Enjoyed the experience but the app and booking process was confusing meaning I was overcharged and when I emailed to say this you could not refund me my overcharge so I will not be using your company again.
I didn't receive the tickets. They were never sent to me.

1º) The tickets were bought online 2º) The website only states that the Planetarium opens at 10am and closes at 5pm, which makes you think that the sessions are continuous and that you can enter at any time, which is not true. 3º) Could you also indicate the themes so that we can make a selection beforehand? Thank you!

Everything went very well. I went to visit the navy planetarium. I'll be back.

Unfortunately the section is very short and the opinion was unanimous because when it finished everyone sat around waiting for more. There's so much to say about the stars...well, I thought there was something more to see. I was disappointed

Very interesting exibition for better understanding the portuguese importance in explorations and developments of marinery. Excellent boat models from 1400 to 1800, and very interesting and complete collection of models of all the typical portuguese local boat
The exhibit was interesting, impressive and informative! There was virtually no line to get into the building. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only problem with the museum is the audio tour. The audio kept cutting off mid play and required constant replay and refreshing of the audio. However, this problem can be avoided if you perchase an in house audio guide rather then the free one offered.
I visited the museum in 1971 and loved it. I wanted my grandsons to see where our American history began, since I learned si much the first time. This time the top floor was closed off, and no Christopher Columbus or Amerigo Vespucci, etc. I was disappointed in that regard, but the current exhibition focusing on India and Africa was very interesting and we learned a lot. I have an even greater appreciation of Portugal's contributions in the development of international relationships .
The exhibits great. Sadly, purchased an adult ticket did not want with our 4 senior tickets. Website confusing.
