Easy and fun, remember to dress appropriately, one of my friend in my group got rejected for not wearing appropriate clothing. It was an amazing structure though there is some reconstruction but I understand, it's an old building after all need constant maintenance.
It's actually stunning at the top, obviously the building work dampens it slightly, but these things can't be helped
Excellent ascent. Sacrifice descent, down the stairs...

The architecture was beautiful. And there was a sense of peace and tranquility while in the cathedral . The views from the roofs were very good as well. The only issue I had was no barcode when I tried to view tickets. The staff were very helpful and let me through
Really easy to find the meeting point the guides were really friendly. Plenty of time up in the terraces and out via the cathedral so got to see inside .
Amazing views across the city, and the amount of incredibly intricate stonework around the terraces was incredible. Wasn't too many stairs as long as you're fit and healthy, it can be a bit slippy on the roof blocks though, so wear shoes with some grip! There's a penny press at the top too that takes 5c and 1Euro coins. Slightly annoying that lots of the stuff was under renovation, but you can still see plenty of it, and the views across the city make it worth it.
Access to the roof of the Duomo via a lift is an incredible experience. However having to walk down from the top via the stairs wasn't so great - I don't remember that in the marketing material (or maybe it was in the fibre print).
Great visit once my phone produced a ticket.
The kindness of the staff, the visit itself, but the long line was very annoying.

We used Headout tickets for several attractions in Italy and they all worked out perfectly! The instructions were clear and accurate. It's a very convenient service and I'm definitely using Headout again in the future.
The stunning architecture of the Cathedral and the views from the cathedral roof. The museum was very interesting. Headout tickets were easy to use and value for money.
Spectacular building and lots to discover. Beautiful view over the city when everything is accessible. Unfortunately there was a lot of scaffolding when we were there.

Easy access to the top with the elevator, Cane 15 minutes early and waited a bit on line before reaching the top. Amazing views!!!
I'm sure I didn't read all the instructions properly, but I thought I had a ticket for the terraces and the interior of the Duomo; in fact my ticket only gave access to the terraces. So I was disappointed. What's more, having lost my Apple code, I couldn't install the Headout application. Fortunately, 2 hours before the visit, I received the QR codes in my email. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get into the Duomo.

everything was perfect, easy to find thanks to the explanations, little waiting and the visit was as good as the cathedral! I recommend it!

Booking was easy. However, it should be noted on the ticket after booking which of the long queues you have to wait in. Seeing the cathedral in all its splendor was a spectacle. The fact that it could be built like this back then is a real feat. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

It was a good choice. We took the first tour in the morning, beat the crowds and could really enjoy the experience. The guide was good and the rooftop was amazing!
The guide was not very nice, could not understand her very well, and the audio guide was not very helpful.

Guide was quite perfunctory - more of a lecturer than a experience coordinator. Spent too much time on trivial fact and not enough time on the good stuff. Didn’t ask us anything - just charged ahead. Was a very hot day and no warning about the amount of walking. Some people were struggling. The directions to meet the tour were very poor. When I pointed out that the GPS coordinates were wrong, the response was "Oh yeah, we know about that". Took us a good half hour to walk around a piazza that was barricaded for a concert. Didn't spend near enough time in the cathedral and way too much time on irrelevant information.
Our tour guide seemed very nice, but none of us could understand the majority of what he said. There were a few groups going the same route at the same time and the missing or confused patrons from one group got mixed with ours which created delays to an already packed tour. Half of the 14 people in my group took out their ear pieces because we didn't understand what our guide was saying. Again. He seems nice, but his accent and unusual pronunciations of words made it feel like half of an experience. We probably could've done better on our own, and that's saying a lot because we do not speak Italian.
Learned a lot and the guide was very entertaining and informative.
Loved the Last Supper viewing!
Very informative and interesting (English tour with Elisa).

Booking the cathedral tour at a certain time doesn't matter because you still had to wait in a 200 m long queue and the crypt was closed on Sunday. Both should be pointed out before booking.

Maria was outstanding. Her explanations and narrative brought everything to life. Additionally, I was traveling and delayed and had to miss the first part. The fact that you called me and arranged for me to join the tour later and especially to not miss the Last Suppper meant the world to me. I highly recommend this service for quality, care, professionalism, and insights.
The tour guide was very pleasant, neat, understanding and most important an expert of Milan and Milan history, and also worked extremely well managing the crowd. The reason I rated a good and not an awesome, is we received strict direction from your company to adhere to the arrival/start time. I had to call the company at ~ 9:12 AM as our guide was not at the starting point and was a bit late, so, we were concerned.
Christina was a wonderful guide, we loved getting to know Milan, we really enjoyed the tour!

It's not possible to see last supper individually. So I reached you.Maybe we are the only attendants whose mother tongue is not English. Sometime We were difficult to understand, but it's enjoyable and good for English brush up. We would like to join you sometime in other places.
Fabulous organisation and the most amazing and knowledgeable guide. Her enthusiasm and genuine love of the city shone through. Full praise to Silvia...she was outstanding.
The tour was really nice (even though it was quite long - 6h but you get a few breaks including a 1h break to get lunch) You'll see everything important in Milan and if you only have one day in Milan I definitely recommend it as you won't lose time figuring out what's important or where everything is. We got headphones so we could hear our guide throughout the entire tour really well and you don't hear many street noises. Our guide was really experienced and made the tour really interesting Overall a great experience!!!
Katarina was great, very professional guidance, lots interesting info.
