All beautiful, I had already visited it years ago but every time I come it's like the first time. I would never get tired of looking at the masterpieces in the gallery and also the scenery outside. Only advice I can give is upping the wifi reception which works well on the second floor but not on the first, more so because having the audio guide we could not use it on the second floor. Otherwise beautiful experience.

This was our 3rd visit to Uffizi and our best. We went in the earliest time slot so it wasn't too busy. Also we loved the terrace on the 3rd floor and enjoyed cappuccinos with the lovely setting and view. I would not waste $$ on headphones - very limited and not too informative. Instead ask chatGPT to prepare an itinerary for you based on how long you plan to visit. Ciao!
Myself and my friend had a great tour of Academia. It was concentrated on the history of Michelangelo given it was only an hour duration but we enjoyed that and understanding this amazing artist in more detail and centring around the build of David. I recall it was Vera who was our guide in English. She was very good and could be clearly understood. Still left us the opportunity to explore the valley further after the tour.
It was a good experience and everything went perfectly we said goodbye to the queue the agency on time they greeted us right away and gave us the tickets thank you

We were able to quickly pickup the tickets and they told us where to enter. Our tickets were a timed entry self-tour and they were "skip the line." We didn't have a lot of time in Florence, not standing in a long entry line was very beneficial. The ponte vecchio is right in front of the museum. FYI, the line to see David inside is long. I'm
I go to see the uffizi a little at a time. This is already the second one. Really exciting. Great way to concentrate as well. Everybody very nice.

It's a great time of year to visit - the crowds were smaller than when we were here in August! It takes my breath away to see the Greats in person! We'll be back again!
Many authors in the Uffizi Gallery make a strong impression, but this certainly would not surprise anyone. Personally, I was most impressed by Caravaggio's Medusa. The view from the cafe over Florence is spectacular.
It was really a fantastic day, among the most beautiful works in the world by the most talented and representative artists in history, a dream of mine that I finally realized 😊

Considerate, intellectually, satisfying, illuminating, excellent teacher guide we felt enlightened and well taken care of

We didn't realize we were going to tour with two separate companies/groups. We were late getting to our second tour, still received our tickets (finally) and were just told to "go". No further direction than that. Totally turned off by the attitude and lack of assistance.
Our guide was superb ! So knowledgeable and interesting. Felt it wasn't made clear enough where to meet beforehand but the tour itself was fabulous
Excellent tour and super knowledgeable guides, in the explanations of the works, than in the answers to the questions we asked him/her...we were extremely satisfied. Thank you for everything, you made our stay even better.

A visit to the Uffizi Gallery was a unique experience. Definitely reductive to experience it in just one day. In any case, with the right guide everything can be appreciated in the best way. Specifically, our guide Roberta, with her immense culture, experience and professionalism, turned out to be invaluable, making us experience an unforgettable day.

I love the knowledge of our tour guide and her passion for doing the tour! However, I did think the price was too high. Nevertheless, we had a very good time. She was very professional.!!
Alex was so informative, easy to understand, and efficient. We loved how she explained the progression of Renaissance art.
Great tour - Alex our guide for the Gallery was amazing - she told us so much - about both the items in the gallery and the history of Florence/the various families etc. Highly recommend her tours!
It was a bit of a mix up. Someone came late and they did not have a ticket for her so we had to stand in a line and wait 10 minutes for the tour arranges to bring another ticket. Then we did a toilet stop and waited 10 minutes for people to go there. It was frustrating as surely you go to the loo before hand and if your late you miss the tour. This left us stuck in crowds as the guides all talk about the same specific painting so everyone huddles in there areas although the rest of the gallery is quite acceptable. So floor 2 is crowded floor 1 is easy to walk around. The guide had lots of knowledge but I wanted to speak about the paintings but it was about the medchi family and where they lived etc and who was related to who. This was too much and detracted from us even standing in front of a painting. It was expensive so I would have expected a smaller group with less hearding. The overall was good but could have been better.
Everything well organized. A little slow explaining the initial part of the Uffizi but then fascinating the area where the Botticelli and Michelangelo are displayed. In the tour you do not visit the Caravaggio part but you can go on your own without a guide

The Galleries were great and our guide was able to expertly guide us through everything and very knowledgeable to help us understand how art has changed over the centuries and the ways it was made have changed.
Marta was absolutely amazing and her art history knowledge really helped me get the most of the gallery and appreciate everything and everything there was to see!!
The guided tour was really well organized. Our guide was knowledgeable and it was easy to follow his explanations. The tour was well organized despite the fact that the place was very crowded. Money well spent!

