Punctuality of appointments and pick-up! On the other hand, some rather cavalier schedule changes the day before could have caused us to cancel our visit by moving it from 1:00 pm to 11:00 am. All the more so as we learnt that the morning of the tour was partially booked. 11H00: Cathedral+Giralda and 15H00: The Alcazar.

The experience was ten, our guide, Guadalupe, was a great professional, explained very well, and in detail, the visit to the cathedral. Very nice and pleasant. We also did with her the guided visit to the Alcazar. We were delighted. A totally recommendable experience, essential in the visit to Seville. I would repeat, no doubt.

Beautiful experience that is worth the price of the ticket especially if done with a tour guide, I highly recommend the skip the line which we did and it allowed us to enter without waiting, there is a kiosk inside, a little expensive, but it is all part of a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

The guide was very interesting and pleasant. You could feel her knowledge and passion.

Really good tour. The guide was incredible and informed.
Very good, informative and entertaining guided tour of the cathedral and the Alcazar; highly recommended and we learned a lot and gained new perspectives.

The organization was perfect, despite the change in the times of my visits, and everything went smoothly. We had 2 wonderful guides

very good guides. BUT I was not informed that the tour was postponed by 2 hours. The subcontractor (concierge sthose) claims to have sent me an email. I received nothing, not even via the Head Out app. Maybe they sent via What's app. If that's the case, they should let us know because when you arrive from overseas, you don't necessarily have access to your cell phone number. In short, it was the guides who saved the day, because I was really frustrated at having to change my entire day's schedule without notice. I will not do business with headout again.

The tour by the guide was very good and detailed/informative. You could ask questions and got answers immediately. Well done. What was problematic - for us - was the general rush and the resulting chaos of voices. But that's just the way it is! All in all, it was very good.

Elena was a very passionate guide and we were able to appreciate places that on our own and with little time we would not have been able to.

Well taken care of by clown staff , then smooth entry, good tour, just a little too long, would have preferred a break before visiting the cathedral Ge

We were called by our guide because we didn't show up at the meeting point on time and then arranged a new meeting point and joined our group. It was a great tour and we would have been very sorry to miss it. Thanks again to the Sevilla team. Silvia and Gabi

Very good guide with a great sense of humor and motivation for her work. The discovery of the cathedral and the Giralda was fascinating.

The visit was interesting but afterwards we took a tour again x better understand the internal architectural structure .Being an unusual cathedral without a floor plan in hand it is difficult to understand it . The guide was comprehensive and engaging

La visite réalisée avec Ghislaine était très vivante, un lieux magnifique, Ghislaine a su nous donner le contenu historique et réaliste. Bien organisé, la visite aurait pu durée 1 heure de plus, c'était passionnant
Beautiful visit worth the price (comments, and beauty of the Alcazar, enhanced by the humor and knowledge of Francesco, our guide. A cathedral steeped in history, too much rococo for my taste... It's a pity he didn't give us the tickets to take advantage of other free tours including: colegial del salvator...

The guides are very friendly and make the visits very pleasant. The sites are extraordinary, of course, especially the real Alcazar. The only drawback is that the combo was done in 2 parts, at 11 a.m. then 2:45 p.m., and it's not presented that way.

First part in the cathedral had poor audio equipment , audio kept breaking up even within 10m of the speaker. Second part in Alcazar had much better and reliable audio equipment. Both presentors were good and informative. I do wish there would have been a few more short breaks as we had senior citizen with us and its hard to stay up 2.5hrs non-stop.
Well done to our guide for his passion for the city and his humorous comments. Well organized and on time.

Great triple trip, everything went smoothly with clear precise details with great communication. So glad we visited with a guide (Sarah), yet had plenty of time to explore on our own too.
What I liked most about the place was its history, art and architecture. The cathedral is impressive and the view from the Giralda is magnificent.

Fantastic! It's a great experience in the cathedral and the tour with the guide who told us the history of Sevilla. For people who love history, I'd recommend taking this tour and admiring this historic site.

The experience was unique and amazing! The cathedral is fascinating from the outside but moreso from the inside. Each chapel gives a mesmerising touch. The Giralda tour is a good physical exertion thereby not adequate for everyone but its worth the views
Guide was excellent. He knew his subject well and answered direct questions about Seville cathedral and the Giralda tower that he may not have been expected to know. Being able to skip the queues (and it was very busy leading up to Holy Week) was a real bonus. The cathedral and Giralda tower are well worth visiting and well worth paying for the speedy entrance and guide.
Easy-to-find meeting place. Exceptional guide with a great sense of humor who kept us enthralled. He knew his subject and involved us in the tour. Don't hesitate to buy your ticket before you arrive in Seville.

Although it has not been raining as much during our visit in 40 years, we have had a great experience visiting the Seville Cathedral & La Giralda. Although we experienced some technical difficulties the guide knew enough about the history to provide us with a great tour. Highly appreciated.
Wonderfully well informed guide. Good sense of humour. Lot of anecdotes. Details.
A rewarding experience with a precise and well-documented guide

The expertise of the guide , clear and very interesting explanations👍🏻

The guide was very informative with history and culture. The Cathedral is outstanding in its vastness and elaborate decoration inside - complete wow factor. La Giralda intense with all the ramps and tourists, but great views. Would thoroughly recommend both.
The guided tour of around 1 1/2 hours in the heavily frequented cathedral included information that was told at lightning speed by the guide and he also paid too little attention to the fact that not all participants are equally good or fast on foot. We had some older people in our group. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Had the absolute best tour guide ever: Mercedes. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, & entertaining, not just extraordinarily beautiful! :)
The Cathedral is a unique monument and this was well explained to us by the passionate and knowledgeable guide. Thanks to this man, who speaks Italian very well, we learned not only the historical news but also the chronicles of the time relstive to Christopher Columbus. Interesting, beyond any doubt, I suggest without fear of contradiction. Thanks again to the guide

Our guide was enthusiastic, had loads of great knowledge and made the experience enjoyable with lots of side stories of both history and myth.
The guide was great. Very professional. She knew how to lead the group and her explanations were enjoyable and interesting. The visit was on schedule but was short. It is true that in the description the duration is advanced. I do not feel cheated but the cathedral of Seville gives for at least half an hour more. The impression is that there are many things left unfinished.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. It was hard to find him in the very crowded square. We almost missed the tour!
The tour was pleasant, a little difficult to remember everything, but the guide answered visitors' questions with ease. The most impressive part of the tour was the lovely view of the Giralda from the orange tree courtyard. Sublime.

Very clear and nicely brought Very good guide, her name was Rossa! She told everything with a smile and in a nice way, very cool! It didn't take too long and was perfect of duration. TOP!

The guide Rosa was very nice and professional. The auricles in the little bags are not disinfected, which is not right!

The Seville Cathedral is an iconic and one of the most visited landmarks in Spain. Here are a few reasons why you should take a Seville Cathedral guided tour.
Formerly the minaret of the Great Mosque during the rule of the Almohad dynasty, La Giralda is now the bell tower of Seville Cathedral and is also one of the most important symbols of the medieval city of Andalusia in Spain. Standing tall at 104.5 meters, the Giralda Tower was redesigned with a Renaissance-style top added to it after the Almohad Mosque was converted into the cathedral.
The bells are rung to call people for mass and during religious events and festivals. Admire the Renaissance architecture of the tower and soak in the stunning panoramic views of Seville from the top.
