Wow, this was so easy to get tickets, download the app for the audio tour, share the app with my ticketed partner, and get into the Parthnon at the allotted time. The audio tour was clear and informative. Definitely worth the price.
I had the advantage of getting in quickly, but I didn't have an audio guide and I was very badly greeted by the hostesses inside the Pantheon, who offered competing audit guides. They made no effort to speak French, and were unpleasant to boot. It's thanks to tourism that they have a job....

I booked my ticket including audio guide. At the official stand, however, I was told that this booking did not count. I had to pay another €10 for the audio guide. That was very annoying.

The online ticket purchase went well and everything on site went as planned, so it was a plus to be able to spread the visit over two days. It's worth noting that the indication on the booking that the visit started at the Mamertine prison, where we had to be 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and that the entrance to the Colosseum would be exactly one hour after the visit to the Mamertine, was not correct, since the scheduled time was for the Colosseum, which meant that after exchanging tickets, we had to rush to get there on time, which became stressful.

We entered the Colosseo very quick. We didn't have to wait. The Colosseo is spectacular!
The staff were so helpful and accommodating when my son was sick. They were very understanding. The facilities were fantastic and it was great to be able to roam around the area in our own time and take it all in without being rushed.
Hello, It seems to me I need more information about the time required for the complete tour and the fact that there are The fact that there are almost no restrooms and no food and beverage offerings. Too many people which makes it impossible to appreciate the historical and human value of the site. Impossible to Use of the audio guide And the price of the Visit is expensive Best regards

From booking to redeeming the tickets, everything went very smoothly. Detailed information in the app and in the confirmation email.

The meeting point was hard to find. We were there about 15 minues in advance, but we had to wait in the queue. We got a a timeslot for the Colloseum 15 minutes later, but that is about the time you need to get there if you know the proper way. Unfortunately that was not clearly indicated. So we had to run to get there (and then stand another 15 minutes in the queue). So please indicate clear directions from Mamentine to the Colloseum.
We booked 2 combitickets for the Colosseum / Palatine Hill / Forum Romanum, incl. The Mamertine Prison. The whole concept went well : booking, the app from Headout that you can install where you can find your tickets via QR. Also a clear explanation via the app where to redeem your tickets via QR with direct link to Google Maps for the route. In our case, the redemption point was in the Mamertine Prison so we were able to visit it at once. Afterwards, the Colosseum was nearby (with reserved hour) so through the ticket we could enter through a separate entrance (Fast Lane). The only point of criticism : in the Mamertine Prison you could download an audio guide which required a password and password. The lady behind the counter sighed when both of us kept getting an error after 3 attempts and started complaining about us to her colleagues. This was really about it ! Fortunately, another colleague was helpful and did everything possible to help us. This may not be directly related to Headout but the outrageous behavior of that one person should be reported.

We showed up at the colosseum only to be told we needed to walk 2 more blocks to get to the prison. We had trouble finding it and 1 worker we asked was rude and pointed us in the wrong direction. Once we got inside we were yelled at by security for being late. By the time we got back to the collosium we were herded in with everyone else. Too busy. Too crowded. Then we gave up looking at whatever else we were supposed to look at. It was a long day

It is true that you have to read everything before buying the ticket but it is very misleading your site...... I tried to buy the ticket for the Passetto dei Papi but I ended up with a normal skip the line ticket and NOT the Passetto dei Papi!!!! The ticket can only be purchased on Coop Cultura site. Be wary of all others!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our visit. The site and structure were very interesting and the views of Rome and the Vatican were impressive. The audio guide was helpful but could be organized in a way that is more helpful to the user experience. It takes a moment to figure out what order you are supposed to listen to the audio.
It easy to purchasing tickets, easy to entry. The castle was great to walk through with signs telling you which way to go. The views at the top are amazing.
Everything as described. The audio guide is an app - could have gone into more detail about the history here and there It was more along the lines of "Americans, quick, quick"

The building is amazing and the history was amazing. I loved the views. The audio was difficult to follow at times and the groups esp their leaders were extremely obstructive.
the richness of the well-preserved site on the negative side: you have to download the audio guide onto your mobile phone, which I couldn't do due to the size of the file. Fortunately, I was able to share the headphones with the person accompanying me, as it was very interesting. You should have an audio guide system that's independent of the mobile phone, for people like me who can't download your application.

The inconvenience for us is that the guide not only did not offer us the wifi to download the application and the audio guide, she directly denied us the wifi. We asked her if she could offer it to us since in the description WIFI SERVICE IS OFFERED FOR DOWNLOADING to which the guide said No, there is none.

