on the boat ride you WILL get soaked, even wearing the poncho! Definitely still worth it but plan your outfit accordingly!!

We had a wonderful experience on the Niagara Falls tour with the Hornblower cruise and Journey Behind the Falls. Our tour guide was outstanding—patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area and its history. The whole tour was well-organized and enjoyable from start to finish. The only minor hiccup was the meeting point information in the Headout confirmation email. It indicated the location as Murray St near the Arcade Game Gallery level, but the actual meeting spot was at the entrance of the Skylon Tower. A quick update to the meeting point photo or instructions would help future visitors avoid confusion.

The tour itself was very good !! The only problem was when we booked there was also supposed to be a boat tour included. When we checked in we were told the boat tour was not running today and we would be getting some money back . The tour that we got was very good and had alot of fun but not what we paid for . We elected to go for the 'behind the falls' + the tower+a boat trip. We really enjoyed the trip overall - if we had a citicism it would be that the first part of the tour (behind the falls) felt rushed as we had only. 45 minutes to queue,descend see the 3 viewing points quickly and queue again for the lift back up in order to get the coach to the tower. We would have preferred more time to get more pictures and felt this was not organised for the visitors convenience. We also felt rushed when we stopped at the maple syrup stop which we enjoyed. The guide was good and answered all my questions. The falls were spectacular.

While our guide was very pleasant, we did not see any value add from taking the tour vs. doing the attractions on our own - certainly not worth the large mark-up just to be led from place to place. Most of the group arrived late so we wasted our time waiting for them, and then the group straggled so much it was difficult for the guide to share info. Also, the email confirmation had the wrong meeting place. If I hadn't called to get precise directions, we would have waited at the wrong location. Overall, it was not a positive experience and we would not waste our money again taking tours with Headout. Pleasant guide but company added no real value. Save money and just follow the signs and go on your own.

We booked the 119$ tour which included all the sites and stops. First to note, our tour guide showed up in sagging sweats, no company logo or anything, really could have been anyone who walked by. While his attire didn't bother us, his lack of respect for not being on his phone did. He did not seem to know much facts of the tour, rather guesstimate. If only he would do the tour on his own and read all the monument sign posts he may learn what we had by reading them rather than listening to him. The sites we gorgeous, and views were breath taking. But I would advise anyone to save their money and do the sites on your own which will save you a lot of lack of informational talk, and money as the attractions that were booked on our behalf were 1/3 of our costs at best. It says up to 6 hours, we were done in 4. And while it says dinner will be shared amongst group, there is no food included. We will not recommend or use again,but the good intent is there. Just not price worthy. 317$ for 2 adults and 1 children, for things that would have costs about 120$ on our own. Do your homework on the attractions you'd like to see, I thought I had, but I didn't know what inwas looking for in a quick booking.
