The visit to the Vatican Gardens has been a unique experience, I went with my fiancée and we wanted to return once again and do it walking now because it is such a beautiful place that makes you want to spend more time observing every detail, the trip in the open bus is super good if you have an agenda to visit more things in Rome, because you can tour the gardens with ease, plus with the guide in multiple hate to choose the experience becomes more dynamic. We recommend it 100%

Pompeii was very beautiful, and I'm glad we got to experience it. Still had to wait in a bit of a line, however much shorter than the actual ticket line. It was busy, but there were some points where there was no one else near us. It made for good photo opportunities.

Go there. Fantastic. Bring water and walk slowly. Consider the official audio guide. Or use AI (like fx ChatGPT) for very precise guidance. Very hot June to August.

The queue-cutting tickets for the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel: a real added value for the visit and an invaluable time-saver for enjoying the place to the full, and the guide who welcomed us and accompanied us to the entrance was friendly and very clear - a much appreciated plus. I'd definitely recommend it!

Received some refund for undelivered Audio Guide service. It wiuld have been a 5 start if our tickets have been delivered as promised, but I had to followup them on the day of the scheduled tour as our tickets are not available yet. Make sure you are chatting to the real person not on AI when following up your tickets. Thanks to Alex and Maria from Headout for sending me our Skip-the-line tickets 3 hours before the tour and for confirming that we will receive some refund for undelivered audio guide.
