Nothing, because the name of the ticket is misleading. Fraud! It's also not clear how you can book free tickets for children. I paid twice because I actually wanted to go to the Kolloseum. Thanks for nothing!

The experience was awful. I was denied entry because the ticket you sent me had expired. I wrote to and called customer service many times. They were slow and ultimately unable to provide a solution. After waiting for hours, I requested a cancellation and am still waiting for a refund. Very poor service.

Very poor information on where to start the Colosseum tour. The staff sent us to different places, and when we finally got the right information, the guide was no longer there. We received no email to assist us. We did the tour on our own.

This area of Rome is one of my favorites. The last time we were here it didn't require tickets. I was disheartened as the lines were long and the tickets they were selling included the Colosseum which we had already toured. I jumped online and had these tickets on my phone in 5 minutes. I would definitely say this is one of the the must-sees in Rome!

The experience with our guide, Bárbara, was simply extraordinary. Her in-depth knowledge and friendliness made all the difference on the tour. She is a true born teacher, who talks with passion and a twinkle in her eye about every detail of these monuments that have marked the history of humanity. Barbara not only guided us, but transported us back in time with her rich and engaging explanations. Without a doubt, it was a privilege to have her as a guide - she turned the tour into an unforgettable lesson.

The guide who showed us around did a fantastic job. He showed us the best and most beautiful spots of each monument. He showed a lot of interaction with the audience. He even helped take the pictures; afterwards, he helped me and my friends get a bite to eat nearby. Top experience! As a result, he received a tip from us that was more than deserved!

I was struck by Prof Carmelo Vinciguerra's outstanding preparation as an expert in archaeology and a lover of art and his work so fascinating . Accurate and comprehensive descriptions with continuous insights . He also included for us a visit to the Church of Vismo and Damiani , vetsmente splendid, which was not included. The Colosseum was very exhaustive to us in its use, construction and fall into ruin, between earthquakes and looting. A beautiful expetience! I recommend this guide to everyone. Thank you Dr. Vinciguerra, see you next time! Greetings, Vincenza from Milan. (group of 4 adults)

Tour was originally booked with head out, unfortunately the guide was unable to work so they transferred us to Crown Tour's. They were very professional in their correspondence and provided multiple options including change of date or transfer to another operator. They provided clear instructions via email including new meeting point. On arrival the staff from Crown tours were friendly and professional. Our guide, Damiano was great, very knowledgeable, understanding of the groups needs and fun. The Colosseum was absolutely magnificent.

We happened to be the only people in our group at that time. Francesca was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable about the Coliseum, Palatine Hill, and the Forum, and answered every question we came up with. When we first arrived at the Coliseum, the lines were very lomg, so she guided us up to the Forum. By the time we clame back, the lines were much shorter. She knew the best places for photos and made sure we had plenty of water and restroom breaks. Our favorite tour guide of the trip!

Visiting the Colosseum, or "Coliseu" as it's known in Portuguese, is an absolutely breathtaking experience that transports you back to the heart of ancient Rome. Standing within those colossal ruins, you can almost hear the roar of the crowds and imagine the gladiatorial contests that once took place on the arena floor. The sheer scale of Roman engineering is awe-inspiring, and exploring the intricate levels, from the underground hypogeum where animals and gladiators awaited their fate, to the upper tiers offering panoramic views of the entire amphitheater, truly brings history to life. The company that organized this tour did an exceptional job, handling every detail to ensure a smooth and enriching visit and helping to find the correct place. A special mention must go to our tour guide, Simona, whose passion and knowledge truly brought the Colosseum to life. She expertly navigated us through its storied past, pointing out fascinating details and sharing captivating histories that made the ancient stones speak volumes. It's a powerful reminder of the grandeur and complexity of a civilization that shaped so much of the world.

Our guide, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, funny and loves telling the history of his birthplace. This tour has a lot to cover in 3 hours so if you're not a fast walker/stair climber there might be better choices for you. The only downside was that we got instructions to meet in 1 location only to get there on time and be told we needed to go to a different address- for folks without internet this could be difficult. It wasn't far but was across streets, through construction, and down an alley- could have told us to meet there from the beginning.

You can tell when someone loves what they do and she definitely is a person that loves what she does. Take a hat with you, it was very sunny and we walk a lot during this tour.

Our enthusiastic guide Laura Antonucci really helped "flesh out" what we were seeing at the Forum, Palatinr Hill & Colosseum, with helpful colour illustrations & many details to bring it all to life! We appreciated the clear fantastic English & the response to questions in our all adult group. They found shade when possible which was appreciated, built in a well timed 🚾 stop, as well advising us of the lift for seniors who needed it. Cannot recommend enough!

I went on a very cozy, private tour with Marle Robinson, with three other tourists. Marle was amazingly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories from history throughout the experience. She's very sharp and witty, with a lot of funny jokes to keep us engaged. At the same time, she was very attentive to our needs, making sure we remained hydrated, never strayed too far from each other and had ample time to snap a couple of photos. The tour gave us fast track entry to the venues and we were able to coast through the sites swiftly due to the sheer size of the company. It's very clear that our guide is passionate about the topics covered during the tour, being a practising scholar herself. This tour is highly recommended!

The guide was very energetic and enthusiastic, but the tour could have taken a little shorter or more time could have been spend walking around. I appreciate it was very busy at the venue at the time, but there was time that was spend on funny interactive stories that could have been either cut out or spend with more historical facts. Otherwise great tour!

It was nice being in a small group and Siriki, our guide, was awsome! He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as they came up. He didn't just give facts and figures but told us stories to help us understand how it was to live in Roman times and what central roles the Colosseum and Forum played in everyday life at the time. We would highly recommend this tour and this guide.

The tour guide Georigo was extremely well informed, well organized and the star of the tour. The booking office, on the other hand, was a complete mess. First the time was postponed, then the two guys who welcomed us were given the wrong information (they were told we were a Spanish group and our bookings couldn't be found) and finally the tour didn't start until an hour later. We were still in a good position, several others had their services canceled for no reason and were assigned completely different times.

The experience was very good as far as the purchase of the tickets and audio went. The Colosseum is definitely worth a visit, but the huge crowds made the viewing experience very slow and at times unpleasant. We came to Rome for the first time at the end of April and this visit to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum was a must. The tour was incredible from start to finish. It was a first for us to hire a guide, and we have no regrets! Simone is a very interesting guide, with a great sense of humor. We loved it and highly recommend this tour and this guide. Many thanks to her!

The online ticket purchase went well and everything on site went as planned, so it was a plus to be able to spread the visit over two days. It's worth noting that the indication on the booking that the visit started at the Mamertine prison, where we had to be 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and that the entrance to the Colosseum would be exactly one hour after the visit to the Mamertine, was not correct, since the scheduled time was for the Colosseum, which meant that after exchanging tickets, we had to rush to get there on time, which became stressful.

Like that we had our own entrance to the Colosseum bypassing the significant crowds. Pietro our guide was excellent. Great knowledge and engaging presentation. Also loved how he involved people in the group in the storytelling.
