The area around the tower was such a cute little place to eat and shop. The views from the top of the tower were awesome.
Healdout allowed me to purchase the same day with a bit of a discount, let's just say that it's inconceivable that children pay the same price as adults..(abroad children don't pay to enter museums..)in Italy in addition to paying to see our beauties we still had to queue at the entrance and make do with the bags that couldn't get in...the monument is worth it but everything else is a bit of a disincentive

We had some trouble finding parking and navigating that so we were a few minutes late to the steps, and the gentleman let us right in at the front of the line, which was so nice! What a beautiful property, totally amazed at the Pisa tower and also the fallen angel statue.
Skip the line was very convenient
The ease with which we could arrive at our allotted time and climb the Tower was so convenient.
It was easy and clear to book the ticket with the suitable price.
Well worth the visit and worth booking in advance due to how quickly the spaces sell out.
Top, experience, view, very friendly and smiling staff, great management with a limited number of people, I recommend the 1st session at 9am.

Validating ticket was fine, Pisa Tower and cathedral were amazing. I even went to the football stadium after as it was nearby :)
When I checked the website, it mentioned that only children above the age of 8 can climb the tower. When buying the tickets via Headout, it stated that only 11-99 requires a ticket. My child is 9-year-old. Hence, I only bought two tickets, one for me and the other for my wife. I emailed the headout support team to confirm whether or not my child would need a ticket. I was informed that my child didn't need one. When I got there, it turned out that anyone climbing the tower will need a ticket if they are 8 and above.
We don't think it's OK if the ticket only allows a free visit to the toilet. After all, there is so much to see with the ticket that you can spend the whole day there. And I don't know anyone who only has to go to the toilet once a day. The friendliness of the staff is very poor.

It was very easy to use tickets, we had access to all attractions. Convenient way to see Pisa and its highlights. We enjoyed our time in Pisa!
I had no queues and the whole organization was flawless. The information provided was very accurate.

Loved going up the leaning tower. Views were amazing. Museums were ok. Not really my thing but there were some interesting historical information. The main buildings I really wanted visit was the cathedral & Baptistery, but sadly they were not open to the public that day as there was a religious ceremony taking place. Shame as I had paid the full amount to visit all 6 buildings which is quite expensive to only be able to visit 4 of these.
Like the web site for easy access and user friendly approach. You can choose as per your convenient. Pricing was also affordable and sometimes with extra offer.
Great experience - reasonably priced and good view of Pisa. Clear information before arrival and good information on app
Everthing was oké . Maybe tell the gasts that they need to put there bats in a locker 10 min before your slot an and Go to the line 5 min prior the visit . The tower and the rest were beuatifull
It's an iconic trip but you need to leave bags in lockers away from the entrance to the tower. This wasn't clear so we wasted time taking bags to the lockets and had to requeue. The steps inside the tower are incredibly slippery. No handrails so I wouldn't recommend this trip if you have mobility issues
Cathedral tour not accessible on Sundays. Should be mentioned or included another alternative. Audio tour was tough to figure out how to download and effectively use. Lots of battery used.
The booked access was only available after a short wait. Unfortunately, the meeting point was incorrectly marked; without asking, we would have missed our slot.

Punctuality, thoroughness, beauty, excellent organization except that we didn't know we had to drop off our handbags before the tour.

It was very easy to book the tickets and access them without needing paper copies like I saw so many people with. It made it very conventional to access all areas of the Square of Miracles.
Easy booking. Good organization on site. Hardly any waiting time.

All was good. So good that tickets are already available
The Tower was more exciting than anticipated. Headout was super easy to use
Absolutely loved my time at the Pisa tower. Allow a few hours to enjoy the full space and enjoy it's beauty.
We liked everything. It was a great experience, glad we climbed the tower.

The guided tour. The lady doing the tour was very passionate and gave lots of valuable historical information
Our guide was prompt and took time to explain the attractions.
The guide was not there and they asked me for the printed tickets until we went to the information center and they contacted the guide and found him and we could only go to the Pisa Tower and we missed the Cathedral.

The tour was great! Our guide Alessia was more than the best guide I have ever met, she was smiley, attentive, very well informed and really great! I would deffinitely recommend her!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions.
We had a wonderful guide which added historical context to what we saw. Really enjoyed the Cathedral and Cemetary history. The weather was great and we had a good time exploring.
Our guide should be in Italian, it was the only one available when I booked. However, our guide also speeks English and this change that she did in the last minute was awesome (my husband and I we are Brazilian, we don't speek Italian but we speek English). It saved our tour. Besides that, she had great sense of humour and gave us a lot of information about Pisa and all the monuments. We rlhqd a great tome with her!!!
This tour xompany was a great find. Our tour guide Andrea was excellent, very knowledgeable, funny and on point with everything. She was prompt, cordial and knew so much about the area. We were able to visit all the sites and had a great time. Will definitely book again with this company if the ocassion arises.
I liked the implication and passion of the guide. The details she offered us helped to better understand the value of the place.
It was very good a lot of history The guide was very good a lot of information. Easy access to all the venues Good experience overall.
The guide was engaging and energetic. She was well informed and made the experience one that my husband and I will talk about for years to come!!

The explanation of the guide was excellent, my daughter learned many things, I could not do the tour because I had an accident in Rome and could not move, I understand that I could not support me, neither you nor in Italy, it seems that they are prepared to assist a person because they do not have services and being a Sunday and in high season because they were too busy but I was close and I could hear the explanations of the guide, I hope in the future to make the visit.

Alessia, our guide , was very good. She was very informative. We were given plenty of time to explore on our own.
I don't need to book the ticket for the tower by myself, that's good
Climbing the Leaning Tower of Pisa is more immersive than strenuous. The 273-step spiral staircase, often mistakenly believed to be 1,000 steps, is actually quite manageable for most visitors. It’s narrow, but not claustrophobic, and worn smooth from centuries of use.

Please note: Leaning Tower tickets allow changes to the time (not the date) up to 2 hours before the visit.
Tickets for other monuments in the Square of Miracles can be canceled up to 24 hours before the visit.
While the experience is unique, it’s not physically overwhelming. Most visitors take 5 to 10 minutes to ascend the 273 narrow spiral steps, depending on fitness level and crowd flow. The descent is slightly faster, taking around 3 to 5 minutes.
However, your total visit time will be closer to 30–35 minutes, which includes:
The Pisa Cathedral Complex—also called the Square of Miracles—includes the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Baptistry, and Camposanto. For just €10 more, access the full complex plus the Bell Tower climb, check it out here. Add a guided tour to deepen your experience.
The tower’s distinctive lean—almost 4 degrees—is the result of centuries of settling on soft ground. What began as a structural challenge quickly became a captivating hallmark, turning the tower into a symbol of resilience and architectural wonder recognized worldwide.
The Tower is open year-round, with hours that adjust seasonally to make the most of natural daylight and accommodate peak visitor times.
Best time to visit
It’s better to visit on weekdays in the mornings (before 11am) or late in the afternoon (around 3:30pm) when it is less crowded. It attracts greater crowds from 10am to mid-afternoon.
