Spectacular, she explained clairly and is a very kind person. Her knowledge about the monuments is amazing.
From everything booked through you ius was really perfect and well organized. Compliments

Very friendly and helpful. I was a bit lost to get to the meeting point, they effectively help me out to get there so I would not miss my tour. Very grateful! The tour experience was very interesting, Dinara was very knowledgeable and accessible to respond to any enquiries!
Dinara was an excellent guide she explained everything, answered all our questions and gave us useful info on the city's main attractions . Definitely would recommend to book a tour with her !
Our guide, Vladmir, was always very attentive to the tourists, providing us with a wealth of information about the history of the monuments and the architecture of the period. He illustrated each element in great detail, narrating the history impeccably.
Speed, reliability and agility at the time of purchase

Very nice tour. Good job. Thanks Dan.
I wasn't able to find the tour, so I miss it
The tour was entirely in English, a language we're not fluent in. The guide spoke far too fast.

Dynara is an excellent guide; she talks fluently, and she gives us so many details! Unfortunately in Trevi Fountain was no water, but the architecture is breathtaking 💛
Dan is a great local guide! He made sure everyone would have fun and be informed about Rome.
It was a really nice tour with our guide Domenica. She explained a lot, very nicely and actual for these days. She pointed the main things in every place we have been with her but it didn't became boring like it often happens when you book a guide. So 5 stars with excellence for her ❤️
Very good experience, I recommend 100% the agency and its guides.

Unfortunately we couldn't make it because my father in law fell in the shower and when the other 2 of us tried to get there our uber canceled. For sure it was a great tour I tried the help line but the AI help line didn't have that option
Nothing the guide was absent!!! Waiting for refund

Seeing the Colessoum was really amazing experience and all that roman architecture was breath taking . Our tour guide was really good in explaining the nuances . I forgot her name
Our tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a great experience.
Very fun and interesting walking tour through the heart of Rome. Our guide Elena took us from the Spanish Steps to the Trevi Fountain, the famous Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. She had a detailed knowledge of Rome and its history, was always attentive to the group and could explain a lot in an understandable and entertaining way. The ticketing process was fast, the meeting point/time instructions clear and accurate.
Friendly guide with adequate knowledge about history. Excellent communicating skill.
Headout made it very simple to book, and also to locate the tour.
excellent guide very knowledgeable . I was very impressed.
My flight was so delayed getting in that I missed the walking tour. Then I spent another 14 euro to just do the Pantheon and was not able to find the tour group. It was a rough day.
Guide was difficult to understand. It was my last day but one of the worst tours

It's not clear how the cards work and they don't help to access the monuments. The buses could run at sunset to enrich the trip for those who are only there for a few days.

Soak up the historical, artistic and theological immensity of our world. Accompanied by the assurance of being able to evolve in total peace of mind, thanks to all of you, I still haven't come back.

The card is good, but with so many people in Rome, we could not use the transport service, we had to take a cab, because I hired the OMNIA + PASS ROMA in the package, but well, I loved Rome and the Vatican.
View original review in Spanish
For the first time I purchased the Omnia Card and Roma pass package, once you understand where you can book the various museum admissions, the road is all downhill. Very kind at the ORP point where the cards are activated, they gave us great advice.
View original review in Italian
The card is very convenient to have, both for transportation and for some museums the only flaw is that for kids ( despite having purchased an omnia carde roma pass) free transportation is not included. So for my son I had to pay for all transportation...if the price is halved for age it should cmq have the same services as the one for adults
View original review in Italian
I did not know the company, I found it by chance because I could not get the Omnia Rome cards until I found Headout, they sent me the cards a week before the trip and I was able to organize all the important visits in Rome and the Vatican. I recommend going to the pick up point in St. Peter's Square, the girl who took care of us was very professional and made everything very clear. Thank you very much for the experience, best regards.

