Bathrooms were awful!!!! Little to no tissue paper, trashed, poop on toilet seats, just dirty!!! It's clear that these are maintained during park hours, absolutely disgusting! The water throughout the park for looks and the rides are gross! Merky and not clean, huge eye soar! People smoking everywhere!! With not a care in the world for smoking around kids, throwing cigarette buds on the ground. Not enough bathrooms. Clean ones are non-existent at the park. Ants everywhere we sat!!! Inside and out!!! Clearly no pest control! Not enough air conditioned indoor eating spaces. I was highly disappointed and will not be returning! The QR code tickets say to make sure we get a printed ticket when we arrive, after wasting 30+ minutes in line, we were told we could just have the QR code scanned!? Update your website!

As always a park that although it is not very big meets absolutely everything you can expect from an amusement park. Very attentive and friendly staff. Queues practically null, being able to ride whatever you want as many times as you want. And great shows. We repeat every year.

Wheelchairs must be no larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high to board the bus. If unsure, contact the service provider.
Just a heads up, each bus can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time. If there is already a passenger in a wheelchair, please wait for the next one.
A 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours starting from first use. For example, if you begin at 1 PM today, your ticket will be valid till 1 PM the following day. Similarly, the 48-hour ticket needs to be used in two consecutive days.

The app didn't work on either of our cell phones :-( So we didn't know exactly where the bus stops were and when the bus was coming. When we finally found a bus, we stayed on as a round trip. However, it was difficult to take pictures and it was too expensive as a round trip! On the upper deck you had to keep your head down, the branches of the trees were too close!

We have used these hoho buses many many times in other cities. We were disappointed with the quality of the information on the bus. The bus route missed off the most important places - we understand that they are in the restricted vehicles area but that was not made clear. And it wasn't clear which stops to use anyway! The journey took so long it was not practical to use it to hop on and off to visit the attractions ... we would not of had time! The whole route gave us a bad impression of the city and its culture. Very disappointing!
