- Visiting the Cloister of St. Claire depends on its opening times. It is closed on Sunday afternoons and December 25 and January 1.

Having the opportunity to visit, learn and deepen one's knowledge of local culture with an organized and well-functioning service like Headout's, when one is a traveler in our time, where it is not always and not for everyone easy to carve out time for culture, is a great opportunity. Even more so if the people who accompany and lead these visits are knowledgeable, professional and at the same time passionate about the topics they exhibit. Very good organization. I had not been able to find a ticket for the Veiled Christ, so I turned to this site (Headout) a little afraid of getting a rip-off (which had happened to me in the past) : I had to change my mind. The walk in the center of Naples, together with the visit to the Veiled Christ, thanks to the excellent guide (Francesco) , who dispensed historical notes and curiosities, was a wonderful surprise. Absolutely recommend it.

Carlo Zarone hat uns wirklich umfassend alles erklärt. Er hat einen sehr guten Einblick in die Geschichte der Stadt vermittelt + interessante Hintergrundinformationen. Diese Führung hat sich echt ausgezahlt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir würde so eine Führung gleich nochmals machen.

- By metro: Take Metro Line 1 and get off at Dante station. It's about a 5-minute walk from there to the chapel. Alternatively, you can use Metro Line 2 and alight at the Cavour station.
- By bus: Take bus lines 151, 154, or R2 to Nuova Marina or Corso Umberto stops. Then, walk about 5-10 minutes to the chapel.
- By tram: Take Tram 41 to Nuova Marina. From there, it's a short walk to the chapel.
- Toilets: Restrooms are available at the chapel for those who wish to use it.
- Wi-Fi access: You can access free wifi within the Sansevero Chapel and the surrounding streets.
- Bookshop: The chapel houses a bookstore where you can find a variety of publications about its history, the Veiled Christ, and other artworks, as well as souvenirs such as postcards, prints, and sculptures inspired by the chapel's masterpieces.
- Wheelchair access: Wheelchair users can access the entire nave of the chapel as well as the sacristy. However, a narrow 19th-century spiral staircase leading to the underground chamber is inaccessible for the disabled.
- Access for visually impaired visitors: The chapel organizes visits tailored to the specific needs of the visually impaired and also provides a certified text detailing the artworks and magnificence of the attraction.

Smart-casual attire or modest clothing is encouraged out of respect for the site’s cultural and sacred heritage.
- Touching any statues, sculptures, or exhibits is strictly prohibited. Look with your eyes, not your hands!
- The attraction is a museum as well as a religious site, therefore, talking loudly is discouraged
- Usage of mobile phones within the premises is not allowed.
- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited. Tripods and camera equipment are also not allowed inside the attraction.
- Consuming food and beverages or smoking inside the chapel are strictly prohibited.
- No pets, with the exception of service animals, are allowed inside the attraction.
- Aim to arrive a bit before your scheduled entry time. There is often a short line to check tickets for each time slot, and you want to be at the front of your slot’s queue. You are allowed a grace period of about 15 minutes after your reserved time to enter.
- It’s a good idea to download the ticket PDF to your phone before you go (or print it out), as the cell signal can be spotty in the old city alleys and you might not be able to pull up your email on the spot.
- Note that the chapel is an 18th-century building adapted as a museum. Therefore, facilities, like restrooms or elevators, are limited.

The tickets were drawn up before our departure. so for me reassured, saving time on the spot. but for the other service and purchase of a 2 cards 'artecard 3 days'made with headout ., I'm not happy at all. And I'm asking for a refund: the link with artecard never worked and we had no one to help us on the spot - loss of time and money. When it works well, I admit it - when it doesn't, it's very upsetting. You can see that we haven't been able to use this loan.
And it's not for lack of pointing it out to you even before our departure, look at all the e-mails we've exchanged. I'm waiting for a positive reply from you.
