Il was surprised by the extent and quality of Flemish masters. As a Belgian it was heartwarming to see Brueghel, Rubens... The old building is majestic and impressive
Everything was extremely beautiful.

Impressive building, interesting exhibitions

So many exhibitions and wonderful decorations inside the museum.
We just wandered around without a guide and it was magical. What an amazing museum. It was amazing to see such masters in such a gorgeous building.
Exhibit, architecture of the building, richness of collections was amazing, only needed English written info in the 1 st floor some sections like Ephesus exhibit
I bought tickets online to make sure I skip the queues at the counter outside of the museum (it was also very rainy that day). And then I was in a queue to enter museum for the workers to turn me around and send me to the stand outside to wait under the rain (with no cover). What's the point of buying online then? Instructions are not clear at all. Also, there are no enough bathrooms in the venue and the queues there are way yoo long and it was too hot and crowded.
The building, the contents and the audio guide were all superb. The building itself was so beautiful. The special exhibition was interesting and the Kunstkammer was fascination. The signage everywhere was very clear.
The hint where exactly the solved ticket is activated is not made clear...Why it has to be activated in the container is also unclear to me.

I bought tickets online and was told that I would need to pick up paper tickets at this the museum. That meant waiting in another line and then signing the charge receipt. It added 15 minutes and I don't see a reason that we needed to queue up in front of the museum after the online purchase.
I found the atmosphere here to be unique, the exhibitions very extensive and the paintings excellent. Unfortunately, the online ticket is not ideal because you have to convert it into a paper ticket, which unfortunately also takes a lot of time.

I was able to exchange my electronic tickets for paper ticket at the outside kiosk - no waiting. The art exhibits and the architecture were fantastic. The cafe experience not so much. Each waiter seems to follow a different seating policy for customers - not pleasant.
IT was very good to See all These different paintings. There are many known painters. The rooms are also very nice to see.
You are overwhelmed by the number of exhibits. Everything is beautiful, but some of the paintings are too high up to be seen in detail

We liked the exhibition. We really liked the vending machines. We would have liked to have seen more detailed descriptions in addition to the movie. We were a little irritated by the fact that we had to convert our e-ticket into a paper ticket.

The Kunstoricsches Museum was the most wonderful museum we have ever been to. We only wish we had more time to explore.
You sold us a combo ticket to use the one day we had for a museum that was closed! We were very unhappy! Give us a refund please.
Great place and interesting for adults and children. Strongly recommended!

It should be pointed out that you need to exchange your ticket at the museum ticket office before entering.

Purchasing tickets at museum entrances has been critical to guaranteeing access. For example, entry to the Belvedere in August is not guaranteed if you show up at the ticket office without having booked in time. So essential to purchase via online platform. Headout recommended!!!
