Paris Catacombs
Seine River Cruise
The ease of entry for both experiences was excellent. The guided tour in the catacombs was very educational. The views on the River tour were perfect and it was good length.
The staff who checked us in were friendly and professional. The audio guide was informative. The catacombs were respectfully maintained and fascinating. Please note the stairs back to the living world are numerous and may be difficult for some.
Despite skepticism as to whether I would get the tickets in time, everything worked out and the tickets were on my e-mail in the morning. Catacombs mega impressive and Seine ride relaxing.

Great experience! There are a lot of steps down and back up (spiral staircase)! Learned quite a bit about why Paris has the catacombs and how long they have been there.
The history was interesting. Lines moved quickky. It wasnt really crowded inside, which was nice.
Punctual admission with the time slot ticket. Very good with audio guide.

It was simply impressive

Headout's organization was perfect, with a small downside concerning the welcome given by the Catacombs staff.
View original review in French
The experience met our expectations and hopes. No delays, no hassles, and it wasn't even crowded even though they were sold out on a Saturday. The staff permits only so many people into the Catacombes every 15 minutes and it makes for a comfortable experience, a peaceful walk and is very informative.
As a first thing, I must say that Paris is splendid. The catacombs are spectacular, impressive in a positive way. Experience that I highly recommend

Timed entry was great. Not very many people at once allowed our tour at our pace and didn't feel rushed. The audio tour was excellent. Would highly rexommend.
The ticketing process was great and the tour was very interesting and informative. This tour is not for everyone but it gave great insight into the history of Paris and pragmatic solution to several problems.
The tour of the catacombs was very interesting and educational. However, when we arrived, our tickets were not QR coded, so that required calling 2 different numbers quickly so we wouldn't miss our paid tour entry time. Not very well organized on your part. They told us that this happens all the time. The second number I called worked and they sent the correct tickets. Also, having to wait to get the tickets within 24 hours is not comfortable for the client who has already paid in advance. You need find a new way of providing the correct tickets much earlier to your clients. I had to call again when we arrived at the Seine River Cruise to get the correct QR codes sent to me. Very inconvenient and panic producing.... you need to do better.
In addition to the audio tour being interesting and informative, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the line moved quickly because they are well organized and run things well.
As we were English speaking people, it was wonderful to have the audio in our language and the history of the Catacombs is amazing. So worth the visit when in Paris
It went really well with ordering the tickets and also at the entrance. No waiting time and the catacombs are unique. But only those who are not afraid to look at skeletons.

What I liked best was that you could walk through the catacombs at your own pace and still get to know everything about the story thanks to the audio guide. So you could take enough time to look at everything in peace. I also like the fact that the audio guide is available in several languages. Furthermore, the information from the audio guide was understandable, informative and yet not too much.

Everything worked from start to finish and the catacombs of Paris are highly recommended. We were able to learn a lot through the audio guide.

I bought these tickets for my daughters. They were both very moved by the historical aspects. However, I do not know why I was forced to pay for the boat excursion when purchasing the ticket for my 2nd daughter.
It was good that we had already booked our tickets online. Admission was very organized and we were let in at the exact time we had booked. The tour was with an audio guide and that worked very well. The catacombs themselves are worth a visit. From us 5 stars

The best of using headout is that i could book a ticket for Catacombs many weeks in advance. And the Catacombs and Seine River Cruise were impressive.
Great and amazing tour. Tickets received in advance. Audio guide explained it all. The bone restoration was amazing and interesting
Interesting your and nice neighborhood. App and ticket messaging is a bit complicated. It met my expectations. The bateaux Mouches was a challenge but all well I don't think these should be paired
Awesome experience and highly recommend! However, the ticketing was difficult. I had to download a pdf for each ticket separately and then take a screenshot of each one separately and then scan those. Would be much better if all tickets were on one pdf or you could scroll through them.
It was very tedious with the tickets and it was unclear for a long time whether it would work at all If the tickets are only confirmed on the same day at 09:00 and then the idea is to be on site at 10:45, it is not possible depending on the route. When we were there, everything went as expected.

Everything went really well with the tickets from Headout. We had booked the transfer from Paris to our destination as well as entry to Versailles Palace and the gardens. We were greeted and briefed in a friendly manner at the meeting point. A bus took us to the Palace of Versailles on time. From then on, we were able to explore the palace and gardens on our own. It was possible to take a transfer back to Paris, but we didn't use it as we stayed there for a long time. A wonderful day.

It is beautiful palace and amazing garden. I highly recommend to buy a ticket for little train which goes throw the garden, and there are a four stations. We took a boat and sailled throw the Grand Canale, visited Trianion and stayed all day in Versallis garden.
The experience was wonderful, the time entry went perfectly, me and my wife enjoyed the Versailles interior and the gardens are awesome.
Reliving the moments of history. I did not like the lack of information. Going in at 3:30 pm they could have communicated that the trianon closed at 6:45 pm at least we would have gone to the trianon first and then to the gardens.

