Considering the various and multiple attractions that await us in the visit of our capital, I think it is essential to be able to take advantage of the proposed packages, such as Roma pass , this allows you to circulate with tranquility and ease of movement ,schedule the days and related cadential visits. The only aspect that I would improve and the associated map, ver 'that you have smartphones , but a figurative is always useful. the Romans are pleasant (if you pose in the right way ... often forgotten) then I highlight that overall and clean' , always magical, the second year that I do three days of visit ... but I'll be back ....ci miss it already' .By Max and Barby

if you plan your trip around the Pass, to get the most from it, you'll be pleased. Don't just assume that all venues in the packet are still active with the pass however. Two we went to are no longer part of it, even though they were listed in the packet.. Glad for the transport option, but couldn't locate the toilets on the map :(

The card is good, but with so many people in Rome, we could not use the transport service, we had to take a cab, because I hired the OMNIA + PASS ROMA in the package, but well, I loved Rome and the Vatican.

For the first time I purchased the Omnia Card and Roma pass package, once you understand where you can book the various museum admissions, the road is all downhill. Very kind at the ORP point where the cards are activated, they gave us great advice.

The card is very convenient to have, both for transportation and for some museums the only flaw is that for kids ( despite having purchased an omnia carde roma pass) free transportation is not included. So for my son I had to pay for all transportation...if the price is halved for age it should cmq have the same services as the one for adults

I did not know the company, I found it by chance because I could not get the Omnia Rome cards until I found Headout, they sent me the cards a week before the trip and I was able to organize all the important visits in Rome and the Vatican. I recommend going to the pick up point in St. Peter's Square, the girl who took care of us was very professional and made everything very clear. Thank you very much for the experience, best regards.

That's definetely not a good deal for my son, and I regret that it was impossible to get access to San Petro without waiting hours (if not the entire day ? This weekend was crazy). Hopefully a warm thank you to your assistance team and especially the kind lady at Latran complex who managed to arrange our entrance at Vatican Museum one hour earlier on saturday - that saved the program (allowed to visit Colosseum at the booked time). Thanks to her !

Very practical "all-in-one" cards. On the other hand, it was difficult to find the office where you could pick up your card; what's more, the first location suggested on the website is no longer valid for this purpose. What's more, the Rome marathon was not signposted and was blocking streets, so we wasted 1/2 a day looking for you... After reception and everything else ok...

Our guide, Francesca, was funny and easy to listen to. She brought the history to life with her stories and kept us all interested at what was a very busy time in the Vatican. The Vatican museums and gardens were stunning, the Sistine Chapel was breathtaking and St Peter's Basilicia was beautiful. Francesca's stories about the art in the Sistine Chapel and Michelangelo's antics were the highlight for me.

Our tour of the Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's basilica was amazing. The crowds were crazy but our tour guide kept us together and helped us get where we wanted to go. Her information was great and she was entertaining.

Superb tour, interesting and fun. Great guide! Beautiful landscapes, lots of memories! The only downside was that the meeting place was very poorly signposted, so it was a difficult moment.

Good, a little disorganized and a lot of wasted time. But it was good. I went off on my own to explore, because the history can be googled or read in the library, most people already read and heard, then come to SEE it . Tour guide needs to focus on getting people inside, taking them to various biblical status, and areas, for pictures. This is not a history class, we only had 1-2hrs , but our tour guide spent 40 mins telling us stories and history outside and on the door way, While I applaud her of her knowledge, however this is not a history class, 6 of us had other tours scheduled right afterwards, so we left the tour midway to explore the Basilica on our own, including the Tomb areas underneath.

We had an unforgettable tour. Even though we thought we had booked an audio tour, we absolutely did not regret the guided tour. Alexandra is a very enthusiastic guide with extensive knowledge about St. Peter's and the Vatican. Her English is very good! Also highly recommended for visitors who have been to St. Peter's before!

This was my first Headout experience and it was A+! First of all, our guide, Brigitta, was wonderful! So many informations and fun facts, she was also full of humor and funny comments, it was so nice! She really made us feel close to Rome, Vatican and their history. She eas really easy to talk to and that means a lot! The climb wasn't hard, whole 551 steps. The crowd on top was big, but that is what happens with big turistic places. Our trip was so much better because we had this day in the Vatican!

The visit was exceptional, not least because of our guide Gil, a passionate and fascinating archaeologist! We learned so much and saw the beauty of ancient Rome.