Our guide Ivano was excellent. He made the museum come alive. He was knowledgeable, attentive, interesting, very informative and enthusiastic. He explained the differences in painting techniques through the centuries as well as the painters and their history. A well informed most excellent guide and tour. Thank you
Our tour guide was awesome! I believe her name is Diona? She was lovely and shared so much information with us. She maneuvered easily around the crowds and got us in to see the most popular exhibits. She was super enjoyable and knowledgeable. We have nothing but nice things to say!
One cannot miss visiting the Uffizi galleries and L' Accademia. The guides were both good. The problem is that the museums allow too many people in at the same time. The number and size of the tours at times gets unbearable. Compared to the organization of the visit to Leonardo's Last Supper for example (much better. More restricted, but much more pleasant), in Uffizi it is very difficult to enjoy the incredible masterpieces without being literally pushed by and even hit with the backpacks (which shouldn't be allowed) of the hordes of tourists
The highlight of my visit was THE CANDOR AND KNOWLEDGE OF MARY OUR TOUR GUIDE. SHE HAD LITTLE DETAILS PROPER OF A GUIDE THAT IS MORE THAN A GUIDE, SHE HAS A BACHELOR IN ART HISTORY

Fantastic guided tour, made the whole experience so very comfortable and easy to what is one of the must see attractions in Florence! Isabella, our guide was lovely.. knowledgeable with a brilliant command over English, really brings the experience to life with all sorts of fun bits of in insight into history..
It was a great experience especially thanks to our guide who told us great stories and history about the art pieces and the gallery.
We booked the Accademia Gallery Skip-the-Line Guided Tour through Headout and had a great experience. Skipping the extremely long line was worth it alone, but the tour itself exceeded expectations. Our group was small, which made it easy to follow and ask questions. The guide was incredibly informative—we learned so much about the history and artistry of the museum, especially the iconic statue of David, which was absolutely breathtaking in person. The tour lasted about an hour and covered all the key highlights of the Accademia Gallery, with just the right balance of depth and pace. Highly recommend this tour if you want a richer, more meaningful visit without the stress of waiting in line.
Claudio was very informative and we loved how he explained Michelangelo's early and older works. Very interesting! And to see the statue of David in person is magical.
The guide was excellent with great information. Entry was easy and quick. The woman contact was not pleasant or helpful. She stated she had called my number twice, I had no missed calls, a issue with internataional connection? She was unpleasant. Guide excellent, meet up woman, meh
What an amazing tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She also spoke English super well. I learned so much I wish I could have spent more time. I highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide, Tina was fantastic! She's French but lives in Italy and had done extensive research on the area, the art, the subjects of the statues, etc. she elevated our Accedemia experience and we appreciate her efforts.
It was easy to purchase the guided tour online, and to find the guide at the meeting point. My tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Sara, our guide at the Accademia Gallery, was fantastic. Her knowledge of the works and her enthusiasm made the visit very interesting. She explained each piece in fascinating detail and answered all our questions clearly. She really made us appreciate the art in a new way - an unforgettable experience thanks to her!

