Alcatraz tour was fantastic, glad we booked it. A short ferry ride across to the island and fairly quick getting on and off the boat. It was great that you could tour Alcatraz at your own pace, learning all about Alcatraz and the island
We appreciated the punctuality, the flexibility to return when we felt ready, the cleanliness, and the freedom to explore the site at our own pace. What we didn’t like was the lack of a Hebrew-language tour option — we would be happy if you could consider adding this in the future.
When we arrived with our QR-code for the ferry, it apparently was not a ticket (wich I thought), but a voucher. So we had to go back to a booth to get our tickets. The woman in the booth could not scan the information in the headout-app, but luckily found us by name. It would have been nice to know beforehand. We had time, so it was no stress, but we did not receive this info.
The location was amazing - interesting to hear and see the history of Alcatraz- impressed about the visit itself
Everything the ferry ride Alcatraz island all very enjoyable and thought provoking
This experience sucked I was charged double what the regular price was and received nothing extra. I couldn't download the app initially ans when I did I couldn't play it. Next time just go buy your ticket at peir 33 not with this 3rd party service who charges double the amount of what you need to pay!
