Communication with headoit was very poor. It was agreed to meet at the hotel. I had previously asked jean out for confirmation. I received a reply confirming the appointment, in my opinion from AI. Fortunately, the host helped me by contacting the local partner. They had a lot of trouble tracking down our reservation. Finally, we were told to report to the port, where we were expected. When we got there, we weren't expected at all. Once again, they couldn't find our reservation. I finally got 2 tickets. I realized that the ticket indicated 70 euros for 2, whereas I had paid 96 euros at headout. I would like to be reimbursed for the difference. Otherwise, the guide was very good.

Poorly Organized Tour with Major Communication Issues We were very disappointed with this tour due to several organizational and communication failures. First, communication before the tour was extremely poor. The company provided a number for support, but no one ever replied to our messages. The only alternative was email, which was very slow and not practical for time-sensitive questions. This created a lot of stress leading up to the tour. We had booked and paid for round-trip transportation from our hotel to the port. We even received a written confirmation via email stating our pickup location was our hotel. However, on the morning of the tour, no one came to pick us up. I asked the hotel receptionist to call the number listed on our booking since they spoke Greek and I do not. The company then claimed they had sent us a follow-up email changing the pickup location—but we never received this email. As a result, we missed the transportation we had paid for, and no one was available at the port to help or offer a refund. The start of the tour itself was chaotic. We booked an English-speaking tour, but there were no signs or instructions at the port to indicate where to go. We had to ask multiple people to find our boat. Even then, the staff nearly boarded us onto a French-language tour by mistake. Once aboard, we discovered there was no scheduled lunch stop on a tour lasting from 8:50 AM to 4:00 PM. This was never communicated in advance. There were limited snacks available for purchase on the boat, but they were overpriced, unhealthy, and unsuitable for our family’s dietary restrictions. If we had known, we would have brought our own food. There were two swimming stops during the tour. The first, at the hot springs, required a short but enjoyable swim from the boat. Afterward, we changed into dry clothes assuming that was the only swim. Only 30 minutes later, the crew announced a second swim stop at another island—but by then we had changed and missed the opportunity. This could have been easily avoided with proper advance notice. Lastly, the boat was overcrowded, making it uncomfortable and difficult to move around or find seating. Overall, this tour lacked basic organization, transparency, and customer service. We expected a relaxing and well-planned day but instead encountered unnecessary stress and confusion. I would not recommend this experience to others.
The tour did not take place and we have not yet been reimbursed.

Perfectly organized, the excursion went smoothly and pleasantly. The timing was excellent without being stressful. All the staff were charming. The information for ordering the exclusion was unfortunately unclear and confusing: meeting place, options.

Really great super organization I highly recommend fantastic scenery, despite a problem at the pickup location, the problem was easily solved.

A good experience recommended to get to know the volcanic zone.

The guide Anna was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Nevertheless, we felt very rushed and with little time to enjoy at the volcano. In our opinion, the time in Therassia was unnecessary since Korfu has just a few restaurants that are quite a tourist trap. We would have preferred to have more time at the volcano instead. The transport between venue and meeting points was rather hectic with changing busses and vans and rather hectic drivers as well. To summarize, we would not recommend this particular tour to somebody else.
nice tour however, it was difficult to fully understand the instructions. We felt a bit like cattle. disappointed by the swim: not enough French fries to float and start with cold water to get to the warm waters. too short swimming time. pleasant stop at the little port, but it would have been nice to have been able to visit the village above.

- Booking through Headout seemed to put us at a disadvantage, as despite having let them know we wanted picking up in Pyrgos, the coach there was not expecting us and they weren't expecting us at the boats either. Everyone else seemed to be expected. - The volcanic island hike was amazing, and our host Gabriel was really enthusiastic and interesting to listen to. - It wasn't made clear that the hot springs would be a 16m ocean swim away - I am not a confident swimmer, and therefore wasn't able to visit the hot springs and had to stay on the boat. - For the price we paid I had thought lunch would be included, so was surprised that we had to pay for our own lunch. The stopover itself was lovely though. - The "Oia Sunset Tour" - which we paid extra for - was just us being dropped off at Oia in a coach in time for sunset. There was no tour, no guide, no suggestions of where to go to see the sunset, just us being dropped off and left to our own devices. Overall I definitely wouldn't recommend this experience to someone else, and it was probably one of our least favourite things we did while in Santorini.
My tour was cancelled and wasn't informed to me until I called them on the morning and asked. Even headout team didn't inform me either and there is not any update on the refund as well. Overall experience is bad.
I've paid for the 10 hours exoerience, with sunset in Oia to finally being told that tha company only do the 6 hours cruise. I lost time, money, and experience.

This was brilliant from start to finish. I was worried it might not happen as never used headout before but was super easy to book and join the event. The boat itself was a lovely Greek sailing boat and it took us to three different amazing locations across the island. They served food onboard which was exceptional and the staff were so polite and helpful, nothing was too much travel. The private transfer back from NST was an amazing surprise and would use again.

Great tour and great crew, absolutely recomended it !
The overall tour was enjoyable. But due to poor weather we could not see all the areas as described (such as red beach). Also for whatever reason, we visted an area just outside the hot springs and not the hot springs themselves which was unusual. The pickup from our hotel was fast. Food on board was decent with plenty to drink. Overall there are better tours out there with more value for money.
I loved everything about the sunset tour in Santorini. We did the beaches, the volcano and sunset. One of the best experiences of our lives. The Yacht team was very hospitable. We had an amazing BBQ with all you want refreshments. There was swimming in the sea. We took so many beautiful photos. I would definitely book this tour again or another one with the Santorini Yacht Club.
It was such an amazing experience. Well organised from transfer to our half day catamaran tour. Staffs are very hospitable and kind. Surely we'll do it next time. Highly recommended 👌
Unreal the best vacation experience you can ask for. Food was great drinks were included as well the sights were beautiful and the crew was great
Food was incredible, music kept the whole boat lively. Great service and incredible staff.

Most Santorini wine tasting tours require participants to be 18 years or older, due to the alcohol tastings involved.