Olga was a GREAT guide - she explained everything very clearly with visuals too. My experience seeing the David as well as the unfinished works of Michelangelo was very much enhanced. Perfect length tour (about an hour) with just the right amount of detail.
Small group, efficient and knowledgeable guide. I loved learning and getting a deeper perspective on sculptures of Michael Angelo..
The guide was knowledge and it was very interesting! My kids (13, 11, 7) and I all had a great time and learned a lot! Hardly any wait in line to get in, and didn't feel rushed in the exhibit at all. Spent a lot of time at the David and from multiple angles. Loved it! It was my first experience with a guided tour and I so glad we did it! BUT I am disappointed with the back end of things - when booking the tour it said to meet far away from the accademia and instead to meet near the uffitzi - thst didn't make sense to me, so I chatted online with someone and they confirmed the location and that we'd walk with our guide over. The day before the tour I got an email confirming that same location. When we arrived I was told we were at the wrong location and needed to hurry over to the meeting spot by the accademia. We then needed to RUN through the city to get there on time so we wouldn't miss the tour. We arrived sweaty and frazzled. The tour guide was fantastic, but the communication leading up to the tour was not good.
An outstanding tour and tour guide. The entire expereince was wonderful and just the right amount of time from start to finish! Thank You!! I would book a tour with them again without any reservations.

Lori our guide made our tour really interesting, we loved her energy and passion towards the tour.
Very knowledgeable guide. Seamless skip the line process.

The lovely gal that was our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Also it was not to long. Perfect timing. Spoke great English.
The guide provided key information about the artist, including some interesting side notes that tied into the unfinished works. The information wasn't overwhelming, but rather augmented the experience.
Everything was extremely well arranged. The guide lady, she was the best! Extremely knowledgeable, and caring for the elderly, she painted a beautiful picture of the then Tuscan region when sculptures as David's MichaelAngelo was built. We all had a wonderful time!
It was very easy to locate the group and they were very kind. Unfortunately I selected with audio guide and it was not easy, the next one will be with a guide in Spanish, but the service is excellent and recommendable.

Fantastic place with loads of great art. Extremely crowded but that was not surprising really. Was easy using headout. Guy with tickets was easy to find and it did mean we could head straight in with just a brief security check. Michaelangelo's David is fantastic and so glad I've seen the real thing.
Most impressive was the fact that with all the tourists there that day we were still able to get in an hour earlier than our tickets stated. We were impressed how well the crowds moved throughout the museum. We were able to see everything and it was tremendous, as anticipated. The The staff, when asked questions in English, were always accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable

David was the main attraction we wanted to see. It was very touristy as all of Florence is & very confusing to get in by ourselves. purchasing the guided tour made it very easy as they acquired our tickets for us, led us with a group inside, and made the process simple. We did lose the group inside as it was a bit chaotic withthe amount of people at the museums first room & we roamerd around by ourselves after the security checkpoint. Well worth the price for the convenience over the non-reservation line.

Loved being able to walk into the museum w/o a long wait. It was great to see David in person, and I really enjoyed the exhibit of the Musical Instruments.
My absolute favorite stop of my trip. Even though I have been before David still brings me to tears. Aside from David the museum has so many incredible pieces that are truly an honor in person. A trip to Florence is not complete without visiting la Galleria dell'Accademia.
Many authors in the Uffizi Gallery make a strong impression, but this certainly would not surprise anyone. Personally, I was most impressed by Caravaggio's Medusa. The view from the cafe over Florence is spectacular.
Our tickets were for timed entry skipping all lines, and it worked perfectly. We were escorted from an office two blocks away to the rapid entry line, and it worked flawlessly. We did not use a guide within this museum, as it is a somewhat smaller museum and very easy to negotiate. Saving the time was worth everything!
Beautiful and excellently curated museum.
The awe presented by seeing DAVID is inspiring, and not having to wait in line was very good! Thank you.
The art was outstanding. Seeing everything for the second time with different eyes.

The timed ticketing worked well and the overall art was amazing and the literal stand out was David.
It was great to get tickets same day for an exhibit that was sold out onsite!
We were able to walk right in on a warm and busy day! We were awed by the "David"; and many other pieces.
I always wanted to come and my dream fulfilled!
Statues especially David were amazing and beautiful historical art.
The exhibit was amazing! Sculptures were currated nicely. Very informative

It was very easy to enter the museum with the pass. Same for the Palazzo Pitti. The Uffizi was amazing from beginning to end. Boboli Gardens were a nice, peaceful getaway from the crowds.
The museum visit was great. However, we had thought that the QR code was the actual ticket. So we had to go somewhere else from the entrance to the Uffizi to pick up the paper ticket. I actually wanted to avoid this, so I bought the tickets online beforehand. The office was difficult to find despite Google Maps. The Boboli Gardens are very run-down, overgrown and unkempt and not at all worth the entrance fee. A complete disappointment.

