Admission went perfectly. Ticket for 12:30 - inside the Louvre at 12:32. Whether this was due to the head out - I don't know - I think we would have got in with any other ticket. We had already joined the queue at 11:30 and were therefore right at the front of the line. TIP: Be there 1 hour in advance - then you'll be inside quickly at the specified time - the stewards will make sure of that outside. AND: You first have to show and scan your ticket when you are inside and want to go to one of the halls - not at the entrance, where only the bags are checked (scanner like at the airport) and not down in the hall under the pyramid roof. The better entrance is at the pyramid - not at the Caroussell - it's full everywhere - but it's much better at the pyramid ... Getting out of the Louve is more difficult than getting in - we got lost several times despite flyers and signs - finally found the Caroussell exit where there is a shopping mile. As the mall is already full anyway and then the long queues to get into the Louvre - unbelievable and bad. Outside at the pyramid it is very well organized. But you need at least 3 hours to see a small part of it. It's best to go in twice on different days to see everything. Everyone just wants to see the Mona Lisa anyway - further through the Egyptian finds, total emptiness ...

We would start directly with the "Denon" grand piano! The Italian artists are much better! But also make sure you see the European/French wing! There is Napoleon's apartment and very splendid halls!

The Art is the reason to come to Paris from 7500 miles away, it is the investment made by this city over hundreds of years ago that pays off year after year as people continue continue to come to make a pilgrimage as we did on our 40th wedding anniversary. Sadly this is a once in a lifetime trip for us. We took as much as we could take in in the few days we could afford. It was terrific. A professor of mine came to do special research here after he retired. Linda and I got married a couple of years before he came to work at the Louvre. Victor Chan was a great professor at the University of Alberta with a personal collection of drawings worthy of the Louvre.

We also managed to get in a few minutes earlier than the time stipulated in the reservation, and this allowed us to cope better with the queue at the security checkpoints. The museum is really big and rich, although some rooms were closed for new installations. The visit lasted for more than 5 hours, which literally flew by between pavilions. I recommend visiting the museum in the morning when it is open, so as to avoid as much as possible the huge mass of people arriving throughout the day. The beauties admired were a balm to the eyes and a caress to the soul.

Great Experience – Even at 11 PM! We booked our Eiffel Tower visit for 11 PM because no earlier times were available — but in the end, we were glad! There were hardly any people, and we got through security and up the elevator very quickly. The night view over Paris was absolutely breathtaking. If we visit again, we definitely want to go all the way up to the third floor!

Professional guided tour with detailed explanations and background information. Including the building (Louvre), Greek antiquity and gods, painting techniques and, of course, da Vinci. Art historical contexts were pointed out. The only thing to complain about was the organization: the meeting point was easy to find, but it was a bit cramped on the sidewalk in front of the store. And then the Louvre is very well visited (the Monna up close? Forget it) and it is therefore often noisy, but that is not at the discretion of the organizer.

My guide and tour were awesome. I suggest a better way to find the right tour once you arrive at the Carousel area. The flag, "Walks" had nothing to do with Get Your Guide. Nor was it on the last email. Even saying the sign (flag) will be green would have been very helpful. My guide, Ra... Mouse Louvre visit and Bateaux Moches wonderful! Although tickets for the date we chose were sold out on the museum's official website, we found a super package on Ticket Paris through Headout; visit to the Louvre Museum + cruise on the Seine with Bateaux Mouches. We started with the Louvre Museum; the amount of people queuing for entry was truly unimaginable, but thanks to our scheduled tickets with date and time, the queue in a few minutes was exhausted and we were able to make entry at the museum. Everything was organized perfectly. Immediately after our visit to the museum, we went to the point from which our cruise on the Seine would shortly depart; the convenience that a boat departs every half hour allowed us to better organize our connections. Arriving at the boat, in a few minutes, showing the ticket via app on our smartphone, we got on--and immediately ready to depart on the cruise. A 1-hour tour, in which we saw what most characterizes Paris. Everything was perfect, despite the fact that we were not familiar with the site and the app! The tickets arrived in the inbox the night before our visit, and with the convenience of having them directly on the app even without the use of an Internet connection. It was crowded, but line moved quickly for our 10 am entry. Once inside it didn't feel crowded. We loved the Louves, but kept going in circles in some places trying to find other exhibits, so gave up. WE did ask guides there and that helped. It was nice there was an elevator most places for my husband who has trouble walking up and down stairs. We loved that there was a Starbucks there so we could eat first, then had a late lunch later. The exhibits were amazing and so thorough. We didn't see the Mona Lisa because that would have been too hard on my husband to stand in line for so long. Most rooms I had him sit down while I walked around and that helped. I'm not sure what accommodations were available for people like him, so we just did our best. We felt seeing the Louves was a definite highlight of our 2 week stay in Paris (first time), so definitely on the bucket list. Getting out though was strange, walking a really long ways down mall hallways, stairs, to finally get to the outside. I wish we could have left the way we came in. Leaving was very hard on my husband. This may not be a great venue for people with limited mobility, but maybe there were services I was unaware of. Still we are very glad we went. The highlights were the Art Nouveau furniture and decor, Napoleon's Apartment, old masters paintings, and statues

The museum visit was great. However, I bought three combined tickets with a boat trip on the Seine and the tickets for this boat trip were not accepted (the code was wrong). Even after contacting the chatbot, I was sent the tickets for the museum again, which was of no use to me for the Seine boat trip. We were therefore unable to take the boat trip, which was very annoying. I request a refund and compensation on my credit card.

It is beautiful palace and amazing garden. I highly recommend to buy a ticket for little train which goes throw the garden, and there are a four stations. We took a boat and sailled throw the Grand Canale, visited Trianion and stayed all day in Versallis garden.

It was my 2nd visit of Versailles. Entrance was really well organized, even there were so many people ( Easter weekend ) , we came into the palace earlier our time. You can take audioguide , 5€. We spent around 3 hours inside and then walked in the garden . If it would be no rain I guess could walk some hours or take golfcar (40€/h) .

The meet up point is a souvenir shop adjacent to some of Paris's best culinary experiences. The Louvre is wonderful, packed with the most amazing collection of paintings, sculptures, artefacts etc but it is VERY difficult navigating your way around. The signage and the floor plan are hopelessly inadequate and there seem to be too few people around to ask for your help. It's a shame to visit a fantastic place like that and end up wasting time and becoming frustrated by not being able to find your way to where you want to be.

You shouldn't try to do everything, you can't do it in one day! We would start directly with the "Denon" grand piano! The Italian artists are much better! But also make sure you see the European/French wing! There is Napoleon's apartment and very splendid halls!

We also managed to get in a few minutes earlier than the time stipulated in the reservation, and this allowed us to cope better with the queue at the security checkpoints. The museum is really big and rich, although some rooms were closed for new installations. The visit lasted for more than 5 hours, which literally flew by between pavilions. I recommend visiting the museum in the morning when it is open, so as to avoid as much as possible the huge mass of people arriving throughout the day.
The beauties admired were a balm to the eyes and a caress to the soul.
