A very pretty museum with very well-presented reconstructions of scenes from life... total immersion! However, we had 3 minor drawbacks: -all in all, very little about the factory and Schindler...we expected more! -our arrival: confused! No information on where to go with our queue-cutting tickets! Little or no incantation! - French language requested: but unfortunately no French audioguide. Comments in Polish or English! So unfortunately and regrettably we were only able to look at the photos and do a few translations via Google translation! But all in all, the museum is very pretty! And a very friendly, smiling young lady was a great help.

The enterance to Schindler's factory in Kroakow was orgnized very well, we enterd on time and got hearing divice. The guide and the guidness in the museum was very good and intresting. This experience is very recomended.
All the installations were amazing and made you feel like you really were walking through Krakow in the 40s. Our guide was also very good, and so interesting to listen to.
Good organization although it seemed clandestine, good guide who spoke very good English. She did speed here and there but she was on hour and time so understandable. It is a mustsee in Krakow

It was so smooth the queues for the trip were massive, but our guide was there and we skipped the queue. She was very informative and made the trip extremely educational and thoughtful. I have already recommended the company to friends and family.
Very happy we got the tour. I was worried for a minute that we weren't going to find out guide but it was easy. The guide was right there on time. Since the museum is small, meaning the rooms are small it was a bit crowded but the guide managed for us all to hear her well. Very interesting and without a guide it would be difficult to read it all and understand the magnitude of what happened there. She pointed out many small things but important. She also tod us about the ghetto wall and we walked there oursleves. It was the last minute decison the night before to book a tour and I am very happy we did.
Extremely busy visit to Schindler's Factory. First class and fascinating commentary from our guide. Spoilt by others groups failing to hold back during descriptions of events and by unaccompanied individuals generally just ambling through the museum. I would recommend researching quiet times if wishing to visit this important historical site.
The skip the line ticket was the way to go. We have been traveling and going to multiple museums, so we opted not to have a tour guide, which was good because we could visit and read the details we wanted rather than being brushed passed like I saw some guides do. Visit started right on time, and guide was very informative also adding in a bit of humour to what is a sad tour. Felt like the group could have been smaller as sometimes we were at the back and couldn't see what he was talking about and by time we got to it the group had moved to next stage.very interesting on the whole.would recommend to anyone coming to poland from scotland
We were given an enormous amount of information about Shindler's help and also about his personal background. There is a lot to see in the factory and in terms of information actually everything from the war time is told. A very impressive tour.

A real insight into life in Krakow under Nazi Occupation, out visit to the factory was very informative. I would recommend the guided tour to anyone, as the tour guides are all knowledgable and offer the sort of information you wouldn't get simply exploring on your own. A very reasonably priced experience, being able to skip the inevitable queues, that's worth it alone, but having an experienced and articulate guide to take you on a tour, that makes for a truly fantastic experience.
Very informative the guide was very good at keeping the experience flowing though you do miss some of the pictures going around but hearing about the history through the guide would be highly recommend. Touching experience thank you

We didn't have to wait in line to enter the tour, our tour guide met us outside the venue and led us inside after she had explained what would happen and gave us group coloured stickers. The tour was good, although a bit hectic at times with other groups crossing ours, or individual passing our tour group, as we were part of a tour we didn't really have time to look closely at the photographs and memorabilia, but the guide did explain everything fully to us and try to make the history come alive, so it was a trade off between trying to discover for ourselves. Our guide some very good English, but occasionally it was difficult to understand mannerisms, accent etc, but completely understandable between different languages and cultures. Definitely worth visiting!
It was well put together, just we didn't get to see quite a bit as we kept rushing through and not having the chance to look at the exhibits properly.
Our guide did a great job of explaining all parts of the tour. As other reviews have stated it is more of a museum of the persecution of Jews in Poland during WWII. So much information to try to absorb that the couple of hours is not quite enough time to see everything in the old factory building. I would recommend for anyone wanting to learn more about this important topic.

Walking tour seemed inconsistent - rushed in some areas and repetitious in others. Spent too long walking round and round the same area of Kazimierz with little new information. Lots to see in the Schindler Factory but limited time available. Factory was history of the war rather than a detailed history of Schlinder and his exploits.

