The lines were moderate. We did not have to wait at all due to our advance ticket purchase. The gardens at the villa are beautiful it was a great day!
I find that skip the line is useless
Beautiful garden and location, too bad there was no audio guide or anything like that

Rained but didn't stop us from enjoying beautiful scenery. Liked that it wasn't as crowded. Enjoyed the day a lot
Totally beautiful gardens at this villa, view was stunning. Really peaceful
On 12.05.25, although the ticket skips the queue, I still made the queue. The queue was only skipped by a few organized groups. No one from the assistance team came outside the entrance where the queue had formed to call those who already had a skip-queue ticket and taken directly to the entrance. When we arrived at the entrance a girl from the assistance team merely scanned the two tickets so I had to ask for the brochure for route instructions as she did not care to give it to me as she should have done. So the 17€ + 17€ paid did not correspond to the service provided.

The audio guide we had purchased in the package did not work on the second day we visited Villa D'Este. We report your failure to respond to the various messages sent to the support chat reporting the problem.

No long queue Easy indication and explanation of attraction
Beautiful place no crowds. Easy
Villa Adriana is simply superb. We, by the way, were lucky enough to have met Laura, a guide who does her job with passion, who enchants those who listen to her. Also excellent is the service they provide for those, like me, who have mobility problems. I highly recommend the visit
