When the ticket was bought it was specified that it was a ticket that would work from 6:35 am to 6:35 pm to Paris orly airport, when we arrived at the bus stop we were informed that the last bus to Paris orly had left at 5:25 pm so we missed the bus and nowhere in the ticket or online information did it mention that time slot

I was waiting for my ticket to load and he zooms off out of anger, causing me to fall over on the bus. He should've waited until I was seated. I was with my baby sister, who could've been seriously injured! Very unhappy about this. Definitely the bus drivers fault rather than the company's, but they should absolutely be making sure people don't drive the bus dangerously. It's not our fault he was late & rushing.

This is less time efficient than the train but very convenient when you have a lot of bags and don't want to struggle with public transport.

The bus arrived at the station right at the time of the scheduled departure and it took some time to board all the passengers- without any help by the driver with storing the luggage. at the second stop it took a long time to board all the passengers and the driver seemed to be waiting for late customers, even long after the scheduled departure time.