The organization and the guide were perfect. Only one drawback: groups of more than 20 people in narrow rooms, so that we lost track of what the guide was describing and what we were seeing. A real shame.

The guide (I believe his name was Felip) was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, patient and very easy to listen to. Would thoroughly recommend.
Extremely Disappointing Tour – Not Worth the Money I had high expectations for the walking tour of Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory, but it turned out to be a frustrating and disappointing experience. The wired headsets provided were of very poor quality – the audio kept cutting out and I could barely hear anything the guide was saying. On top of that, the group was far too large, making it impossible to get close enough to the guide to hear them directly either. The time slots between groups were way too close. We were constantly too near the group ahead of us, and the group behind us kept catching up. As a result, there was no opportunity to stop, absorb, or read any of the exhibition content on our own. The whole tour felt rushed and overcrowded, which really took away from what should have been a powerful and reflective experience. We paid PLN 53.18 per person for this tour, and frankly, it was not worth it. I’m very disappointed and would like to request a refund or some form of compensation for this poorly organized and underwhelming experience.
Great guide Bartłomiej was extremely knowledgeable the only minus was the ghetto tour not well organized we stood outside not know wing where to go and when he will be back
The person leading the outing was superb. She was very knowledgeable and, when one of the party had a fall, she took charge of this impeccably.
Great arrangements all round. Emails were responded to quickly and clearly. The tour itself was also clear and well arranged. Nice tour guide, Robin was not there, we had David.

Our guide was GREAT ! The Schindler factory did feel a bit rushed (limited space, and lots of your groups) you do not get a chance to see all the exhibits.
Our guide - Phil - was great! He knew the area inside and out. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and history.

Superb Site – But Book Direct to Avoid Overpaying! The Wieliczka Salt Mines themselves were absolutely superb – a truly fascinating and unique experience that’s well worth a visit. The underground chapels, sculptures, and sheer scale of the mines are breathtaking, and the guided tour (which is included with the entry ticket) was informative and engaging. However, we were disappointed with the booking company we used. We paid a significantly higher price under the impression we were getting a special guided tour, only to find out that the site includes a guided tour for all visitors as standard. Had we booked directly with the salt mines, we could have saved a considerable amount of money. The experience itself is quite physically demanding – lots of walking and stairs – so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a bit of a workout. Despite the booking issue, we have no regrets about visiting. Just a word of advice: book directly with the salt mines to avoid unnecessary extra costs.
I liked the guided tour in German very much, only with the meeting point we had some trouble, I was in Belgium with my granddaughter who speaks Polish very well and can also use the cell phone, it was not so clear where we should meet.

The tour guide was great and very informative. It's a great experience if you don't mind walking lots of steps but you take the miners lift back up to the top. I'd advise arriving at least an hour before your tour if you wish to store luggage as there simply is not enough lockers to go around, so you will have to wait around for someone to retrieve their bags.

Who knew that salt could be so interesting? We had an amazing trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mines. Tickets are timed and you literally turn up 10 minutes or so before your time slot to meet your guide and off you go. An amazing experience with knowledgeable guides. The beauty of the place took our breath away. Just be prepared to walk. A lot! Tiring but enjoyable- we will return again one day.
This was easy to book and from start to finish it was absolutely amazing. The tour guide was informative and fun. What an amazing place. Definitely worth a visit. So much to see. We even stayed and had a drink in the cafe in the caves. After licking the walls and inhaling the healing air we were super thirsty. Thank you to all for an amazing visit 🤩 We visited from krakow and got an uber from our apartment.
Great experience for healthy walkers; but with the amount of money you receive, having a shortened tour with a down elevator to start (perhaps 1 or 2 levels only) for slower walking persons, would increase income from families who all want to participate?
Parking nearby. Quick and easy entry. Very friendly and attentive guide with very precise explanations. Exceptional, magnificent location

The number of museums, so you can also see things that you wouldn't have had on your agenda and then experience one or two positive surprises. The Krakow Underground and the Archaeological Museum are particularly well prepared! to improve: Some of the museums did not know whether they were included in the pass or not. The code reading machines often didn't work, the staff often didn't know how to use them outside the norm. They didn't know that you can switch the long device to a different mode that can also read QR codes and not the usual barcodes! That's why I had to argue at almost every museum, the worst was at Schindler's Factory (which is generally very poorly organized and structured!) In the end, with effort, explanation and friendly conversation, we got in everywhere we wanted to go. It would therefore be important to provide the barcode as well as the QR code! Also a small digital folder with the museums that are included, as otherwise you often get lost and then don't go there again!

