It was very easy to locate the group and they were very kind. Unfortunately I selected with audio guide and it was not easy, the next one will be with a guide in Spanish, but the service is excellent and recommendable.

We had an amazing time! Our host (Amari?) did a great job explaining some of the history of the city as we travelled through Florence and into Tuscany. The driver did a great job getting us there safely and in great time. The vineyards were both top notch with friendly staff, beautiful vineyards and delicious wines. Would definitely book another excursion and even this same one again! Thank you.

Myself and my friend had a great tour of Academia. It was concentrated on the history of Michelangelo given it was only an hour duration but we enjoyed that and understanding this amazing artist in more detail and centring around the build of David. I recall it was Vera who was our guide in English. She was very good and could be clearly understood. Still left us the opportunity to explore the valley further after the tour.

Our tour guide Martha was great. She made us feel welcome and relaxed whilst being very clear about timings and meeting points. The only minor points where that you advertised that the bus has WiFi. Although my phone picked up the bus WiFi address, when the driver was asked for the password we were told it was out of order? Whilst I appreciate that I couldn't expect 5 star cuisine for the lunch it could have been a little more imaginative. Overall a very pleasant day in a stunningly beautiful part of the world. Thank you Scott Brown

Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us details and thoughts far beyond what we expected. My sister and I have taken many tours and both of us felt she's one of the best tour guides we've had.

Our tour guide Martha, was very passionette and friendly. The history/background she provided was very informative. I don't think you get as much out of a tour doing it on your own.