I had trouble getting from place to place and syncing the audio to the place I was at. Plus wasn'. I don't think I got the map to work correctly and maybe that contributed to the problem. Otherwise, the commentary was interesting and informative.
The castle. Is lovely but all the construction around it, turn off the experience.
The online booking is friendly.

The experience was very good. We did the visit without a guide, although we used the audio guides that helped us to understand and improve the visit. What I did not like so much was the overcrowding of people there, maybe it was the dates we went, since it was Pentecost Sunday and Monday. Perhaps the next time we go we will not find so many people and we will be able to enjoy the visit much better.

When I got my student card, it wasn't stated anywhere until what age the student card is valid.I had to pay an additional 20 euros for a regular ticket.
Without a doubt, the Sistine Chapel and not waiting in line to get in. I wish it wasn't mandatory to go through the whole museum to get to the chapel.

In advertising of the tour was told that it's forbided for children under 6 years old to take part on it. But when we came to entrance guide told that my son is not able to go inside. In general under 6th years old it's under 6 years 11 months and 30 days. It's totally uncorrect. That's why I should to.stau with my smaller son and wait for the end of bus tour.
THE Egyptian part of the museum is impressive, perhaps even better than the Louvre. Not having to queue is really a big plus. And the visit of the garden by bus was very beautiful and interesting.

The experience itself was wonderful, since the place deserves it. We arrived a while before the established time, tried to enter, without success. When the entrance to the site was allowed, the directions were followed, but in the site they gave different and changing directions (up to 4 counters were visited), this resulted in losing the agreed visiting hours, access to bus and guide (could not see the gardens), the audio guide had to be paid again. They were not very polite and did not give correct explanations to get access on time and without incident.

We enjoyed the infinite historical and cultural heritage that the museum contains beginning with a beautiful bus tour x the enchanting Vatican gardens and ending the visit in the enchanting Sistine Chapel. There were endless people but the reservation system used allowed us to arrive and enter. Excellent service. Arriving early as suggested is essential.

The trip to the Vatican gardens and museum was wonderful. First of all, because I mistook the time of reservation and we came too early, a very nice lady took us right away and we didn't have to wait. The ride through the Vatican gardens was wonderful, while the tour of the museum and the Sistine Chapel would also have been amazing if not for the crowds of people. Nevertheless, we enjoyed everything very much.

They would not let us enter in time to meet our 1.00 time so we missed our guide, luckily we could join the 1.30 tour. Really difficult to get inside to join the tour we were turned back to the end of the queue 3 times as they told us we were too early. So much for beating the queues
Everything went smoothly, as per directions received we arrived over 30 minutes early because we feared bedlam, once inside we went to the Vatican gardens desk, at the appointed time we were escorted to the bus then museums and finally Sistine chapel. Everything was perfect

We were queuing like everyone else, got to the end & was told to go somewhere else pointing with her finger. Ran around like stupid people trying to find where to go. Eventually after asking at least 5 people a lovely lady showed us where we should of been with about 1 min to spare before the guide left! Phew never ever again!!
An excellent and unforgettable experience was the visit to the Vatican Gardens. Beautiful. VERY COMFORTABLE VISIT IN AN OPEN BUS AND EVERYTHING VERY WELL EXPLAINED. WITH THE TICKETS FROM THE HEADOUT WEBSITE WE SKIPPED THE LONG QUEUES. THE SISTINE CHAPEL WAS ALSO BEAUTIFUL.

General lack of directions on where to go next. The guide on the bus ride said nothing. Well he talked to the bus driver the entire time.
The perfect welcome from the person at the guided tour reception who was able to direct us to the next bus, as the meeting point was almost inaccessible, with a 30-minute delay to get there in view of the crowds and unclear information. Many thanks to her. Then a superb walk in the gardens with a good audio guide. For the visit to the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel, in book mode, very nice but the groups go past, not paying attention to the people taking pictures. The restaurant is rather expensive, considering the items on offer.

It was great to get in fairly quickly and explore at our own speed. We found the group tour guides annoying as they kept stopping g in the middle of the passage ways blocking everyone else!!
Visiting Vatikan Museums was one of best my experiences. I expected more crowds . But Maybe it was about time . I visited there at 4 pm and when I was out, it was 8 pm. I had researched paintings, fresks, statues in museum. So I got happy when I saw them. Best museum in the World!
Skipping the long lines was great. Everything neatly arranged. The Sistine Chapel was unfortunately closed because of the conclave but things like that cannot be planned.
