Vermeld op zijn minst duidelijk wat inbegrepen is en wat niet in plaats van alleen maar combo's te lokken en de naam van alle attracties te noemen.

De tuinen waren geweldig! Vooral de Wolk was prachtig, met een prachtig uitzicht en prachtige planten. Ik heb ook erg genoten van de tulpententoonstelling, met meer soorten dan ik kende. En de geur was gewoon prachtig. Alle kleine verborgen beelden in de tuinen waren prachtig, van Alice in Wonderland tot Winnie de Poeh. De volgende keer dat we terug zijn, zou ik het zeker weer bezoeken.

De tuinen waren geweldig. Vooral de Flower Dome was geweldig! De individuele landen met de planten en de aandacht voor detail. Figuren ertussen. De individuele kaartjes waren gemakkelijk te scannen.

Echt een geweldige omgeving, echt een aanrader. Wij waren er 's ochtends en hoefden nergens in de rij te staan. De tuinen zijn ook zeker een bezoek waard. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Booking was a pain, especially my group consisted of 18 pax, 11 non residents and 7 residents. Have to Google and hunt to make the right bookings. Booking restricted to 10 maximum, had to rebook for the extra ticket. When going into Flower Dome, it would have been good to open another gate to cater to such big group

Useless, one ticket arrived instantly and the other took 4 hours to be emailed to me, so had to buy another directly from the vendor. Asked for a refund and the Headout support said as I received the tickent eventually they would not refund, avoid this company, always go direct.

Booking our tickets with headout was hassle free. When we got to the venue, all we needed to show was our etickets on our phone. No need to queue for tickets on site. Gardens by the bay is a lovely experience and we were glad that we got to catch the orchid exhibit. We spent a couple of hours going around and didn't get tired since it was airconditioned and there were rest areas with benches.

In order to buy the entry to the 4D experience we were supposed to do a very long line, there is no option to buy it online, which makes no sense since we had purchased our tickets online. I come from Costa Rica and I think all I saw in the experience wasn't worth the price, but then again, I've seen all of this in the wild.

Easy to buy tickets online. The Flowerdome was amazing. We loved the scenes created using flowers and representations of people and animals. Also enjoyed making our way up the different levels to the top from where we could look all the way down the waterfall and get a complete view of the flowers and plants within the dome. The Cloud Dome & Cloud forest was also amazing with the inclusion of Avatar characters. The whole experience was very good value for money. It was lovely to see so many children there with their teachers educating their pupils about the plants and flowers

Purchased tickets online and it was so easy to just arrive and go straight through. What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE, the cloud forest was spectacular and is something everyone should see. The Avatar installation was really great too. Loved the flower dome so much to see. The floral fantasy was good but because we had been to the other areas first didn't have the same WOW factor but still enjoyable. Gardens by the bay light show WOW WOW WOW........ an absolute MUST SEE.... A huge credit to the team of people who imagined and created this wonderful place. 😊😊😊

The ticketing experience was seamless. We caught a bus near our Carlton Hotel & got off at Marina Sands. There was an easy walk to the Flower Dome where we started our visit. It joins the Cloud Dome. We couldn't find a good place to eat which was strange in Singapore. We were told by a gate person that we could go to the Floral Fantasy which was worthwhile but took a bit of finding. The plant show in all the spaces is sensational.

Loved the Cloud Forest and Dome. Every time we visit Singapore there are different experiences. The only sad thing was that we bought tickets for Floral Fantasy as well for the same day only to find it closed! We were advised that you were having a private function! We flew back to Australia at the end of the day so missed out and it would be nice to think we will get a refund but I'm not holding my breath. We were told to book on line as you are now cashless. On line we were not advised the garden would be closed!

Visiting the gardens and seeing all the displays was wonderful. Booking on line was great too, no queues. But the headout app failed at the first use and caused quite some delay before the staff solved it and took screen shots.

At ticket entrance they would not accept e tickets. No one there would help us. We reached out to the concierge at the Marina Bay and after 1 1/2-2 hrs we were able to secure a copy of the tickets. We tried calling you agency several times but no answer- so frustrating. I will not give you a good review

Geweldig, maar ik heb meer informatie nodig over hoe ik er moet komen. Google adviseerde om bij een station Ang Mo Kio uit te stappen en de openbare bus te nemen. Dit was een reis van 40 minuten. We hadden op de MRT moeten blijven tot Khatib en een speciale dierentuinbus moeten nemen. Deze kostte $2,50 enkele reis en duurde ongeveer 15 minuten.

Merk op dat de selectie subcategorieën een beetje beperkt is en ik kon mijn extra beschrijving niet selecteren - het zou de titel 'my skip the line tickets did not provide an experience as expected'........ moeten zijn en daarom is dit geen beoordeling gericht op Headout, maar meer op de ervaring. We probeerden ons te organiseren door vooraf tickets te kopen en dachten dat 5% besparen een goed idee was. Waarom die moeite doen? Universal Studios had zulke lange wachtrijen dat we op de dag zelf express tickets kochten omdat we geen zin hadden in wachtrijen van 60 minuten. We probeerden strategisch te zijn door op een maandag te gaan, geen schoolvakanties etc., maar het maakte niet veel verschil. Het was bomvol. Tel daarbij op dat er twee uur lang geen buitenattracties van start gingen vanwege een blikseminslag en we voelden ons behoorlijk tekort gedaan. De Nachtsafari - we dachten dat we er goed aan hadden gedaan om vooraf kaartjes te kopen - daarmee kom je alleen binnen en toen we eenmaal binnen waren, stond de tram nog steeds 60 minuten in de rij. Dus dwaalden we anderhalf uur te voet over de paden en kwamen uit bij een wachtrij van 30 minuten - tegen die tijd was het 21.30 uur en was iedereen klaar, want de locatie is ZO druk met mensen die zich haasten, haasten, haasten dat we de mensen zo voorbij waren. En ik moet zeggen dat je dankzij het gehaast, gehaast, gehaast niet echt veel wilde dieren te zien krijgt, en wie kan het ze kwalijk nemen dat ze zich verstoppen voor die hectische sfeer.
