I was promised a follow up the morning I called customer service, however, I didn't hear back. In fact, I called again in the afternoon and the emai address I used during the original purchase, had not yet been corrected. I talked with customer service again and they assured my email disprepancy would be corrected within 30-min. I confirmed later and it was, however, when I then attempted to register for attractions, I was unable to due to either an incorrect order number or email address. I wish to have a full refund for the two tickets I purchased since I have not been able to register for any attractions and have not had a good experience overall. Thanks for your support in honoring this request. - Frank
