Value for money and the driver was punctual for pick up. Driver was very good to help with tickets and driving us into the Safari Park. English was not too good but we managed to communicate. International Buffett was mediocre but definitely nothing to be missed. It is based on sharing tables and pretty tight area to navigate especially when the floor is wet and someone almost slipped. Overall we enjoyed the trip.

Service in terms of transportation to n fro our hotel was timely n comfortable. Driver Ms Baah was very friendly n helpful. The animal shows esp Dolphin Show was extremely exhilarating. International buffet at Blossom restaurant in terms of the food was delicious. Setup of chairs and tables for the guests were nicely done, tidy n proper. But in terms of paper printed map, not able to locate BLOSSOM restaurant, so may need an update on that. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I contacted multiple times through your apps but did not find any guide in front of MBK center Gate 1 or Marine Park or Safari World ticket counter. Due to which I was delayed in going to Marina Park and didn't get to see the elephant show. Our ticket was pre-paid by credit card for peak and drop service, but I did not receive any peak and drop service. Then we could not visit the safari park as no guide person was available and we could not find the bus to the safari park. Being a foreigner and because of the language problem, I had a lot of trouble with my children, the children also cried a lot. So I request to refund the pick and drop and safari park ticket price through credit card gateway.