The museum was better than expected with lots to see - the only downside was signage of where to go if you had bought tickets of where to go - but still a great experience
I liked the tour and the organization. The staff did not guide properly thanks to a security man who showed us the route very kindly thank you.

The ticket system worked perfectly as we got in straight away which wa great but as there were so many tours it spoilt our trip as the groups and guides took over the rooms , there were too many tours ! We know you have no control over this though.
The knowledge and sincerity of the guide was excellent. She was passionate about imparting what she knew in a calm and considered way.
Welcome had to ask twice to the museum staff what we had to enter the museum. The indication was really unclear and also the staff of other company helped us. Please note that you should explain better how to get a real ticket and what to do when we get there. In oyr case, we could ask in Englisj but not everyone speak fluently the language.
Beautiful museum with superb museography. Each room is different. We were there for 2? hours, so much information.

The experience was very interesting, well worth going to see it. When I booked the tickets, the information about the tour guide was misleading. Everyone who had booked with this tour guide was under the impression that he was taking us round. Not the case, we had to look around ourselves without a tour guide. Please could you look into it for future reference
On a positive note, it was easy to buy tickets online and in advance. On the negative side, the host was not properly identified when changing to physical tickets; it was confusing and not very intuitive. The museum is one of the best I've ever visited

The museum was very interesting. Had to wait about 30mins for the rep to arrive and get the tickets, but probably less time than waiting in line
I liked everything about the exhibition. It was shown very well, especially for people who probably hadn't dealt with it before, what it was like during that time and what the Jewish people had to suffer. It is still sad and a reminder that something like this must never happen again. Respect to all those who helped in a similar way or even in small ways, like Oskar Schindler.

The actual museum was as good as I'd hoped for. But receiving the tickets at the exact time I was due to enter was not acceptable
Interesting museum, but intermediary bordering on amateurish. Lack of clear information on how to enter the museum via your site, then waiting when the ticket is supposed to be queue-cutting.
View original review in French
The interactive exhibits were great, and lots of information on the history panels. Read the ticket instructions carefully. We were overwhelmed by the crowds when we arrived and a little confused about lines. We chose no tour to enjoy the interactive exhibits which those on tours were not able to experience. However, the tour guides are very loud dispite everyone having headphones making it distracting. They filled the narrow space blocking pictures and reading material or to pass. Just staying behind the group to avoid the problem we got yellled out.
The venue provided good information regarding Krakow/Poland's history, but I thought it was going to be more information about Oskar Schindler and how he saved a significant number of Jewish people during the war. Krakow together guide simply provided tickets and advised there was no guide or audio for the experience
To be honest, 'awesome', used in your star rating, is not the word I would want to use for this type of museum. This was one of the best presented Museums that my wife and I have been to. Superbly well constructed and laid out. In parts powerful and moving. Wonderful pictures, film clips and exhibits, all of them given clear historical descriptions. An excellent exhibition I woul urge everyone to visit. The ticketing process was clear and simple, the only small issue, I would like it to be made clearer at the entrance, what the procedure should be, exactly where to go for people with pre bought tickets like ours, but that is being slightly picky.
Very interesting museum and absolutely worth a visit. It's a bit opaque at the entrance due to the huge queue of people. A hint that you can enter with pre-booked tickets would be desirable. Otherwise everything was great 👍🏼...

At the heart of the museum lies the incredible story of Oskar Schindler and how he saved 1,200 Jewish lives. The exhibits highlight his courage, moral dilemmas, and the life-saving choices he made under unimaginable circumstances. It's an inspiring tale of humanity's potential for good, even in the darkest times.