Well organised and so easy to meet up with our guide who the cut the queue and got us into the gallery very quickly. Our guide was very knowledgeable art historian with a passion for the subject that was very engaging. We were shown all the key paintings in 2.5 hours and learned so much . We would have been lost wandering around for hours if we did it ourselves and we would not have seen 1/2 the key works.
Kiara, our guide was simply fantastic! Not only was she very knowledgeable about Florentine art history, the Medici Family, and the gallery, but she also contextualized the art pieces and the artists in the larger context of florentine and Italian history. We did not feel rushed at any point and she was also very patient with our questions. I highly recommend the tour and Kiara as the guide!
The guide was excellent and pationate about the visit. Very nice person and knowledgeable.excellent story teller. But the group was not a small group as I expected . We were 16 ! The waiting time at the uffizi was longer than foreseen the rooms packed. I was expecting a smaller group that would not rush . But in view of the chaos around the uffizi the entire experience was a miracle .
The guided tour was great but working out the ticket verification was very complicated. The confirmation email said the tickets were confirmed & we were ready to go. However the next line in the email said we had to go to the office, which was out if our way across town & when we got there the notice on the doir directed us to the ticket office in the piazza Della republica. Your messaging needs to be more exact about where people need to go - several people on our tour made the same comment!
Enjoyed the vast knowledge of the guide although we had to really concentrate hard to understand her at times because of her accent.
Our guide was imformative without beeing boring or too academic, keeping our interest for the full three hours.
Guide was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Museum was wasn't so crowded.
The last minute time change was a very rude experience. We had to give up another tour because of it.

The Uffizi tour was better and the guide has very knowledgeable.
The tour guide for uffizi was great - very knowledgeable and funny. However I thought I had booked a city walk also - this didn't happen. Not a big deal but the website wasn't very clear.
The tour was cancelled very last minute by the tour guide being sick, I was called and a voice message left on my phone which I appreciated and the confirmation of a full refund for the tour.
Omar was incredible; his knowledge of art and the way he took us on a journey through time periods and brought out the emotion, psychology, layering of color and dimension to the painting was phenomenal. We have booked two other tours through your company since this experience. Thank you!
LLadies that were guides were excellent, very interesting stories and very competent. Lunch in Calcio n Pepe was dissapointing, food was excellent, but they hardly wanted to serve us when we said that we paid the lunch to the agency and showed voucher. Also the guided tour in Uffizzi covered only the second floor. When we booked, it was not mentioned. We walked through the rest of gallery alone, with no guidance. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour. Got no discount for children, as well. All in all, I think that I overpayed the tour.
It was nice been in a small group of only five people. I booked the lunch as well, expecting to meet other tourists, but I was the only person doing the lunch, so that was disappointing. Also, could you provide a vegetarian option for lunch.
So thankful for this group. Tour was fantastic, but the small acts of kindness shown to our family by the guides and organizers were special.
We toured Florence highlights and, later that, day, the UffiziGalleries. The morning tour was disjointed, and the guide practically ran us through the streets. She--Claudia--often got so far ahead that we worried we'd lose her. She was knowledgeable, but her information was not well organized. And she asked "guess what's in my mind" questions. No one likes those. The Uffizi tour was still physically challenging, but the guide was much better. Her knowledge was well organized, and she built the experience as a narrative, making a LOT of information easier to,remember. And unlike the morning guide, she encouraged and responded well to questions.
Claudia was amazing and so informative during the city tour. There was no information about where to get the Uffizi tour. We assumed that the Uffizi tour came next but we had to come back 1 1/2 later. We had already scheduled another tour. Christiana wa experienced and gave us great perspective on the gallery.
Ufizi galery guide was very knowledgeable. Everything was well.organised.
Renata our guide, made the tour very enjoyable and entertaining, with a lot of knowledge of history!!! Highly recommended