All redeem points were closed. We could not benefit from it in any way. It's embarrassing for you. I want to return it if possible
That's definetely not a good deal for my son, and I regret that it was impossible to get access to San Petro without waiting hours (if not the entire day ? This weekend was crazy). Hopefully a warm thank you to your assistance team and especially the kind lady at Latran complex who managed to arrange our entrance at Vatican Museum one hour earlier on saturday - that saved the program (allowed to visit Colosseum at the booked time). Thanks to her !
Very practical "all-in-one" cards. On the other hand, it was difficult to find the office where you could pick up your card; what's more, the first location suggested on the website is no longer valid for this purpose. What's more, the Rome marathon was not signposted and was blocking streets, so we wasted 1/2 a day looking for you... After reception and everything else ok...

Once on the bus, it was very easy and the commentary was informative. Our only issue was that we were told that there were three places we could collect the tickets but when we got to one of them they said they didn't do them anymore. We then had to walk in the heat to another part of the city which was quite a walk.

So very easy to book 2 adult fast track tickets with timed entry to the Pantheon in Rome, and a very good price!! Downloaded onto our phones and scanned on entry, after a very short queue, way shorter than people who hadn't booked online. What a stunning, imposing and ancient building with incredible columns at the front and a vast ceiling inside with a circle at the very top and centre of the curved ceilings, which is exposed to the air. No glass in it and the flooring curves gently down to allow rain to flow away from the middle of the building's floor. There are also 4 perfectly placed drainage holes in the centre of the Pantheon's floor to prevent the rainwater amassing as well. Mass is delivered there daily, and there are pews and seats for guests and the congregation. Incredible, intricate detail are present in all parts of the interior of this building so you almost don't know what to look at first, a beautiful, awe inspiring building which takes your breath away. There are some descriptions of what things are or who people are, and general information and detail are available on boards there both in Italian, and English. You are also able to download the audio guide app onto your phone, so no messing about queuing for audio devices. Considering its age it seems strange to see the Pantheon in all its glory, standing proudly amongst newer buildings, restaurants and peoples flats and houses. With this in mind there is also a good choice of cafes and restaurants on the square where the building stands, and we had a reasonably priced coffee and croissant and a freshly squeezed orange juice which was sweet, delicious and as tasty and full of flavour as eating an actual orange. The cafe we went to was called Napoletano's at the Pantheon. Pic one from the outside of the columns, pic 2 is of the circle in the centre of the ceiling with the arced dome obvious, pic 3 is of the pulpit and main address area, pic 4 is the circle and ceiling, and pic 5 is from the outside of the right hand side of the Pantheon illustrating the curved nature of the building which is not immediately apparent from the front of the Pantheon.
Please note that when you arrive, do not stand in line to buy tickets, but go straight to the security guards who will scan the barcode you receive. The purchase was convenient and easy.

Even though there were some issues with receiving the tickets I felt like I was being looked after and my anxiousness was not ignored. And the Pantheon was amazing!!!
We had absolutely no waiting time at the Pantheon - everything worked fine with the digital tickets.

With the audio guide, it was a wonderful visit, but you'll need a day to listen to it all. But it was great.

I liked the speed in the management and what I did not like is that it was not explained that the audio guide was downloading an app so I have not done it and I could not enjoy the explanation of the pantheon.

Quick and easy - purchased the tickets for the first time slot in the morning. Pay attention to the instructions sent to ensure the right line to be in and drastically cut down on entrance time!
Everything was super, just only problem too much people, but it now start season. :D I Love it. Give you 5* - for price, fast services.
I could buy it at the box office the same queue the same. And thank goodness that fast.charge two euros more than at the box office for nothing.the same queue and the entrance without limit of capacity does not make sense this service.

Wow, this was so easy to get tickets, download the app for the audio tour, share the app with my ticketed partner, and get into the Parthnon at the allotted time. The audio tour was clear and informative. Definitely worth the price.
I never went to the Pantheon. My trip in Rome is'nt till May 28, the tickets should have been for May 29th not April. I booked two trips together. One on the 29th and one on May 0th, 2025. I don't know what happened!
We have visited the Pantheon many times over the years, it's still one of the most impressive buildings of the ancient world. The crowds were huge but we were able to enter with no queue at our allotted time.
Very little waiting time with the tickets bought through Headout. No waiting in the huge line, show up at the scheduled time and go in.
