Love, the fact that we went to so many places. I really liked the perfumery. If you were looking for information on any of the places, like a historical tour, this is not a good option. Fortunately, I wasn't looking for that so it was fine. The guide wasn't great.

We went to all the places the tour said. Our driver was more of a driver then a guide. We couldn't hear him, maybe you should give him a microphone. We also thought he could have mentioned more about places when we were driving.

The tour guide did a great job, but the itinerary planned does not allow for enough time at the venues. For something labeled at a Gorge du Verdon and Lavendar fields tour we spent 1 of the 10 hour trip at those stops... there was also not enough time to even enjoy walking around the 2 cities we stopped at and eat something proper. Would recommend they reduce the number of stops so you have more than 1 hour or less at each place. Could save time taking a more direct route to the gorge and making 1 city stop with enough time to eat.

the tour was more in the van than at the venues; mateo drives like a maniac and if you are sitting in the last row you are bound to get car sick - which was only told to us the day before the trip... he would talk throughout the tour but if you are in the back you couldn't hear anything -

We couldn't visit Monaco because of this irresponsibility. Waiting for the refund and still they are tellimg me another story. Very very bad.

The driver called Matt was incredibly rude and refused to pick up my friend from her location which was like 15min drive from me (we were staying at different venues. The tour offers free pick up, so had we booked tickets separately he would have had to pick her up separately anyway! He told her to get an Uber!! What a joke! Bare in mind this was like 30 mim before the tour was due to start, so you can imagine how stressfull we felt. She had to get a tram and rush to my apartment in the end as we didn't want to waste the money we already paid. Then he started taking photos of us on his phone without our consent, which I pointed out to him - what a crazy and unstable person. He was also shouting and swearing in French over the phone at me and hanging up! It was such a horrible experience, this person should not be working with people! Avoid! He was also badmouthing another tour guide Rafael who took as on an earlier tour. As a mater of fact Rafael was beyond lovely and we had such great experience with him. Matt could definitely learn a few things from him about manners and customer service!!

Unfortunately, I was not picked up as scheduled, and despite multiple attempts to contact the local agency via phone and WhatsApp, I received no response. Support team also attempted to reach the local agency but was unsuccessful. I am still waiting for resolution of this issue and money back. Support team wrote they will get back to me within 24h and in second email 24-72h but nothing happened since than.

I had A fantastic time and our guide, Miriam (Mimi) was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited plus she also gave us extra information on the way there and back. Nothing was too much trouble. She gave us clear timings and was so helpful. Great tour. We saw and fitted in so much. My only suggestion would be that the company needs to give her a small microphone to use in the van as over any road noises it was occasionally difficult to hear completely but that is definitely not a criticism of our great guide. I highly recommend this tour to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud.

First of all the ticket I booked was for a different tour and we found out 15 minutes after the pickup where will be heading. Couple of points about the tour: 1. The tour guide Parfait was very rude and he started making fun in front of everyone saying things like: You should've mentioned that we are heading in a different direction (As a first visit to Nice there was no way anyone would've told we are not even going into the correct direction). 2. He continued to be rude while telling us that the whole tour we booked had only one start time in the morning, and how did we even think that the other tour which was 8 hours in total could be completed if we were picked up at 2 pm? (Again the confirmation we got in the email was telling us what we actually wanted to book) 3. He started joking that we should be left on the side of the road if we were not on the correct tour anyway, at which point I was even considering just going back to Nice with a cab and forgetting this trip. 4. Every single place we visited during the tour was rushed. Instead of the mentioned 40-45 minutes some places were just 10 minutes or we just checked from the bus. 5. The microphone in the bus was incredibly bad and almost nothing was audible in the last seats (as far as I understood not even the girls in front of us heard things clearly) 6. At the end of the tour we got educated about why we were lucky to be on this tour instead of what we initially planned and visiting the other place is not worth the money and it was too long, which was very very upsetting as I had clear plans and didn't want to hear about other peoples opinions, especially after getting scammed like this. 7. After all this bad experience we got asked if we can just give a 5-star rating because he wants to get promoted... Overall the whole tour wasn't worth the money at all as it's not a guided tour, everywhere we stopped we had to go around ourselves, which is much more pleasant if you travel yourself and just do a google search to see what's interesting to check around.

  • Many small vendors and markets prefer cash, especially in villages.
  • Use bank-affiliated ATMs to avoid high withdrawal fees.
  • Public beaches are free but can be crowded; private beaches offer sunbeds and service (but can be pricey).
  • Many beaches have pebbles (like in Nice), so water shoes help for a comfortable swim.

Love, the fact that we went to so many places. I really liked the perfumery. If you were looking for information on any of the places, like a historical tour, this is not a good option. Fortunately, I wasn't looking for that so it was fine. The guide wasn't great.

The experience was great except for the lack of organization within this group's office. Our guide Alex was great, knowledgeable and fun!

Giorgi was the best guide. The excursion was well planned and nicely done. I would recommend the tour especially if you get Giorgi as a tour guide.

Great city tour, with Ville Franche as a bonus. The traffic flow made it possible to visit without delay. I was impressed by the accuracy of the timetables at the stations, and by the driver's agility in certain tight passages.
