It was very easy to book tickets using Headout, but I didn't realise that you had to provide your own headphones or ear phones to use the audio guide. You don't give that information out until AFTER you've paid for them! So, we couldn't use the audio guide( waste of money) but the Archeological Museum was absolutely amazing. I gave the top marks for the Museum!!
I was amazed by I was amazed by the level of social, artistic and political culture that this extraordinary people already possessed more than 2500 years ago.
Not a long wait. We were there when the museum opened at 1pm on Tuesdays. We stood outside the door for 1/2 hour . And then went into an empty museum . Quick and uncomplicated.

The museum was fantastic, great displays, easy to walk through room to read and ponder.
Nice exhibition, a lot to see plus nice patio cafe to sit and rest after visiting
I could refresh my knowladge about classical history of Greece. Beautiful exhibits.
I really enjoyed the visit to this interesting museum, for all the valuable and interesting things it has. I liked the audio guide because I could see and hear about the works at my pace and calmly. Thank you!!!!!!!!!1

The sculpture were amazing. Pieces of art work that thousands of years old are on display for the world to see is truly inspiring.
The security people in the museum near the monuments were very abrupt if we we're too close or photograph wrong. Almost rude.
Audio was difficult to figure out on my phone. I finally did. Desk Help was happy to give me a remote provided by the museum. I finally did get my ear buds to connect to the audio tour, but it wasn't clear that only certain exhibits were on tour. I did enjoy the museum. It was clean and well organized.
The exhibition of the Schliemann finds was impressive. The rest of the collection was nice, but could be arranged in a more modern way. Fewer exhibits and more context.

Wonderful artefacts from Mycenae. The Antikythera exhibit😍. But large parts of the museum were not open, otherwise it would have been awesome
No waiting in line thanks to queue-cutting ticket. Very clear explanations of the various artifacts. Incredible display of magnificent objects, superbly restored. This museum is impressively rich.

The exhibits in the museum are outstanding. They are exhibits that learn about in college courses. Also, we ended up being late for our ticket time and they let us in anyway. The food in the cafe was well beyond our expectations. We had several luggage pieces to store and they kindly helped us put. Overall, we had an outstanding experience.
Very interesting visit that allowed us to frame the city with its many aspects. Emanuela guide, very knowledgeable, friendly helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. Excellent. Congratulations

Greece history in one place. Walk, watch in comfort
The overall exibirion is really impressive with pices of art very well conserved
Kostas was a great guide who is passionate and knowledgeable about history. Great experience!
The ease of getting into the exhibit, and the vastness of the exhibit itself - allow 1 1/2 to 2 hours to see everything.
This extraordinary archaeological museum is truly a delight to visit.

As a history lover , I was able to immerse myself in what the Acropolis once was. I didn't get the audio guide , perhaps I should have however , there's information everywhere with pictures and fragments to give you the great historical experience . Views of the city also amazing !
Meravigliosa esperienza. Tutto perfetto consiglio scarpe comode cappello e protezione solare. Il sito è conservato benissimo Audio guida in italiano molto utile e dettagliata per la città vecchia ricca di monumenti, chiese e edifici storici
The Acropolis itself is spectacular, it is a millenary place and incredible! It would be very useful the audio guide to learn and understand where you are and what is what but it was good the tickets with no line and no problem to redeem them. The tourist bus is good for people who dedicate the time we had no problem using it but we did not have time so next time I do not buy it because I did not use it. To improve the location of the stops in piraeus and glyfada, we could never find them.

Amazing experience. Very little information or support re queueing on arrival but once we had sussed it out all went well.
Good atmosphere, from the audience. It would be nice if there were a few more information boards. The kiosk wanted €7.50 for a pack of pringels which is extortionate. The general prices were very high, but this exceeded that.

The package is worth it, especially because it includes the entrance to the Acropolis and watching the sunset at the temple of Poseidon is beautiful. What I think is confusing is the beginning of the tour. We waited at the appointed place 15 minutes before our time and no one showed up. Then we went to exchange tickets and entered the Acropolis but we missed the first part of the tour.
The electron tickets were very easy to use. Great communication. The Acropolis was a great day out and getting round Athens on the open top bus made it easy to go everywhere. We went around the city and down the coast.
Crow de were very busy and slow at 9am, hear at that point was extremely hot. Doesn't seem to be any real procedure in place to deal with the crowds.
The pick-up points were clear, uncluttered and precise, so there was nothing to report on that score. The sites we visited were magnificent and well worth the detour - and the weather was just right too 😍. The only negative point was the temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion. We had the (less pleasant) surprise to discover, once there, that we had to add €20 from our own pocket to gain access to the site. This point should be mentioned more clearly in the advert! Having said that, our guide was adorable, which helped us get over the hump 😊. In conclusion: a great day out, definitely worth doing again! But the details regarding entrance fees really should be better specified, for example: "Tickets for the temple of Poseidon are not included." Thank you for a memorable experience.

We arrived just before 8am and were a little disappointed that there was already a huge queue. However once the gates opened at 8, the pre-ordered QR codes were read really quickly and everybody got through the gates very efficiently. By the time we left there were a lot of people coming in, many from cruise ships so earlier was definitely better.
The climb was not that tough what I had thought. The audio guide was very helpful through which came to know the history of Parthenon and Acropolis
The highlight of my visit was how big and well preserved it is. If it is true that they let a lot of people pass and you do not enjoy it with the place deserves, it had to be more limited capacity.

It was even more impressive than we could have anticipated. Of course it was crowded, but not to the extern that you couldn't take pictures without herds of people in it. The uphill walk wasn't too bad, and the cleanliness of the surroundings stood out.
Visit to the Acropolis without any problems. Trip to Cape Sunio for the Temple of Poseidon very well organized, audio guide in Italian interesting and well detailed along the way. Staff efficient and knowledgeable. Perhaps the price of the ticket to see the Temple could be included in the package, it would be a useful element of clarity.

I loved being on our own pacing , we listened and replayed the guide tour when necessary , we don't have to rush to keep up with everybody , we're very relaxed thus enjoying each moment .
Interesting tour. Slightly wrong gps point for the meeting point. It would be better to mention that this is the main entrance.

Excellent experience. The place is impressive, both the historical heritage and the landscape that is enjoyed at the same time.

Rightly priced and a good tour of the city on hop on buses. The bus to the coast was hourly and the stops were not marked, waited long to get a bus ack to city after a visit to the coast. Acropolis visit was as expected, quite busy with a big crowd waiting to enter. Overall enjoyed the trip. As we brought the tickets online we did not get a headphone to hear the commentary on the bus which was less satisfactory.
The Parthenon was crowded, as expected. The Cape Sounion trip was excellent: great quide with positive energy. Beautiful views from the Temple of Poseidon. Highly recommended!
This experience is perfect for an evening visit to the Acropolis followed by a walk through the Plaka to downtown Athens for dinner! amazing!
We had the best time and our tour guide Penny was amazing. She took us to many different places and was so knowledgeable about the area and the different food and wine experiences. She was persobalble and really provided an A plus tour. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.
We bought tickets online and avoided waiting in line. We went in the morning so it wasn't too crowded. The experience is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone who loves history and architecture.
The Acropolis site and surrounding areas are a must-see! You do still have to get in a line and join those who booked the same time as you, but the line goes very fast and they start letting folks in 15 minutes prior to your chosen time. The audio was nice to have as well as it added more context. We went to the Acropolis museum right after (different ticket) and that closed the experience superbly!