If you like history, then it's definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed the whole experience from the gardens to the Palace itself. Would definitely recommend.
It was an amazing adventure. Versailles is magnificent and a true testament to man's need to spend as much as they can to be remembered.
Easy and intuitive ticket purchase. I was impressed by the majesty of the complex. Beautiful palace, but personally the Trianon is fantastic.

I treid to understand, how the earlier generations of humans were able to create such splended beauty - and at present we are satisfied with so little! What is meant by optional access to the gardens- a new ticit ? Could not go....
Probably the most spectacular building of all time. Just pure over the top opulence. Absolutely outstanding. 10/10 An absolute must place to see. Lovely walk to and from the train station 🚆 Lots of food options / coffee ☕️ etc
It was my 2nd visit of Versailles. Entrance was really well organized, even there were so many people ( Easter weekend ) , we came into the palace earlier our time. You can take audioguide , 5€. We spent around 3 hours inside and then walked in the garden . If it would be no rain I guess could walk some hours or take golfcar (40€/h) .
Very beautiful garden with many beautiful fountains. The chambers of the kings and queens are very impressive. A must-see.

The experience with the site was good, it's very intuitive, just follow the steps you can purchase your tickets and when the time comes they will tell you exactly what to do, directions, time entry, tips...
Everything was fine with the ticket and the service, they even called to make sure I didn't have any questions. I received the ticket again via WhatsApp the day before, so everything was really on the safe side. The castle itself is overrated for me, there are more beautiful places in Paris and the surrounding area. The garden is beautiful and really worth seeing and lovingly designed.

The Palace was beautiful. This app has easy access to all tickets when purchased. Love it! Will definitely use on more trips.

Palais Garnier is an amazing location, the most beautiful Opera I've ever seen
Everything went smoothly. Opera Garnier is so beautiful in hindsight we should have booked a guide or an audio guide .
Other than all the young girls posing for selfies and photos all day, the experience was great. Very interesting and a good audio program.
All was good until a scammed pasted a fake QR code onto the computer which directed me to a dating web site which compromised my credit card. I finally had the tickets sent to me in a pdf. Everything else was good
Impressive building, architecturally excellent, it was very nice and got through entry quickly with a headout ticket 👍

We had a timed entry for a day the turned out to be a free day. Line up was LONG. We were told to come another day. Our tickets were honoured with no questions asked. WOW
I enjoyed being able to explore Palais Garnier on my own w/I a tour. I could take my time and really see the beauty in the building. What I didn't care for was all the people that were there. It was chaotic going in when first opening. Too many Instagrammer people hogging the best spots for pics. I finally just walked into their "photo" shoot.
Beauty of the place. On the other hand, many of the halls are closed because of an upcoming show, and many Asian foreigners are posing to be photographed. Finally, the audioguide is not always easy to use.

I loved to listen to the stories on the tablet it is a great way to learn about the history and the beauty of the palace.
A beautiful monument and a real pleasure to wander around the foyer and library, the hall was closed, too bad but I knew it. No waiting or very little. Lots of people, well too many, tourists of all nationalities and schoolchildren and individuals like me ...

Direct access to the entrance, definitely better have your ticket pre-purchased. Great architecture is more like museum. Surprised to see local students taking a note on canvas on the wall.

Tickets were easy to purchase, walked right up and got in line to go through security . Views were great, lots of steps!
The view was fantastic! Unfortunately, despite having a ticket, you still had to wait a long time to get in and the signage on how to get to the Arc de Triumphe (underground, not over the road) and how to get to the metro afterwards is very poor. This should be worked on urgently. There was a lot of chaos.

The view from the top is superb. 360 degree view of Paris. Pre purchased tickets certainly saved a lot of time. If you can't handle the many steps, take the lift. Just ask at the security bag check and you will be escorted to lift. Then only 40 steps to the top.
It was so fun to get to the top, the view is awesome and includes a great view of the Eiffle tower. Booking tickets ahead of time was easy and a must so you aren't waiting in line more at the arc.
Everything was well organized and worked well. The spiral staircase, the spacious interior of the Arc de Triomphe were very fascinating and the view from the roof terrace was very interesting.

A breathtaking view of the City of Light from the roof of the Arc de Triomphe. Buying tickets in advance saves precious time. Be careful, though: 284 steps to climb ... but it's worth it!

The tickets were easy to book but the timings were confusing and you cannot access the schedule using the file reader so you have to just show up and hope for the best. They pack the boat tour so if you want to sit on the roof not inside then you need to get there early! Getting on and off takes a long time. The audio tour is downstairs only on little phones otherwise there is a tannoy which a few faces are read out in French, English and Spanish I believe
