Getting to see Chagall's ceiling was magical...
Palais Garnier is an amazing location, the most beautiful Opera I've ever seen
Everything went smoothly. Opera Garnier is so beautiful in hindsight we should have booked a guide or an audio guide .
Other than all the young girls posing for selfies and photos all day, the experience was great. Very interesting and a good audio program.
All was good until a scammed pasted a fake QR code onto the computer which directed me to a dating web site which compromised my credit card. I finally had the tickets sent to me in a pdf. Everything else was good
Impressive building, architecturally excellent, it was very nice and got through entry quickly with a headout ticket 👍

We had a timed entry for a day the turned out to be a free day. Line up was LONG. We were told to come another day. Our tickets were honoured with no questions asked. WOW
I enjoyed being able to explore Palais Garnier on my own w/I a tour. I could take my time and really see the beauty in the building. What I didn't care for was all the people that were there. It was chaotic going in when first opening. Too many Instagrammer people hogging the best spots for pics. I finally just walked into their "photo" shoot.
Beauty of the place. On the other hand, many of the halls are closed because of an upcoming show, and many Asian foreigners are posing to be photographed. Finally, the audioguide is not always easy to use.

I loved to listen to the stories on the tablet it is a great way to learn about the history and the beauty of the palace.
A beautiful monument and a real pleasure to wander around the foyer and library, the hall was closed, too bad but I knew it. No waiting or very little. Lots of people, well too many, tourists of all nationalities and schoolchildren and individuals like me ...

The highlight of my visit was being able to see the interior of the opera house.

The audio guide allowed for a leisurely tour of a fabulous treasure.
The opera house was incredibly beautiful - albeit very crowded with tourists, which diminished the experience.
Loved the guided tour !! Must do tour in Paris! Do this over louvre !
It was convenient. The Garnier Palace is an incredibly beautiful interior.
Easy to book and great self-guided tour

We entered immediately with a dedicated line, (so no line at that time) thanks to online tickets.

Loved all of it but was very disappointed that the outdoor part with a view of Paris was closed otherwise we would not have bought tickets that day.
Direct access to the entrance, definitely better have your ticket pre-purchased. Great architecture is more like museum. Surprised to see local students taking a note on canvas on the wall.
We had a great time. It's a wonderful place. One of our best visits. I recommend it. Internet booking is great... no waiting...

I recommend it because I found the visitors very interested and with a fair amount of knowledge for this national monument, including the Foucault pendulum.

Thanks to ticket reservations, we were able to get in straight away, avoiding a long column. The audio-guide tour was fascinating.

Big Bus 24-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour of Paris
Easy to start at the Louvre and wind our way around Paris. Not alot of hopping on and off. We only did this once. Great bus ride though and definitely saw all the sites. The "optional" Siene river ride is an extra €16. Be aware.
Clean punctual vehicles, kind and considerate staff. Comprehensive historical and customary comments and explanations. Some inaccuracies regarding French cuisine.

We actually rode it once in the morning and again that evening. We enjoyed the second tour best because we were able to better pay attention to what was being said and was able to focus on the item being talked about. Got some really nice pictures too.
The view of the city's sights

The bus was not working during the morning, but when I bought the tickets there was no information regarding this. I would have liked to be informed before the purchasing and I would have bought the tickets on another day
The guide was very knowledgeable. The bus was easy to take and convenient. It stop close to all the attractions. It was also an easy and fast way to get around in the city.
The bus driver left us sitting on the bus for 20 minutes and didn't say a word that he wasn't going any further. He simply aborted the bus journey. That's not acceptable at all. We were very disappointed and had to make a very long journey home with children. Compensation would be desirable here.

Had to stand, not enough seats and so no access to oral guide sockets. Need more buses!!! Should never have been admitted on the bus, no-one properly checking there were enough seats available upstairs, it was too late to get off again so had to stand on moving bus for first 3 stops, not easy when you're in 70s! Poor value in the circumstances and wouldnt recommend!
I liked the double deck where you can sit outside D the translate into various languages The ticketing experience is where you failed. The location provided was wrong and I waited at the wrong stop. I had to follow a bus on foot to find it where it stopped and could get on. Not good at all.
The hop on, hop off bus tour was yhe best!!! It was a perfect way to travel to the sights of Paris!!! We rode on top on a beautiful sunny Spring day, and everything was lovely! The bus lifts you up above the crowds to make some incredible views possible! Also, the headphones and narration we good (although I think more narration could be done). All in all, well worth the cost!!!
The tour was fantastic. We enjoyed seeing the sites from a height as we sat on deck, the information was was well explained and the waiting times for hop on and off was perfect 👌
It was our first time in Paris. The bigbus is highly recommended to see a lot of Paris. Especially if you don't have much time. It's worth it and the price-performance ratio is ok. I would do it again. A great experience.

Ticketing experience was great and the experience was fantastic! Our guide for the Eiffel Tower was efficient, friendly and informative and she spoke 5 languages so was able to communicate well with everyone in our group! I liked the format where they facilitate you getting through all the lines and security and get you to the second floor and then show you the elevator for the upper level. You are then free to take your time and wander and take in the views at your own pace with the audio guide to explain what you are seeing. I highly recommend this activity! We also did the boat ride and hop on hop off bus and they were both great!
It was good. The people who were drivers were friendly and respectful.
I thought I had booked the tour in German, which unfortunately was not the case.
