  • Your Turbopass City Card is for your exclusive use only; it's non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
  • Carry a valid photo ID (such as an identity card, passport, or driving license) for verification purposes.
  • Children under 18 years of age get free entry at many attractions but may need to show an ID or a passport as proof of age.
  • Children under 18 years of age can enter the Colosseum for free. But, tickets can’t be reserved in advance. You’ll need to collect them on-site on the day of your visit.
  • While the pass offers a complete list of all attractions and tours and their opening hours, it is advised to check the official website of each attraction or tour for exact information.
  • Please note that security checks at some attraction entrances are mandatory.
  • You can visit each attraction only once during the validity period.
  • There’s no need to print physical tickets. After your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Rome Turbopass with your digital pass.
  • Your pass becomes active on the first day you selected during the booking process. From that date, you’ll have one-time, free entry to each attraction included in your pass.
  • Just scan the QR code on your digital pass at the entrance of each site for seamless access.
  • Note: Entry to the Vatican and the Colosseum is pre-booked for you. Based on availability, you will be assigned a time slot within the validity period of your pass. You’ll find these confirmed dates and times in your confirmation email.
  • Didn’t receive your email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder—sometimes emails can end up there by mistake.

Validity:

  • The Rome City Pass is valid for 2, 3, 4, or 5 consecutive days. Once your pass is activated (on your chosen start date), it must be used on consecutive calendar days — not 24-hour periods. For example, if your pass is activated on a Monday, a 3-day pass will be valid through Wednesday.
  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.
