The Vatican is a wonderful place to visit. It has many different artifacts from all over the world and all cultures and eras. Set aside at least 4-5 hours to explore it because the gardens outside are also magnificent. The area with the "pine cone" (pituitary gland) is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy yourself.
